“Please wake up!” She heard a low voice that kept repeating this sentence. She wondered about it. She knew the voice, which was getting louder now. "M ... M ... Max ??" brought them out weakened. "Leena! Please wake up!" heard her. "Max ...? Why does everything hurt?" slowly she opened her green eyes and looked at Max fearfully. "... don't worry, I'm with you!"

His eyes were so full of sadness and sorrow. Something wet dripped onto her cheek. //He cries???? Max never cries // she thought before closing her eyes again.
"My head hurts so much. What happened?" she asked and heard a man's voice in the background saying "Well done boy. She's awake, but now you have to move aside, we have to take her to the hospital."
//Hospital? … The car… and… Max…. // She started to remember. “You are the emergency doctor?” The answer was a short “Yes”. "He needs to be examined! Please help him first. Don't worry about me Max." She whispered smiling to the blond boy.
“Young lady, we're taking you with us now” she heard the doctor say and without turning her eyes from Max she said “I hope you will visit me.” With a sad look she was carried away by the paramedics.


A group of young people and a few onlookers remained behind.
"Max? What happened?" Tyson asked confused, putting his arm around the shocked Hilary to calm her down.

I ran across the street, then suddenly a car came up to me and ... she pushed me away, but she was hit hard. "Tears ran down his face as if they were trying to imitate the rain two weeks ago.

"You are Max, right?" he heard someone say and turned to the boy. "Yes, I am," he said coolly, "and you're Leena's friend" Jason laughed and Ray had to grin too.
"Max, he's not your boyfriend, he's your brother!" Ray uttered. Max looked at him in shock. //What?Oh no, then my reaction was totally out of place //
"Come on, you want to go to the hospital with me," Jason said monotonously.

In the hospital---------------------------------------

Leena opened her eyes and saw a girl with beautiful long brown hair and a friendly smile. "Hello," she said softly, "am I in a hospital here?" she added with a smile. Her head finally stopped hurting.
"Yes, they brought you here yesterday at noon. Must have been bad, I mean your accident. By the way, I'm Nicole, but please call me Nicki. We'll share the room here."
Her voice was friendly but slightly hoarse.
Leena sat up straight. "My name is Leena. It was a car accident, I wanted to save someone and I ran into the car myself. What are you here for?"

The two girls talked for a long time. They got along well straight away and soon found out that they share a passion for blading. That ended their friendship.


"Leena, you had a visit yesterday. Two boys were here. One was blonde and the other seemed to be your brother. At least that's what he told the doctor. Max and Jason were their names, I think. They were here all night and sat your bed, "said Nicki. "What really? How cute of you" Leena beamed up over her ears.

They talked for a long time until suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"Yes, come in" Nicki called and the door opened and a gray-haired boy entered. "Kai," Leena warbled happily and the person addressed looked at her in amazement. "I think you are wrong here. You just want to avoid school, because you look very healthy," joked Kai.
Nicki laughed and Leena had to grin too.
"What are you doing here? I really didn't expect you," she said. "I once wanted to hold your hand like Max, or would you prefer me to bring him here?" said Kai with mock indignation.Leena turned bright red: "What does that mean ??" Nicki just looked at them both confused, because now she no longer understood what Kai was talking about. "Hey, that was just a joke!" Kai laughed and added: "Well, I've done my sick visit anyway. See you soon, oh yes, who is your new girlfriend?"
"Hmmm? Oh, you don't know each other yet. This is Nicole, a good blader." Leena answered.
"Hello, I'm happy to meet you Kai" came the friendly reply from Nicki. "Likewise. Hopefully you will show us what you can do soon." Said Kai and left the room again.
"Don't worry, Kai is always a bit strange," Leena said cheerfully and lay down. "Let's go to sleep. I need to get back in shape quickly so I can blade," she added. Nicki agreed and soon they were asleep.
