The way I love you

Memories, thoughts, feelings.

Meeting after years

The redhead had put her hand on the cold floor. It was good for her to have found something to cool her throbbing hand.
She had cried and then stopped. She had cried so much that even her tears failed and did not do her job.
Sayo had leaned forward and was only breathing softly and shallowly. She looked over and over again at her hand and sniffed. She can certainly endure the sight of blood, but not if it is her own blood and her own wound.
She closed her eyes briefly, opened them again and everything seemed to have changed.
She knelt on the floor in front of some houses for a while. Her thoughts stopped and only her mind was present. And suddenly it seemed pointless. Unnecessary and illogical. And incomprehensible, as if none of this had any reason.
The injured girl coughed a couple of times before straightening up and standing up. She walked on calmly and overlooked her pain, which she tried to do.
Sayo wanted to be strong and look to the future. She wanted to be brave and not have to doubt herself and her feelings. But there was nothing more than wishes. She knew that, but it was nice to believe in a fantastic, carefree future. With a whole family, with friends.
She cleared her throat and turned onto the next street that took her straight to a park. She liked this park. She liked to sit on the bench and think about something. It was good to be alone. She noticed, she knew, she felt it.
Sighing, the green-eyed woman let herself fall on the black bench and looked skeptically at her hand, which she connected to her handkerchief, which it was supposed to hold temporarily.
"Everything's fine," she whispered, nodding, and looked up again.

I would like to look for something. Something I would be happy to have found.
It is my darling. I dug it up and hid it again so they wouldn't take it from me.
But no sooner had I hidden it than you were gone. Had taken him with you.
But I want to have it again. He means a lot to me and I want to bring him back.

Sighing, Sayo closed his eyes and listened to the silence. Enjoyable. Calm. Not very irritating. Just perfect.
She leaned back and enjoyed the quiet minutes completely. Without wasting any thoughts, without calling up memories and without thinking about their infinite love. Even in her head there was such calm that an ordinary person could not have endured it. But she was used to it and could handle it very well.
From a distance she heard water splashing. It didn't splash, it lashed against houses, trees, the ground. A storm was approaching, but the Sayo was relatively irrelevant.
The red-haired girl saw it loosely and stretched it with a smack. So there were moments when she had her peace and quiet and could enjoy it.The storm was approaching and making itself felt. Lightning struck and thunder rumbled everywhere. The rain had meanwhile reached Sayo and she felt cold drops of water. The small raindrops pattered on her skin, leaving a slight, wet trail.
"Autumn is coming.", She muttered in disgust, opened her eyes and stood up.
She put her right hand in the side pockets of her black dress and let her rock with the rhythm with the left. Everything was fine for her. She saw it easily.
More or less quickly she walked down the long street again until she stopped again. She frowned and resolved deep down not to show any weakness.
She bravely examined the old houses and suddenly saw the old pictures before her.
The windows had shone in the sunlight and they had always played nearby. But it all seemed to be erased, because it seemed to her that she was the only one who would remember it.
Sayo decided to take a shortcut. Probably because she wanted to see this area again. Or maybe she just wanted to get home sooner. She didn't exactly know the reason and didn't even want to know it.
So she turned straight around and walked down the dark alley.
"You can't see anything here.", The girl grumbles disappointed and sighed.
She turned around again, she clearly preferred the lighted path. She felt safe, would find the way even in the dark, but if she couldn't see anything, although she wanted to see everything, why go on? It only depresses you more.
She screwed up her eyes when a figure appeared in front of her. Whether woman or man, she did not recognize it. But the only thing she saw was the stranger looking around, but not like a stranger.
Her steps slowed, she ran past the person, at the end of the alley she hesitantly stopped and spun around. A thought that suddenly startled Sayo had made her do it.
Her eyes opened in surprise and she wanted to say something, but no sound came out. Suddenly everything had lost value, because he was here.

[i]After years, months, days, hours, minutes, seconds. Now you stand in front of me.
I feel so inferior? Why is there pressure in my chest? Everything contracts.
Joy because you stand in front of me.
Sadness because I wasn't looking for you at all, you just showed up.
Anger because you left then.
Hate for being alone
A nice feeling because it was so long ago.
