Chapter: sunrise
She got up slowly and mumbled: "Good morning dear sun." A fantastic sight was presented to the girl when she finally opened her eyes. Her ears heard the soft rustling of the leaves in the trees and a gentle breeze caressed her bare arms. In front of her stretched a gigantic field in the middle of which a lake shone like a blue sapphire. The sunrise enveloped the painting of nature in glaring light and underlined the magical atmosphere.
Mina sighed. "I don't know why, but I have the feeling that this idyll won't last forever. At some point, fate will catch up with nature." The young woman of oriental origin sighed. At some point, fate will catch up with them too. Her gaze deviated from the idyll in front of her and now had the sky in her sights.
"Tell me dear future, do you love freedom?" The wind rose. He was warm and made her feel like something strange, something magical. She stroked her dark brown hair. The scent of earth and flowers surrounded them and several petals flew through the air. It looked awesome.
Mina sighed again and turned around, was about to leave. She shouldn't stay in such places any longer, it would only cause disaster again. The young woman took a few steps forward, but turned around one last time so that she could enjoy the sight one last time. Then she left.
After a few hours she stopped and looked around. She was now in a forest. Nobody could find her here, not even the demons. The brown-haired woman sat down on the soft, moss-padded forest floor and looked at her surroundings. The trees were tall and the sunlight, which occasionally shone through, enveloped the entire area in a special glow.
Mina now took her beloved weapon Warda in her hand and looked at it. The sword was of a very special beauty. Apricot-colored sapphires were characterized by floral patterns. Hence the name Warda - flower in Arabic. Mina polished her sword and put it back into its scabbard. Then she got up and looked for something to eat. She found nothing and set off again with a sigh. Several travelers met her, but none seemed special - let alone blatant. Mostly they were ordinary farmers or hikers. However, she was eyed with suspicious looks, which she skilfully ignored.
At some point she reached a small village. "Damn it!" The villagers screamed. The mark on her arm was really sensational. It formed a phoenix with a flower in hand. She slowly stroked the mark that stretched from her shoulder to her elbow. Then she gave the disgruntled people of the village scornful looks and left.
"Stupid people can't stand the truth and despise what they see," she muttered disapprovingly. As she walked, she accidentally ran into a young man. Mina looked at him and was startled. She had never seen a person in whose eyes there was neither contempt nor displeasure. She never saw such eyes. Never, except with her mother. And that scared her.
The girl quickly thought about it and took a quick step. On the way she thought again about the man she ran into. Why didn't he disregard her because of her mark? But then she remembered. He had a strange pattern under his right eye, which meant that he was damned true himself. Another curse, but it was a different one. It had an alien shape to her, and yet it looked familiar. This pattern, it was this that the demons wore.
Mina found a place to sleep and lay down. Some thoughts made their way through her head, but at some point left her alone. After a while she gave in to her dreams and fell asleep.
Soo, that's it for now. : 3
