"Firearms?" - "Firearms!"
"Shade? Shade, are you here?", The voice of the redheads echoed through the bright school auditorium. "Who are we looking for?", Yuki asked and looked around, impressed. "We're looking for a character named Black_Shade. She's a teacher here who specializes in weaponry and can teach you a lot," Akahana stepped towards the only open door and entered the room to which it led. Various weapons hung on the walls, from daggers to bows and spears. An astonished "wow" crept over the lips of Yuki, she let her fingers prance gently over the hilt of a beautiful sword. "That's Kuro, the black sword. If you hurt yourself on its edge, that's it for you, little one", Shade's piercing blue eyes fixed the young girl, following her fingers, which she slowly withdrew. "There you are, Shade. Yuki, this is Black_Shade, the weapons teacher in Wonderland. Black, this is Yuki. She is new here and needs a weapon, can you help her?", The magician screwed up her eyes on this question together, they knew how reluctantly the teacher helped voluntarily and unpaid. "Okay, the best way to start is with a stick," suggested Shade. She tossed the new one a broomstick, took one too, and then took up a fighting stance. "Do you know how to deal with it?", The uncertainty was written on Yuki's face. "Of course I know how to use a sword. But I could hurt someone", she explained her concern. The three looked around briefly. "I hardly think that you could seriously injure NPCs. Especially not in a city, or rather in the initial city," explained Shade. Yuki looked around again briefly. "What are NPCs?", You could read the perplexity on their face, like from a newspaper. The weapons teacher's eyes closed as the heel of her hand sank down on her own forehead. "You play such a game and you don't even know what NPCs are? Did you find out anything at all?", Even the magician looked a bit shocked. "No, I thought this was going to teach me everything I need to know," Yuki mumbled into her black collar. Shade sighed and sat down on the floor, laying her staff down beside her. "Okay, listen up, you noob. NPCs are non-player characters. So non-player characters. They don't have a life of their own like we do. You can say four sentences that vary depending on your level. Try and join in." an NPC, say, six times, "Shade prompted the new one. She pointed to a girl who was sitting on the bench, absorbed in her book. "Okay, if you leave me alone with that," Yuki snorted, walked over to her, leaned forward a little and spoke to her. "Hey, I'm Yuki," she introduced herself. "Oh, you must be new, I've never seen you here before," the black-haired replied. "Yes, I just came here recently. What's your name?" Asked the white-haired woman. "The weather here in Reviera cannot change because it is an underground city," Yuki straightened up when he answered. "Huh? I didn't want to know that", she mumbled and kept addressing the unknown girl. When asked why she didn't answer, Yuki got an "I love reading here". When Yuki asked her age, the black-haired woman replied, "Do you see that boy over there? He's not a boy". "This is definitely going to be too stupid for me," Yuki grumbled while she turned around with a wave of her hand. "You didn't finish the quest!" Black snapped at her new student."Yes what? The girl is totally ignoring me", "Because she is an NPC, she can only do four stupid sentences, how often do I have to explain that to you?", Shade huffed audibly, Akahana took two steps back. "And besides, what do you mean by 'You didn't finish the quest'? I can't remember accepting one at all," Yuki snapped. "You can do that verbally too. Open your menu and you will see it," informed the other redhead, who tried to levitate her wand with a spell, but failed miserably. "Does that mean that I really have to talk to the strange one twice more?" the addressed redhead nodded, smiling maliciously. Yuki hung her head, turned around again briefly and talked twice to the stranger. Slightly startled, she fell on her back while stepping backwards when the large turquoise lettering>> Quest accomplished <<appeared in front of her. She snorted, turned, and stopped across from her passing teacher. "Was that necessary now?", She wanted to know, annoyed, after crossing her arms over her chest. "Yep, you have now learned not to accept every quest", Shade grinned gleefully. Shade stood up, brushed the invisible dust from his pants, and picked up the stick again. "Are you ready to fight with me now? I have to see if you are made for a sword at all", her voice sounded slightly annoyed, which rubbed off on Yuki. The white-haired woman grabbed the other stick she dropped earlier and, like Shade, took up a fighting stance. "Try to just block my attacks. Do you think you can do it?" Black raised an eyebrow and looked at her opposite, who nodded in amusement. "I'm not totally stupid", Yuki said and concentrated on Shade's feet. The first attack came from the right, which Yuki was able to block. But not the next two. "What's wrong with you? Don't you have any reflexes or what?", Shade hissed, came to rest after the last attack and fixed Yuki with her blue eyes again. "Yes, but you're way too fast!" The white-haired woman yelled back.[b]"OKAY, DON'T TRUST AGAIN - ONCE AGAIN - SHOUTING TO ME AND YOU ARE DEATH, UNDERSTOOD, LITTLE ONE !?" One of her fingers brushed the handle of her 40 Smith & Weston, which was still calmly in its holster. "Ranged weapons ...", Yuki whispered to himself. "Do you have a bow that I could try?", She tried to sound reassuring, after all she didn't want to start over now. She couldn't save anywhere yet.
"And you surely know how to deal with it?" Asked the redhead skeptically. "Yes, and my answer won't change even after asking twenty-four times", Yuki answered annoyed. She took an arrow from the quiver beside her, donned it and the bow, and fixed the target as she tensed the string. She held her breath, aimed again more precisely, and let the arrow dash into the center of the target with an incomparable speed. Delighted, she lowered the arm in which she was holding the gun and smiled. "Lucky hit," Shade commented after tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear. Yuki didn't put up with that, grabbed another arrow and sank it right next to the first one, which still didn't impress Shade. Annoyed by this, she grabbed two of the projectiles at the same time, but did not aim at the target, but precisely at Shade, who was leaning against a tree with her eyes closed. After a short breath, and plenty of thought as to whether she should really do that, Yuki let go of the taut tendon. The arrows made their way through the air until they were stopped by the tree. Yuki held her breath, it was like time stood still. All she saw was a few red hairs that had apparently cut off the arrows falling to the floor.[b]"SAY YOU ARE INSANE !? WHAT ARE YOU SCARING ME SO! Forest jerked out of their nests.

Heyho guys :)
I'm sorry that you haven't heard from me for a long time, but I've had a lot of stress the last few days, please forgive me (/ _)
Hopefully you enjoyed the chapter, even if not all characters were there yet. But that will change soon.
In the next chapter I would like to go into more detail about city services, and I would also like to defeat the 'final boss' of this level.
Hence two questions:
What services would you like to have in general in this fanfic and who would like to go into battle against the giant spider? :)
Just leave me a comment or send me a message. But don't forget, you are not allowed to mention your character in the comments; D.
Greetings, happy new year and all the best,
Babsi <3
