Fanfic: Die Zusammenkunft: Teil5 -> JLA vs. Z Fighters

like Piccolo. Son Gohan took off and wanted to attack him, but when he reached his opponent, his Faus simply rushed through him.

He just stood there and watched one of the beings burn to death. On closer inspection, they even looked alike. A tear ran down the strange being's cheek.

Son Gohan felt pity arise. He walked up to Him and held out his hand. He knew he couldn't touch him, but he had to do something. To his surprise, the hand stayed on his shoulder.

"She was my wife. Her name was M'yri'ah (* that's a fact too!), The little heap of cell plasma next to you was my daughter!"

"Why are you showing me this?" asked Gohan with another fit of nausea.

"Because this will be nothing compared to what Darkseid will do to your world!"

Gohan was frightened. The JLA wasn't here to support the tyrant ?!

"But we thought that you ..."

"And what kind of facts are these supposed to be? What allows you to say that you are not our enemies. You could lie and try to deceive us!"

"You attacked us first!"

Batman gave Piccolo a decisive look.

He was right.

Vegeta no longer understood the world. These guys had become many times stronger. Not that he had any difficulties, but this increase in strength was unusual even for someone who has been in the space of spirit and time and has actively trained. The figures he hurled against were firm and could not be smashed so easily. On the contrary, he had to muster tremendous energies in order not to be overrun!

He transformed into an Ultra Sayjajin and began to fire one discharge after the other with loud shouts.

When the figures were gone, he was hanging in the air, panting loudly. He looked around after a second pause. The ring man was gone.

All of a sudden, green walls formed around the prince. He was locked in a kind of cube that looked like a refrigerator.

"Sorry, but I have to cool your mind!" replied his opponent who was standing in front of his prison. In fact it was very cold. Vegeta began to shiver.

"If you think that you can defeat me like this ring boy, then you are wrapped in the wrong way."

"I know that I can't beat you. I just have to hold on to you until Batman has clarified the matter! Let's try how many degrees below zero I can imagine?"

"Do you know how to defeat Darkseid? He is incredibly powerful. His parademons are devastating the planet. There are thousands. They are taking prisoners and dungeons in a kind of fortress." Piccolo asked with a hint of confidence.

"I thought that I also took his powers disproportionately! Look at Superman and Kakarot!"

"His name is Son Goku!"

Son Goku struck again and missed his target again. Superman struck again and struck.

The surroundings were blurry. Son Goku was bad, he would have vomited in midair. The guy seemed to be spitting in his head. He could hardly concentrate.

Stunned by the actual blow as well as by its strength, he stumbled slowly downward.

Superman seemed to have to keep eye contact to use this strange fighting technique. So it was time to get out of his sight. Son Goku focused on a point three meters behind and below him. Then he injected energy into his cells and teleported there. Immediately he spun around and turned into a triple Super Sayiajin with a loud scream.

Without these hallucinations it was much easier to fight. He put both hands on top of each other at basin level. Superman was already turning back to him, he smiled maliciously.

"Came"

A small bluish ball of confidence, anger, and the will to win formed between the palms of the hands.

"Hame"

Superman had caught him again with a strange look. Son Goku already felt like he was sick again as the surroundings became blurred.

"Ha!"

But too late. The KameHameHa was complete and nothing could stop the blue ball of ki energy. Superman was still smiling just before the bullet hit him. Something was wrong.

"That's it for Superman!" noted Piccolo.

" I would not be so sure about that!" Batman returned calmly.

Flash had stopped. His former opponent gasped for breath as soon as the suction subsided. He looked at Flash with a grin.

"You're fast!"

"That's how I earn my bread. You all right?"

"Now!"

"I see Lantern has pacified your hot spur."

"Pinch me! Did he really lock it in a refrigerator?"

"Yep!"

"He can never hold it in there!"

"Lantern has already captured an exploding sun with his ring, (* to be read in the JLA Special: DC One Million 4/4 published by Dino Verlag) it never comes out!"

"Do we bet? If I win you'll take off your mask!"

"O.K. and if I win ... ahem ... then ... you get a bald cut!"

"Some time ago we had an interesting experience with Superman. He had changed radically!" Batman said to Piccolo as they looked intently at the sky to see what was happening.

"How do you mean?"

"His extraterrestrial cell structure transformed. His physical strength disappeared and he became a completely different being!"

J'onn stood in front of his wife's burning body. The telepathic suggestion he had created was more real than he wanted it to be.

The young man stared at it, startled. His face was white and his eyes flickered. This situation seemed to affect him as much as J'onn himself.

"I was one of two survivors. My entire race was wiped out."

"You said Darkseid was your enemy!"

"Yes!"

"Then it's not me. My name is Gohan!"

The boy held out his hand.

J'onn broke the telepathic connection. They were back above the palace and only now did J'onn see that it was a platform high above the ground. This universe was a truly mystical place.

He flew towards Son Gohan, who was still slightly battered by the intense telepathic connection. He reached out his hand.

"J'onn J'onnz. I'm glad that's cleared up!"

They both ended up next to Flash and the little man. They also stopped fighting. They sat next to each other and even laughed.

"Look at Vegeta's face! Man, he's boiling with anger!"

"Yeah, but he's probably also freezing off something else."

J'onn frowned. Green Lantern had locked Vegeta in a refrigerator and seemed to be lowering the temperature.

Then he looked over at Batman. This was still arguing with the other being.

Superman saw Kakarot's ki attack coming. He made no effort to evade, he had trained such a situation almost a hundred times with Green Lantern in their prison.

He felt a burning sensation on his skin when the discharge hit him, a slight pain flowed through his body.

But it didn't hurt as much as it should have.

Kakarot had changed again before, his hair had grown longer and his face was more like that of a Neanderthal than that of a human.

In addition, he made one of those stupid faces at the moment he saw that Superman was still whole.

"We should stop!" he then said dryly.

"You have become a strong opponent! But that won't do you any good, Superman!"

He didn't want to hear. It was almost like he was enjoying the fight.

"Then I have no choice, Kakarot!"

Piccolo stared at the two fighters high in the air.Superman, or Kal-El as Batman had recently called him, withstood a KameHameHa, Son Goku had become a triple Super Sajiayin, but the attack was almost ineffective.

Batman had explained the situation to him. The universe from which the JLA originated had a different "measure of force". His counterpart claimed that it must have something to do with the universal structure. When the JLA was brought into its universe by Metron, your cell structures began to align. By staying in the space of spirit and time, your powers were almost completely adjusted and by Batman's additional training with the Ki, everyone had reached a level in their powers at which they were all equal to group Z.

Batman seemed to be a very good fighter and a highly intelligent man. Piccolo began to doubt whether he would have won a fight.

Kal El started screaming.

"It happens," said Batman simply!

The man's aura changed again. Slowly it began to glow in a bright blue, lightning flashed from his eyes and electrical discharges also flashed out on some parts of the body.

Then his whole body glowed and there was only a loud bang.

When the light subsided, he could see the two opponents again.

Superman no longer wore his red and blue costume, but hung in a white and blue combat suit in the air above the palace. Its symbol had also changed, it was no longer worked into a kind of triangle, but more like a lightning bolt.

Son Goku took this change calmly. He had put on his "I'm enjoying this fight" smile.

"Is it really true what you said? It is pure energy now?"

"Yes."

Son Goku stormed up to him and struck. His fist darted through the transformed Superman. Son Goku made a surprised grimace again when he looked at Superman who just stared calmly towards the floor.

Then this yanked up his left arm, pulled him back and hit him. Although he was still a few meters away from Son Goku, he was hit and thrown away.

"Although Superman is an energy being again, he is able to retain his physical strength. He has just used a combination of force and gravitational wave to attack Son Goku."

"I doubt he'll be beaten that easily, Batman. It's going to be an interesting fight!"
