Chapter 2: The Last Crisis
"Are you crazy?!" Bulma hisses and jumps up from the sofa, on which she had just been sitting comfortably. "What do you want to accuse me of ?!" it goes on already. "Uh ... well, uh ... nothing, but ..." Yamcha stutters to himself. "But what?!" Bulma drives off again. "What do you mind that Vegeta is training here ?! We have enough bursts here! The area around the Capsule Corporation will be big enough for both of you, right ?!" Bulma waves around. "That's not what I mean either." Yamcha tries to calmly explain further. "So what do you mean then?" Bulma now asks contrite.
"Oh ... I understand! The Lord is jealous ?!" she now notes indignantly. "Jealous ?! Me, of him ?! Never in my life not!" Yamcha tries to defend himself. "Yes! And how jealous you are!" she contradicts him and tosses her shoulder-length hair back. "It's not like that at all! I just want to avoid him taking advantage of you!" explains Yamcha."Stupid excuse! Why should he? After all, I offered him to stay here!" countered Bulma. "Well, you probably didn't just offer it to him out of pure charity!" Yamcha replies ambiguously. "Why else? His home planet was destroyed by Freezer and please tell me where else to go ?!" Bulma snaps at him. "And anyway, what kind of accusation is that supposed to be ?!" she continues to poison him.
"Well, that means you have a crush on him!" it now slips out of him. Bulma looks at him in disbelief and crosses her arms over her chest. "Not true at all." if she defends herself, she blushes slightly. "Admit it, you find him attractive! Only recently, when he blew up the spaceship, did you take care of him almost too lovingly!" he blurts out now. "Recently? It was ages ago! And besides, what is there to admit ?! Should I have had it scraped off? I'm not a monster!" she continues to defend herself."I bet you wouldn't have been so worried about me!" says Yamcha now slightly snapped. "I wouldn't have any reason to, because you don't train so hard that you could seriously injure yourself!" Bulma counters with a mischievous grin. "What does that mean ?! And yesterday, after lunch, I noticed how you longed for him when he went to train again! But don't get your hopes up with Vegeta. He won't be with a fury like you weak!" Yamcha continues, rather annoyed.
"You have it hacking ?! What else are you crazy about?" Bulma rises up in front of him. She rests one arm on her hip and continues scolding: "Who gives you the right to accuse me of having a crush on him ?! I only see one who has a bang!" innocent! I can tell that you can't take your eyes off attractive guys, and certainly not from Vegeta! he aggressively contradicts her."That's typical again! That's what you say ?! Who stares drooling after the other women on the street and shamelessly digs around in the area ?!" she indignantly blames him. "And, by the way, thank you for your trust!" she adds hurtfully. "But now for a long time! When have I done something like this before ?!" asks Yamcha, indignant and slightly blushing, because he knew exactly that, which could happen every now and then. "I'll remind you of that next time!" Bulma replies dryly. "Don't worry, I won't let it get that far in the first place. I've had enough! I'm not going to put up with that anymore. I'm going now!" it comes from Yamcha quite annoyed and moves to the front door. "Looks like you can't take the truth ?!" Bulma screeches after him. "Have fun with Vegeta too!" Yamcha scolds back. "Thanks, I'll have that!" it now comes from Bulma defiantly.
"Well, another marriage row?" asks Vegeta, who is just walking in the door and who is more than used to such times of crisis in this house. He found such arguments between the two now thoroughly amusing. Only this time it seemed a little more serious. "Don't worry, it will be the last you will see here!" Yamcha snorts past him and sticks her head out the door. "Come on pool, help me pack! We're going to the mountains." it comes from him before he makes his way upstairs to pack his things. Bulma stands in his way and asks him visibly uncertain: "What do you want in the mountains? Do you want to leave me?"
"Work out!" it comes briefly from Yamcha. "I should have known better that it can't work out with us anymore." Yamcha now speaks seriously and looks her in the eye. Bulma turns away from him and speaks softly: "Well, that's the way it is. We don't fit together anymore? Take care of yourself anyway. Take care!" with these words she says goodbye to him and hurries back into the living room.
