Prolog.

Shinoah. On a small island on the Grand Line, the name spreads fear and horror. Nobody knows who she is. Is she a demon who came out of the dark to get her? Is she a ghost who died a cruel death on this island and now wants to take revenge on the people? Or is she just a person who has suffered a lot of bad things?
Nobody really knows. Even Shinoah cannot say exactly who she is. All her life she thought she had no feelings and cannot remember her childhood. The only thing she can remember is pain, great pain, and grief. Yes, she mourns. But why and about what she cannot explain. Pain and grief are the only things that she feels. No love. No hate. No fun. Just grief.
