Beginning

What would you do if something unexpected happened? When you are drawn into a world that will fundamentally change your life. These questions had been going through my head for a long time when something happened to me that I had never dreamed of being possible. My name is Mariko Kasai and I will tell you the story of the beginning of my adventures.


It started on a mild spring day when I was in the attic of Grandfather's house. I always wanted to know what was in the attic. I looked around and saw an old Chinese chest. I went and opened the chest out of curiosity. Inside there was a very old scroll and when I touched it and opened it, it suddenly started to glow. The light blinded my eyes and when I could see something again, he was standing there. A red-haired boy who changed my life.


And so the story took its course.
