Sei mein Leben – sei mein Tod
1st chapter
After a long time I'll try to reveal my fanfiction here again :)) Have fun!
"Kakashi, wait a minute," I called after the gray-haired man. He stopped, folded his arms behind his head and turned to me. I stopped in front of him, propped myself up on my legs and looked up slightly. "Gai is looking for you," I snorted and then stood upright again. Young Anbu raised an eyebrow but still didn't say a word. "I have no idea what he wants. He didn't tell me." I smiled crookedly and pushed a strand of my red-orange hair behind my ear. I saw a short smile cross his lips before he turned away from me again. "Thanks, Yoshida," he said coolly, briefly raised his arm and disappeared around the next corner. I put my head to one side, puzzled, and then shook it. "And I should be told to understand boys. Honestly, it's very difficult with him," I mumbled and turned back on my heel to run straight into Genma. "Sorry," I said startled and jumped a step backwards. He just laughed. "It's okay, Shin. Nothing happened. I shouldn't have scared you like that ... or rather should have stood behind you." I just waved the hand off, took his hand and pulled him to me. I gently put my head against his chest to hear his heartbeat. I liked that even pounding of Genma. Maybe it was because we were together. I didn't know, I just liked it. I felt the brown-haired man brushing my hair. I broke away from him with a slight smile. “Is something?” It came from this instantly and I laughed instantly. "No nonsense. I just have to find Gai and tell him that I have found Kakashi. Only I don't know if he is going to Gai too." Slightly confused, I raised an eyebrow and thought for a moment. "Anyway, do we want to go out to eat? I'm really hungry. I haven't eaten since this morning," I said, hooking myself into Genma's arm. "Don't you? It's going to be dark soon," the words came from his lips in surprise and I shook my head. "No, I had to do so much for the Hokage. That didn't give me the time." I said this somewhat complainingly and together we ran to Ichiraku.
"Oh that was good," I sighed as we started walking again. In the meantime it was dark and only a few lanterns lit the paths of Konoha. “Do you want me to take you home?” I looked slightly to the side and nodded gently. "Yes, of course. If you like, you can also come in with me. I think I still have delicious tea in the cupboard." I looked at Genma questioningly, but he shook his head. "No thanks. I have to get up early tomorrow. I have to go on a mission tomorrow," he said, a little dejected. I just nodded in understanding. Without further words we kept walking until we stopped in front of my apartment. We stopped at the same time and looked at each other. "Well then .. then I wish you a good night, Genma," I breathed towards him, stood on my tiptoe and kissed him on the cheek. With this gesture I unlocked my apartment door and disappeared inside. Once again I didn't give Genma time to answer me, or even to kiss me. I didn't know why, but I hated saying goodbye. After I closed the door I stayed leaning against it. Putting my hands on my heart, I sighed once before I took off my shoes and set them aside.I walked slowly inside my little apartment and looked around. I liked it, but after all these years it was still pretty empty. I sighed heavily when I saw the picture frame in the hallway cupboard. In it was a picture of my parents, my older brother and me. I quickly put the picture frame face down on the shelf. I couldn't look at the picture without feeling sad. My parents died on a mission. Almost two years later my older brother too. I quickly swept the memories back and in the next moment I was already in the bathroom. I wanted to take a shower and I really needed that after that day.
Less than an hour later I found myself in my small sleeping area. I threw myself on my bed and stared at the ceiling. Because of the hot summer weather, I didn't even have to cover myself up. I tossed and turned frequently until I finally fell asleep. I woke up to the first rays of the sun that shone in my bedroom. I sat up yawning. I didn't really want to, but I had to. "I promised," I muttered quietly and went to freshen up and get dressed. "At least I don't have to go on a mission ... although, I'd rather do that than help in the hospital," I growled and walked into the kitchen, fully dressed. This was also relatively small, but cozy. It was red with a kitchenette in one corner and a small dining area on the other. She quickly made herself something to eat and devoured it as she barely had time.
The day dragged on, I was very happy not to have to wear the Anbu mask today. After nothing more was to be done, it was already getting dark, I was able to slowly leave the hospital. The day was pretty exhausting again, but on the one hand I really enjoyed doing it. Looking down, I started walking. I just wanted to go home, rest, relax and end the day with a hot chocolate. "Who knows what my parents would say about it ... Hardly any free time, hardly any friends and already Anbu." After all, I was only 18 years old. I can still remember my mother telling me I didn't have to become a Anbu, or rather a little later than herself. But after my parents passed, nothing could hold me back. When I was 15 I became Anbu and was asked about it. However, there were members who were much better than me. It didn't bother me, definitely not, but they teased me quite often because of my young age. I was sometimes very happy that Kakashi was a member himself. I arrived at home lost in thought. Just as I was about to unlock, I looked down again and was very happy about it, because otherwise I would have trampled the beautiful flowers that were carefully placed on the floor. I slowly leaned forward and picked up the flowers. "Red roses," I muttered. "It could only be from Genma," I mumbled and finally stepped into my apartment. I quickly put the flowers in a vase and threw my bag in the corner. Then I straightened my shoes and went quickly to the bathroom. I washed myself, put on something casual and went into the living room and threw myself there on my sofa. I leaned my head on the armrest and closed my eyes. Actually, I should have something to eat and, above all, drink, but I was just knocked out. to get up again. I didn't even notice how quickly I fell asleep.
When I woke up it was very dark when I looked out the window. The next moment I was shocked because the light was on in my kitchen. With a pounding heart, I got up and walked slowly to the kitchen. Startled and yet quite surprised, I stared into the kitchen.
