The ringing of the doorbell saved around 500 schoolchildren. Finally the bell rang for the last time. The students stormed out of the classes, across the school yard, through all of Kochi. Only four girls took it easy. None of them was really in a hurry, on the contrary. One even wanted to stay.

"I have to go to Osaka for two weeks now. I won't be able to take it," Nanami complained. kaori, Reika, and Miu knew that Nanami was having problems with their stepmother.

"Maybe she has changed. After all, you were there last time during the Easter break," Reika tried to cheer up her best friend. But it didn't work.

"Only you believe that. She only called yesterday! I tell you: only Komandos" shouted the 17 year old loudly. "Wait at the train station. Take this and that with you. Please tell Yukiko that too," she mimicked her stepmother.

"Okay. It's only been two weeks. We'll stay in touch anyway. Just call when you have something to say. Besides, the four of us will have as much fun as we can when you're back." Kaori said and looked out the school window on the second floor. "Take a look at the surf. Just perfect," she muttered. The three other girls had to agree.

"Unfortunately I don't have any more time to surf today. The train leaves in 1 1/2 hours." reminded Nanami Kaori of the dirty first day of vacation.

The girls went to the rice fields a little longer, since all four girls lived there, when they saw Reika's older siblings.

"Hello Rin" shouted the four girls, as if from one mouth. The 19 year old student turned around and showed her biggest smile ever. Reika, Kaori, Miu and Nanami ran as fast as they could towards Rin.

"Hello you four. Reika, Ren is there too. He's with Mum and Dad," said Rin, "Nanami, Kaori and Miu have grown a bit. How old are you again?"

"17" replied Miu, nanami and Kaori as if from one mouth."A nice age, but you look more grown up," Rin muttered. "And you are going to Osaka afterwards, I heard! Then you really should go now, otherwise you will miss your train" smiled Rin and went into the house with Reika.

"See you tomorrow. Nanami, I'll call you," said the 16 year old Japanese woman. The other girls went on.

"See you then Nanami." Miu said goodbye and hugged Nanami again. "Kaori we'll see you surfing later, right?" Kaori nodded slightly.

"I'll come in with you." said Kaori. Nanami rang the doorbell, which Yukiko opened a few seconds later.

"Hello Kaori. Nanami, Mama is already packing your things." Nanami's 14 year old sister giggled when she saw Nanami's pale face. It couldn't be said that Mai Kisabiro had the best taste.

"I think I'd rather go. You call when you've got something on your mind, get it ?!"

"Ayay Kaori. I'll call you, but you'll come with me during the autumn break," Nanami smiled conspiratorially.

"Until then, Yukiko and have fun both of you" Kaori Mizubi said goodbye.

"Hurry up, the train leaves in half an hour," Mai urged her daughters. The suitcases were quickly put into the car and everyone quickly went to the bathroom. After 5 minutes, the three Kisabiros sat in the car and drove the 10 minute route to the train station. At the station the suitcases were lifted out of the car again and brought to track 8 as quickly as possible.
The train to Osaka left punctually at 12:50 p.m. The two girls sat in the 5th car, in the 3rd compartment. The trip to Osaka would take 5 hours as the train will stop at various stations along the way.
