Star Senshi Merkury
Soft drops fall from the azure sphere, wake round waves on a face made of liquid sapphires and rest deep, far below, like silver shimmering jewels. There is still calm, spring is asleep.
But lonely and quietly a drop pearls from the vine leaves, follows the calls of the bedded earth, whose breath slowly lifts its beat. Today only a small trickle bears witness to the source of life, there is neither pushing nor wallowing.
Another silver pearl falls hesitantly. Two waters are married.
I listen quietly, listening to every drop, rustling and splashing, no matter how faint. The gentle melody of nature, how up and down her dreaming breath goes.
I, the blue virgin, am untouched and beautiful, a heart ruled by the head. Holy to heaven, I feel the wisdom of time. Knowledge is my power, a spell that cuts like a sharp sword made of water. It is still calm in the holy sea and the winds of battle are far away.
But soon the waters are raging, combine with showers to form vortices. So the drops, liquid sapphires and diamonds that once mixed, plunge into dark ravines with pure force. Action liberate, redeem and winter gives way to spring to be by my side from the day the struggle kindles its fires.
My fingers gently stroke golden threads, repeatedly awakening the sounds of a dreamlike harmony that tames the waves that gently rock my body in peaceful calm. Oh water, you, the most precious blood of the earth, so closely related to my own; wave, kindle your blue waters too well for me. Follow the sounds of the lyre that will guide you through the shadows of the night.
I open my heart, which after a long sleep feels the light and warmth of an awakening morning for the first time. In the middle of a still cold night, it is awakened, longing for closeness and the bright colors of love.
I've made my decision, ready to fight. I can already feel the first breath of spring, the delicate scent of innocence with which the first white bell awakens in the cold snow. Because I fight for them if I were even willing to sacrifice myself. The smile of life will forever bloom anew, at least as long as the waters rock their waves according to my sounds.
