Graduating class

The holidays were over, school started again today, it was unusually warm for an autumn day. Not many students are waiting in front of the staff room and yet it was quite cramped in this room. "Miss Kisami?" I got up and stepped forward. "I don't have to tell you anything more." Teacher gave me some documents and told me to leave. 12b that shouldn't have got off to a good start for me because that was Tama's class, which meant so much that I wouldn't be very welcome. A hesitant knock, a walk in and an opening door indicated my new life as a 12th grader. "What can I do for you miss?" I smiled slightly and held the documents out to him. "Miss Kisami you are the student who gives us the honor." a grin and then he addressed the class. "Amber Kisami is her new classmate from today, so I hope you will all get along." his gaze fell on the back row. "Miss Kisami, please take a seat in the empty space in front." I just nodded and sat down, a moment later the door almost flew open. "Mister Miruma, you are late at the beginning of the school year." the teacher admonished him. "There's only one space left up here, so sit down." he closed the door behind him and sat down next to me.

Spanish lessons were not particularly difficult for me because Nonna had always only spoken to us in Spanish. But it seemed to be more difficult for my neighbor in the bank. With a brief note to him, I asked: Is something wrong? Pushed her over to him and smiled. In response, I got a pained smile and the words: Spanish is one of the subjects that I don't like.

"End for today, please read chapters 1-2 in your books and write a summary page about it." Next to me I heard a heavy sigh and he fell face down on the table. "You seem to have a hard time coming with me." I said casually. His face turned to me and studied me closely, then a quick nod. "If you like, I'll lend you my transcript from the lesson." a glow in his eyes was hard to miss. "What would you do?" he asked just to be on the safe side. "Yes, I would, if you need help just tell me and I'll help you." his shine got brighter and brighter. "Hey Brain, how was the vacation?" he turned around scowled and then turned back to me. "It doesn't seem to have been the best vacation!" I said looked up the notes and handed them to him. "They weren't ..." he looked a little sad. I slowly put a hand on his shoulder and tried to find a few words of comfort.

"Tell me, Kisa, what is this supposed to be?" asked Tama. "Get out of here, Tama." I just said quietly and paid no attention to her. "Kisa?" he asked casually. "That's such a stupid abbreviation for my last name that a certain person came up with!" I didn't care if she heard it or not."Amber?" he started but let it stay. "Sit down, the lessons continue." hold Ms. Kawasuki's voice across the room. "Most of you still know me from earlier years." she wrote her name on the board. "Well, let's start, please open your math books to page 23 and try to solve the problems." Brain stared at the page and seemed to be brooding. I nudged him carefully, you could see that he had declared math to be his hate subject. "Thanks a lot, Amber." I grinned briefly and then left the room. For when was I still here, for myself or to be of help to others? What should it do, at least someone brought me here now and then.
The way home was rather difficult but always worth the effort, no other student disturbed here or even came near this. Every now and then the animals watched you, it was a quiet way home.

"I'm back, Nonna!" I called into the bar. "Sit down then you can eat something right away, Amber." she called from the kitchen. Uncle John saw it at one of the tables and looked up to something, when he looked up he smiled briefly and then looked back at his notes. Nonna puts something indefinable in front of my nose, only after a short look one could guess what it was supposed to represent.
At the same time sitting in his room over his Spanish homework, or maybe dreaming a lot. His brother saw behind him as his older brother kept looking out the window. "Tell me, Brain, what do you think about all the time?" Tai asked after a while of silence, and Brain turned around with a sigh. "About her ... that's all I can think of right now." a little depressed he got up and a few seconds later threw himself on the bed. "She? Who is she?" Tai looked at him from the edge of the bed. "Can only hope it isn't Tara." he said sarcastically. Brain reached over to him but couldn't reach him. "You know Tai, sometimes little brothers shouldn't be sarcastic!" "Sometimes big brothers should just tell their little brothers what worries them." Brain turned on his stomach and looked at him. "Amber she turned my head with her willingness to help and her character!" he said with a sigh. “Amber Kisami?” Tai looked at him amazed, his brother just nodded silently. "You already know that Amber definitely never wants someone from the upper class!" Brain looked at him confused. “How do you mean that again?” Tai sat on the bed. "She's pretty smart for her age, but most of all she's known for her hatred of the upper class. Although it is said that her mother came from this class too ..." Tai stopped. "Then she should hate these people but not all of them are as money obsessed as the families that still exist here." Brain jumped up, rummaged in your pocket and left the room without saying another word. "You fell pretty much in love, brother." Tai smiled while sitting on the bed.Amber walked through the streets, thinking that the clash between the two was inevitable. Both walked on without looking up. There was only an "ouch" to be heard, and both sat on the floor. "I'm sorry ..." Amber mumbled and looked up. "I'm sorry I didn't see you." Brain said kindly and stood up and held out his hand. "Then we're both sorry." she smiled at him. "Yes it looks like that!" Brain replied calmly. Why had the two met now and here? How so? But why ask questions if you don't know the answers. "Then I'll go." Amber said gently. Just as she had pushed past him, he held her arm gently.

"Amber?" she turned to look from his hand to his face. "Yes, Brain?" she asked kindly. "Would you maybe come with me for a while?" somewhat confused, she nodded. "What is the matter with him?" She brooded over this question for a while, but then she was more interested in his hand, which was now holding hers. "I'm sorry." he blushed when he realized what he was doing. I walked slowly past him, smiled at him, grabbed his hand and pulled him through the crowd.
After a never-ending run, he was standing in an alley with Amber, she was grinning and still holding his hand. "Why did she do that? Why did I want her to never let go of my hand again? Could it be that my thoughts went further and already saw her as my friend?" he looked at her with no clear thought. "What are you doing here again, little one?" the voice was male. Her face was suddenly pressed against my chest, without really wanting to prevent it, my arms encircled her body. "A little further down!" she whispered softly, I did what she wanted but didn't really understand it.

I was so confused by what was happening that Amber simply pressed her lips to mine. The whole thing seemed short-lived because the guy was gone again. "I'm sorry I did that." she whispered barely audible against my neck. "It's okay ..." for a moment we stood so pressed against each other.

Amber was on the way, sometimes you should just be able to switch off your thoughts, she thought. "Where have you been, Amber." Nonna grumbled. "Met a classmate and had a chat." I said and disappeared up the stairs. "Well Snow you sleepyhead!" I grinned at her. Snow had always been my best friend despite being a cat. Cat didn't quite hit it, Snow was one of the twin imperial cats who could see the fate of everyone. "You're late, little Angel." I threw myself on the bed and lay motionless. "You Snow?" she just purred and laid her head on my arm. “How can you prevent falling in love with someone from the upper class?” Snow raised his head and looked inquiringly. "Oh, you mean the boy you have met again and again recently?" with that she had hit the bull's eye and she knew it too.I mumbled to myself, turned on my side, trying not to think.

“Why do I not get this out of my mind?” Brain paced up and down his room. What was worse that the girl he had known for a while kissed him or that he had let her go? That he had let her go was probably the stupidest thing that could happen, because he had his answer to this unasked question. There was a knock on the door but he simply passed it over, threw himself on the bed, closed his eyes and thought of Amber. Every thought, every feeling had to do with her, these girls had done it to me. Yes, that was the thought when I opened my eyes again and saw a white cat sitting in front of me. I winced so much that I slipped off the edge of the bed, for a moment I saw it there. "It's just a dream." I tried to talk to myself. "But you are not dreaming." said a voice. Snow saw it on his bed and laughed inwardly, that worked out well for her again. "Let's hear it, little one, what do you want from Amber?" he started the lying cat. "Mind your own business?" he asked sourly as well as confused. "That concerns me a lot because you don't seem to know her that well ..." the voice broke off the sentence. "Why can't a person just like another even if they don't know each other well?" I asked. "With some it's okay, only you are from a layer in which Amber does not belong, should you still start to love her from a pure heart then she will add something!" the cat jumped off the bed and was gone. "I suffer from hallucinations." I thought to myself quietly.

A few days had passed since then, they both laughed a lot together, made jokes and studied together. But this should not be the case forever.
