Charlotte looked at her watch in horror.
Charlotte had missed her first date with David.
She hadn't known him that long, but he invited her like that
lovely to eat that she couldn't let him ruffle.
She hastily looked for her cell phone and called him nervously.
,,Hello? '' came an irritated voice at the other end.
..DAVID, this is Charlotte, I just wanted to tell me
I'm so sorry, I've completely forgotten the time, '' she stammered.
"I don't care now either, but I can do without something like that"
he said in a sharp voice and hung up. "You stupid sack," she shouted
and slammed her cell phone on the table, but she was actually rather desperate about it
and dropped into her bed. Suddenly her room door opened and so did her mother
came rushing in. "Don't be so Laud Charlodde," she yelled aggressively.
"MOTHER, damn it, stop this shitty binge"
she returned quietly but snuggly. A popping noise now filled
the room, and Charlotte looked scared at her mother.
Usually she was almost used to her mother hitting her because she was
with a few bruises that painfully decorated her body like
a freshly done tattoo. She no longer had the strength to defend herself against it.
Outside she came across as strong, but when she got home she broke in her room
crying together. When her mother finally let go of her, she looked for her money and a few

she thought, completely horrified. She can't do that! She looked out her window
and then just decided to climb out. She gathered her courage and shimmy
cautiously out of her window, but on the half way she unexpectedly slipped and came hard
down on the cobblestones. "Shit, my leg it hurts so damn" whispered
her with tears in her eyes. She struggled to her feet and hobbled as fast as she did
only could get away from the horror that called itself home.
It was already night and Charlotte didn't know where to go.
At least she was able to move her leg a little better than shortly after the fall.
She was so in her thoughts that she realized too late that she had lost her way in the forest.
Slowly she lowered her head and just dragged herself forward with no destination in mind.
* KLONG * ,, AUAAAA, why is there such a goddamn gate here? '' she yelled before doing this
took a closer look at the strange gate. It was a huge metal gate that felt nice and smooth.
What on earth was such a gate doing in the middle of the forest? !! Charlotte was easy on her curiositydo not restrain and so she pressed her hands against the door, which so suddenly and lightning fast
opened that she stumbled and only noticed how she fell down somewhere.
