... NaruxSaku

- a helpful hand -

Hey

The next chapter is already here and I hope you enjoy it. I tried really hard to write this chapter because this time it was somehow too difficult to write. But in the end I made it.

Have fun reading and I hope you will leave me comments.

Sasuke couldn't believe how careless the blond-haired man was with him. Either he was stupid or didn't know who was standing in front of him. He didn't like that at all, but he already knew how to make him reason. There were many students who rebelled against him, but in the end they were the losers. They had asked too much for themselves. The blond-haired man in front of him was also one of them. Not long and he would shut up.

While Neji, Shikamaru and Kiba sat up and stood behind Sasuke, Shin, Nobu and Ken went about their own business. Nobu didn't look up from his book, Shin was busy trying to figure out what to do today, and Ken was copying Hinata's homework down. In the next hour he had to hand in his homework otherwise he would get a straight five.

Naruto was starting to get annoyed, stopping here and waiting for Sasuke's answer. When three people, he didn't know, stood behind Sasuke to show him that he wasn't alone, he began to understand who he was looking at. Naruto could already think that they were the groups that allowed themselves everything. They were really tough people who didn't dare to do anything better than beat up and use force to do anything. Naruto had had to spend a lot with people like that because they really believed that he was just one of those people who took on too much, but they were wrong. Although it was actually an advantage for him, he didn't like anyone looking at him so disdainfully. As much as he wanted to show who was the boss here, he had to curb himself. After all, he had promised Tsunade that he would overlook certain things in order not to start an argument. He would keep his promise, because Tsunade was much more important to him than stepping these people into the A ****.

"What's going on here? Sit down in your seats. We still have lesson.", Orochimaru said, who had come into class a few seconds ago.

Naruto's thoughts were interrupted by Orochimaru. Everyone looked at the teacher, except Naruto, who casually stuck his hands in his pocket and went back to his new seat. Then all the other students also sat down on their seats. There were four individual tables in each row. Naruto sat in the penultimate row, right by the window. Shin took a seat in front of him, Nobu next to him and Ken's table in front of Shin. Naruto looked out the window and saw the basketball court right away. Naruto let out a low sigh.Somehow he had absolutely no desire to listen to Orochimaru's gelabers today and also not to sit in this class for the next few hours. He would much rather play basketball, but you didn't always have what you wanted. Naruto stroked his blonde hair. Naruto was so deep in thought that he didn't notice the pink-haired girl who sat next to him or what Orochimaru had just said. His eyes were still on the basketball court, but when he heard a name he had last heard five years ago, he turned quickly to the voice and saw the pink-haired girl from before, who drew his attention to the blonde girl, hers Called names.

------- Flashback --------

"Sakura!"
"Naruto, where are we?" Came the fearful little girl.
"We'll be there soon.", Said a blond boy with a grin.
"What do we actually want here?"
"I'm going to show you something very nice."
"We shouldn't do that. If we get caught, we'll get into a lot of trouble."
"Nothing will happen to us."
Naruto held Sakura's hand and pulled her behind him between the many bushes.
"I'm scared. Naruto!"
"Trust me Sakura. We'll be there soon. It's behind that bush."
The girl nodded.
"Wow beautiful…"
"You were speechless, didn't it?" Naruto asked with a grin and his hands clasped behind his head.
"How did you know there was a cherry blossom tree here?"

"I'm not telling you that!", A big grin settled on his face again.

Naruto saw a smile on Sakura's face before she suddenly hugged him.

------ Flashback end --------

"Sakura Haruno!"
Sakura got up.
"Yes?"
"Since you are the class representative for your class, you and Hinata will represent the new class from now on."
"OK!"
"Good. The lessons ...", Orochimaru began to tell what was changed.

Naruto hardly cared what Orochimaru said. He was much more interested in the girl who sat down and wrote Hinata's name on her pad.

// Sakura Haruno? So ... it's you. //

Suddenly the pink-haired woman lifted her head and looked at Naruto, who had turned his eyes back to the window. Somehow she felt uncomfortable. She had also watched the events between these blond boys and Sasuke, like others, and she had to admit, something about him was different. He didn't look like the others who were just asking too much.

Sakura looked at him one last time and then turned back to her new teacher, who was still explaining the new school year.

"Shin! Where is Naruto?" Asked Nanae.

"He has to be in the staff room. Well, Orochimaru should give his lecture now."

"What did you actually do yesterday that he was late today?"

"You know the great wall by the roadside."Shin grinned broadly.

"Do you mean the old house?"

"Yes. Exactly this."

"And?"

"We played basketball yesterday and when we went home I 'unintentionally' threw the basketball over the wall."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"Don't tell me he jumped over the wall to get the ball back."

"He jumped over the wall and got the ball."

"How did he manage that? Nobody has lived in this house for years. It's something like a haunted house. How could he have made such a decision."

"He's not called Naruto for nothing. He just does everything he has in mind."

"You're right."

With that, Nanae went back to Hinata.

".... This is the third time that you are late for my class.
If this continues then we have to do something about it. In that case detention would be the best solution, wouldn't it? "asked Orochimaru.

"Yes! I will make sure not to be late again.", Naruto answered the question of his math teacher.

"Good. Now you can go and I hope from now on you set your alarm clock properly."

Naruto nodded slightly and walked out of the room that identified as the staff room.

As far as he now suspected, everyone was in the courtyard since the lunch break lasted half an hour. He had wasted half the time at Orochimaru. Naruto sighed and stepped through the door that led to the courtyard. His attention turned to the many students who had just gathered in the center of the courtyard. Naruto took a deep breath and looked around. Now he had absolutely no desire to interfere in these little quarrels between a few students. So he looked around for Shin, but didn't find him. As far as he now suspected, Shin had gone to this gathering of students too. That would mean that the meeting was important.

"What does he want from him? He did it unintentionally. Why isn't he satisfied with an apology and has to beat him up?", Naruto heard a student say.

Everyone looked silently at the black-haired man who began to speak.

"Anyone who comes close from now on and even comes up with the idea of helping them will have to do with me. I wouldn't do that if I were you, because you'll regret it later," he almost shouted.

An uncomfortable silence spread around the group. Nobody dared to say anything. Sasuke smiled slightly. He was sure that from now on nobody would rebel against him anymore. As he turned, the murmuring among the students began again. Maybe it was two steps, maybe three, when it became quiet again between the students and all you could hear was the bounce of a ball. Sasuke turned around again and saw the boy who was responsible for this silence.Sasuke's eyes narrowed when he saw a young blond man he knew who had a basketball in his hands and was walking towards the boy he had beaten up earlier. He didn't know why, but he got angry somehow. Angry because everyone was giving him all the attention.

Naruto crouched in front of the boy and put his arms on his legs to keep his balance. Naruto paused for a few seconds until he heard Sasuke's voice.

"I would think twice about doing the right thing!"

"Did you start the argument?", Naruto asked monotonously the boy in front of him and skilfully ignored Sasuke.

The person addressed looked surprised and only a few seconds later did he begin to speak.

"I wanted to apologize, but he didn't allow it."

Nobody spoke, just watched the spectacle. Sasuke, meanwhile, was starting to get really angry. Where in the world did he get the courage to even ignore him? What Naruto did next, however, made Sasuke clench his fists and let out a low growl. That was too much!

In the next moment a smile appeared on Naruto's serious face and he held out his hand to the injured boy and gave the other person to understand that he wanted to help him.
