11. The final battle
Cell looked at Gohan in horror. He had actually recovered from the hits from his energy balls. "That's impossible!" He shouted. Gohan laughed softly: “I told you that it wasn't going to be easy for you, Cell!” Videl was relieved. Gohan had survived. When she thought of her father, she realized that he was the purest amateur compared to Gohan and his friends. "Keep it up ...", she said happily, "You can do it." Angry, Cell cried out and lunged at Gohan. This fended off the blows. It was as if the two of them were surrounded by lightning. They were moving so fast that Videl had trouble recognizing them. "You worm!" Yelled Cell, slapping Gohan in the face with all his might. Gohan seemed unimpressed. He turned quickly and punched Cell's stomach. This flew back a few meters, but then came running towards Gohan again.
Son-Goku and the Kaioshin had left Babidi's spaceship. They didn't talk for a long time. Then the Kaioshin spoke up: "Well then, Son-Goku! I did what I had to do." - "What do you mean by that?", Son-Goku replied. "I will return to the afterlife. We will definitely see each other again sometime." Goku nodded. He wanted to say something else, but the Kaioshin was already gone. "Hopefully Gohan gets along with Cell ...", Goku thought.
Gohan gave Cell a huge kick that made the monster jump back a few meters. "You wretched wretch!" Cell yelled. He hurled a ball of energy in Gohan's direction. This dodged cleverly. Gohan was now floating in the air and charging towards Cell. But the latter hit the careless opponent with a massive punch in the stomach. Gohan fell to the ground, but straightened up again very quickly. Meanwhile, Videl was still very excited."Please, Gohan. You can defeat this monster. I believe in you!" Cell attacked Gohan again and a familiar picture presented itself in which one of the opponents struck and the other blocked. They jumped apart. Cell laughed: “What do you hope to get from saving this miserable world?” Gohan was silent. "There is no reason! Am I not right? You are no further than a wretched worm that plagues your conscience. "Your urge to save this superfluous planet is now costing you your life! What a dramatic spectacle!" Cell ran his knee even harder than Gohan's stomach. Blood ran down his cheeks again. “Die! You worm!” Videl averted her gaze from this cruel event. "No!" She screamed desperately. Cell roared with laughter. But ... Gohan was no longer on the ground. "What?" Asked Cell in amazement. “I will not allow you to destroy this planet, Cell!” Gohan was now standing directly behind Cell. He couldn't move because of the horror. "Came ... hame ...- Ha!", shouted Gohan with all the strength he still had. He hurled a Kamehame-Ha at Cell like no one had seen it before. Cell was taken by surprise with a pitiful scream. Gohan fell unconscious to the ground After clearing the smoke that had sprung up, Videl looked over at the platform. Cell's body lay lifeless and in some places burned on the ground - a few yards away was Gohan. She flew quickly to him. She took his head in her arms. "You did it, Gohan. ", she whispered in his ear. He didn't react." Son ... Gohan? "Tears ran down her face. Gohan, who had saved the world again, was dead." No! "she screamed, weeping bitterly. Then she heard a voice." You don't need to cry, Videl.
