I looked up at the starry sky. The only thing you could hear was the rustling of the wind. I closed my eyes and breathed in the fresh air. When I exhaled again, a small cloud of smoke formed, this is what it looked like, in front of me. Only now did I realize how cold it was tonight and still I didn't care. I just wanted to have my peace.
"Miharu" someone called. I opened my eyes and sighed.
"Yes?" I asked.
"Come on down the roof and come eat," my sister yelled up at me. I got up and jumped out onto the balcony.
"What are you doing up there? It's freezing outside," she admonished me. I looked up at her.
"Oh nonsense, I don't mind that," I just said and walked past her.
"I don't want you to get sick," she said worriedly. I turned around briefly.
"I'm a ninja and I don't get sick anytime soon," I pouted. She laughed at that and ruffled my hair.
"Come eat now".
"What is it?" I asked.
"Ramen," she said softly. I jumped in the air and ran into the kitchen. I loved ramen.
"You seem hungry after all," she laughed.
"Sure with ramen" I said with a smile. I waited a little longer until my older sister sat at the table and started to eat.
"Tell me which team did you join now?" she asked interested. Oh, I haven't mentioned it yet. I became genin 1 week ago. And I'm really proud of that and maybe then I'll ...
"I'm in a team with Riku and Mai," I said calmly.
"That's great, isn't it?" she asked. I looked at my food and said nothing.
"Miharu?"
"Yeah, that's really great," I lied quickly. Apparently my sister believed me because she smiled at me.

When I was done I washed my plate and headed for the room. Then something occurred to me. I turned and looked at Itoe.
"Um ... sister?" I asked confused. She looked at me.
"What is there? ".
"Well, I thought now that I'm a ninja too, we could train together too," I said. She looked at me in surprise. I looked at her closely. So far she hadn't even accepted.
"Maybe another time," she said softly. I looked at her blankly.
"How so?" I just asked. I just didn't understand.
"You have only just become a genin, my little one. First do a few missions and then we can see further," she answered my question. I clenched my fists. I hated it when she underestimated me.
"My way!" I said angrily and went into my room.
I dropped onto my bed and pressed my pillow against my face. Why did she always do that? Didn't she know that she was hurting me with it?
I threw the pillow against the next best wall, where it stayed on the floor. I looked at the ceiling. Why was I so different? Why couldn't I be happy? Why didn't I have any friends?I closed my eyes again and took a deep breath. My sister had no idea how I was really doing, and she shouldn't have known. But what bothered me the most was that my big sister didn't take me first. She was already Jonin, but she could still train with me. And for the first time in my life I felt hatred in me. Maybe anger or both. On my sister. Why couldn't she take me seriously just once. I was always just a little girl who had to be protected, but now I was tall and could take care of myself. I just had to make it clear to my sister somehow.

I quickly jumped up from my bed. I just stood in my room and looked at the floor. And in that moment I decided something. I would show it to my sister. I will become stronger than them. I'll do anything for that. I smiled.
I quickly got ready for bed and lay down in my bed. Tomorrow would be the first training session with my team. I just hoped it all worked out.
"And hopefully I'm not dreaming of this man again," I mumbled to myself. I closed my eyes and snuggled into my pillow. After a short time, I also fell asleep.
I didn't notice the man who was standing in a dark corner of my room and watching me with his red eyes.
"Sleep already" whispered the figure and disappeared.
