Zwei Länder, eine Liebe

Tournament 2

All winners and the associated dojos received an invitation to the big tournament. Thankfully, I was able to be released again because my employer (i.e. the company) is a sponsor. Another special challenge is that this tournament is broadcast, recorded and later broadcast on television. We are all a bit afraid of failure as a result, but it will take a few weeks before that happens. Since my Sensei is very proud to have got this chance, he wants us to train more often and harder. Of course we do this too, week after week and then the time has come: the day of departure. Our team is part of the 1st to 3rd placed of the nationwide tournament. We will only meet the remaining team members on site. When we get there, we, who are new to something like this, are completely overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles. We register again with the letters that we had received and should bring with us and then go to our cabin to get ready and talk to everyone else who is still part of our team. After a few minutes, all teams will be asked into the large "turn" hall to begin greeting.

Some work colleagues and especially the dojo members who are not there watch the television and hear the commentator speak:
"And now the team that represents Bavaria comes in. All of them, with the exception of a few individual ones, are new faces and this year they are considered one of the few favorites. Especially in the individual fights, Joey ... and Mia Wild are THE favorites traded this year and let's see what all of us will show at this tournament. "

The tournament begins and our team is very far ahead. In the 4th tel final all teams have to come together to form two pairs and compete against each other. Joey and I compete for our team together and defeat the first team, what we all, not even Joey, had noticed was that Joey was injured and in the final it should get even worse. When both teams were determined for the final it was closed for that day because the fighters should really rest and for the organization team there were still some preparations on the agenda that they still have to do for the next day.

All those who had already been eliminated went to their hotels and were able to watch tomorrow's final. When we were in our hotel we first ate and discussed again thoroughly for the final, but no one (so far) could believe that everything would turn out differently. When the day of the finals came, Joey asked me to stay behind him, but I have a clue that this is not a good idea. We're going to the tournament. When we get there we go to the changing rooms and change again.

At 10 o'clock there will be another "opening ceremony of the finals".Then the final fight begins, but beforehand the referees clarified with us when it should be canceled. When this is cleared we begin. Pretty much everything is allowed and my "colleague" almost only wants to fight alone, but he can't do that and when he doesn't pay attention he is attacked and I jump in between and get injured on the left side of the stomach. I was bleeding mediocre and the referee paused and asked me:
"Are you going to give up and have this investigated?"
"No, that'll be right again! I just have to heal myself!" I answered and then the counter-question came:
"How do you mean" heal yourself "?"
"Just watch!"
I concentrated on my chakra and let a kind of green cloud appear around my left hand and put it on the wound. Everyone found this very interesting and watched everything eagerly, even holding the camera on it. The wound will gradually heal well together. After I felt fit again I said:
"We can continue!"
"Are you sure about that Mia?"
"Yes, I am Joey, but let's see how our opponents react, I guess they will now target me!", But in my mind I continued to think:
"But I can defend myself and our opponents are perplexed that I can hold out like that!"

Joey is overdoing it and drops to his knees. The one opponent who is a bit more brutal attacks him, but Joey can only defend himself but not attack. He is now lying motionless on the floor and since I saw everything, tears stood in my eyes. The opponent was about to strike again and suddenly I shouted:
"Go for someone who can still move like me!"
He then turned around and took a swing. I was able to defend myself, but before I could strike back I realized that I was flying over the ground and was no longer within his reach.

I was able to catch myself in time before the edge of the mat because otherwise I would have been disqualified! I gradually got back up and took a few deep breaths. Because of my anger at him, a new power awoke in me! when I looked at him then I realized that I could see his chakra channels. He looked me in the eye and was scared but instead of giving up he attacked again. I concentrated on my remaining chakra. When I had collected enough, I concentrated it on my fingertips of the first two fingers, the index and ring fingers. I hit his chakra knot points with it and he buckled in his legs and now lay there motionless himself. The other of the opposing team said:
"I give up voluntarily, because I know that I can no longer do anything."

The referee heard his words and declared me the winner. When it was over he asked me:
"What kind of eyes were those?"
"That, my dear, was my Byakugan that has now awakened in me too!""Oh yes, you had red eyes once and what kind of eyes were those?"
"This is my Sharingan. With the Byakugan I can see the chakra channels, i.e. the energy channels, and with Sharingan I can copy the techniques and also foresee them!"
"Wow, that's great, but how can you do that?"
"I don't know, that both came in a tough fight, probably I inherited them!"
"This means?"
“That I inherited it, that is, through my genes!” “Oh yes, I'm sorry, I wasn't listening carefully. I just thought of something. There is supposed to be one in Japan, I think it's called Kakashi (Hatake ) if I remember correctly, he can do something like that or something! "
"Oh yes, but I think I'll never see and find out for myself!"
"I wouldn't be quick to prejudice, because this is also a kind of selection process for the Internatele (competition) tournament where some are selected to represent Germany. And I believe that you, who have won this, have a good chance of winning to join the team! "
"Oh really? Aha and when will this be announced?"
"I'm sorry, but I don't know. This year I made it to the final for the first time and otherwise it was only until the 4th tel final!"
"Ok well, I guess by mail, that's how I found out about this tournament here!"
"Yes, it's possible!"
"Oh, I just remembered something! What is your name actually?"
"I am Jack and you?"
"I'm Mia and where exactly are you from?"
"I represented Saxony with my team-mate!"
"Oh really? I am originally from Saxony and I go there often! Maybe you can meet there more often!"
"Sure, I'll give you my cell phone number too. Then we could write like that too!"
"Sure, that's a really good idea!"

I was taken away by Joey and I was given the trophy, a medal and the certificate. Since it is late afternoon and all the hotels are still booked, there is an "after-show" party. There is dancing, some drinking, but I've had enough and go outside the door to take a breath and enjoy some peace and quiet.
Jack comes out to me and we talk for a while. We have now become good friends, but we have to say goodbye now because his team came out and now want to go back to the hotel and have to pack. He says goodbye to me with his entire team and says:
"You can write to me at any time and, above all, contact me when you are in the area!"
"Sure, I'll definitely do that!"
The team left but none of us would have thought that we should see each other again soon!
