It was a time a very long time ago. Then Lilly Mcleod and her husband decided that they wanted to have a child. Less than a year later, Lilly was lying in a hospital bed with her two daughters Elizabeth and Isabel Mcleod in her arms. The funny thing was that Lilly had insisted on naming the girls Elizabeth and Isabel and Lilly had now decided to only use their real first names to address whom they had committed what. Otherwise, the two twins were called Libby and Luci by their mother, the only person who could tell the two girls apart. So Libby and Luci Mcleod got bigger and bigger until one day they were six years old. Five years earlier, her mother had decided to bring the two of them to television and so the little babies of yore had become two sweet, charming, polite and above all very well-known normal child stars. As Libby often says in interviews: "Luci and I are very happy. After all, we live in a real dream world"
But even this dream world should be destroyed at some point, as Libby and Luci soon discovered.

It was a very stormy night and Libby tossed and turned restlessly in her bed. At some point she realized that she would never fall asleep, so she decided to read a little. Just as Libby was immersed in one of her favorite books, she heard a loud scream. She quickly ran to the room door and opened it quietly. The hallway was jet black. Only at the end was some light on in her parents' room. Her parents argued loudly and Libby got something from her father being with another woman. Suddenly, Libby had stepped into the hallway, someone tapped her from behind. She screamed, startled, and turned around. Luci, who had her room at the other end of the hall, stood behind Libby and Libby saw on her sister's face that Luci also knew that her parents' relationship was over. Libby hugged Luci. Although Luci was always the brave one, it was now Libby who had to comfort her little sister. Suddenly Lilly came to her daughters and said: "Girl, I have to go away for a while and have a little distance from your father." The sisters looked at each other and then said: "We are coming with you" Lilly was a little surprised at her quick decision two daughters, but then said that they would leave immediately. At that moment, almost four-year-old Lizzie-Lou stepped into the hallway and rubbed her eyes sleepily. “What's going on Mamie?” Lilly picked up the little one and said: “Your sisters and I are going away for a while. Are you coming with me?” Lizzie-Lou looked at her two older sisters. She loved them both very much and so she nodded. So Lilly, Libby, Luci and Lizzie-Lou left the house in the middle of the night and got into the car. The girls' father did not try to prevent them.He watched a little shocked as his wife and daughters drove away in the car, but then went back into the house. The girls, all of whom were still wearing their nightgowns, all fell asleep immediately. Lilly, on the other hand, who was dressed, drove a very, very long time.
