The way to the light

He closed his eyes and concentrated. The noise around him disappeared from his head. His thoughts slowly dissolved. In his mind's eye, Fisk saw himself (as a human being). He saw himself lying and looking at the full moon. The mind's eye fixed a point on the moon. This point came closer and closer. Fisk opened his eyes again. He heard a roar and felt the planet vibrate strongly. Azurian paid no more attention to him. It raged in an area with many small springs. Fisk got up slowly and as quietly as possible and walked cautiously back to the beach. Now he aimed at the full moon and fired.

Azurian turned and saw Fisk. Then she looked at the beam and then at its target. She trudged quickly and angrily towards Fisk. But it was too late. The moon was hit, splintered into many pieces, and then eventually exploded.Azurian stared at the slowly pulverizing moon. Fisk did this too.

Qui-fait came to. She saw the rising sun on the horizon and tried to move. Then she saw that a forest was growing around her. Her nerves reacted again, she twitched briefly and then tried to get up. When Qui-fait couldn't do this, she started flying. At a snail's pace, she floated toward her temple. There was no longer a blue monkey in sight. With difficulty she reached the sanctuary and looked in it for her magic beans (not only master quince plants them ;-)). Qui-fait swallowed one and took two more to find her apprentices.

He slowly came to. He heard the sound of the waves more and more clearly. Fisk moved slowly and pushed himself up with his arms. He leaned on a small rock and began to cough and gasp. After the water was out, he realized that he was out of clothes."It must have been destroyed during the transformation ...", he mused, while Fisk washed the sand from his body and then stumbled along the beach in shame, in the direction of the temple.

You couldn't miss the Temple of Purity if you weren't on the other side of the small planet Aqu. It was built tall, but had not had a major function since the Alliance of Light had joined. The paladin students slept and only ate there. Qui-fait also prepared food in the temple, had her fish farm there (see Part 5) and planted magic beans there. But otherwise the temple was of no real use.

Fisk couldn't sense the aura of Azurian. Carefully observing, he hops from stone to stone until he reaches the temple. He ducked in. "The air is clean," thought Fisk. He spent a few minutes looking for clothes in the temple. "Maybe I should wait for Qui-fait to come back ..." he mused."Better not ... If Azurian comes earlier than Qui-fait ..." Fisk kept searching and came to Qui-fait's fish farm.

Several Ttas-thcam-sad fish bubbled in the pool. And Fisk was incredibly lucky. First, he witnessed a rare occurrence. The fish shed their skin (they only did that twice a year). Second, he could use the fish's scale armor as temporary clothing. Fisk fished out the scales. "Blabbery, wet, disgusting and ... Uh!"

Azurian was also on the bank of a body of water (who would have thought that !!!). Gingerly and carefully she straightened up. After a short yawn and eye rubbing, Azurian opened it. In front of her stretched a small forest and a lake with a brook splashing into it. The sun was shining through the trees. Azurian got up and looked at himself. "Oh god, oh god ... my beautiful uniform is gone." She remembered again. The images flew by before her eyes. A hand that grew hair. Her hand. She immediately looked at her hands. No hair. Relieved, Azurian sat down in the water and watched a fish go. She swam to a deeper part of the lake, where her body was hidden in the water. “What should I do now?” Her eyes caught sight of the temple of purity. He was quite a long way from her. She felt the seaweed on her feet. Suddenly there was a crunch from the forest.

Fisk's new clothes were ready. He stood in the temple and dried his scales on the fire. He was a little disgusted, but Fisk thought the 'second skin' fitted him pretty well. He tested the sleeves of his clothes. Fairly dry. Two little hops and Fisk ran outside. But after a few meters outside the temple, he had a better idea. Fisk put his middle and index finger on his forehead and searched for Yoki's aura.

Qui-fait sighed lower and landed in a forest. She went and came to a lake. Her search was finally successful. “There is Azurian,” thought Qui-fait, “but where has Fisk gone?” She walked to the bank and Azurian recognized her. The apprentice quickly moved to their master. "Qui-fait! It's you," she called to her. "What happened yesterday, Azurian?"

He stood in the temple of light. Yoki looked at the stone. Suddenly he heard a noise. When he turned around, he was amazed. "Fisk !!! How do you look? A fish recently? ..." Fisk looked offended at Yoki.

"When Azurian and I were together on Aquatic last night and ... what was the name of the thing? ... Exactly, saw a moon, we turned into monkeys.", Fisk explained, "I have to destroy this moon and I woke up the next morning and looked for clothes ... "He grinned sheepishly. Yoki took him to the forge by the king's palace (they were on the planet where the king of the 'Alliance of Light' was headquartered).Fisk looked into the forge. The air was thick and there was a heat shimmer. The blacksmith hammered on a sword. Yoki led Fisk to the camp. A small room with many shelves lay in front of him. Swords, armor, and artifacts lay everywhere. "Let's see ...", Yoki rummaged through a shelf, "that should fit you!" He lifted a shiny, new paladin suit in the air.

Qui-fait and Azurian popped. They stood in front of a large building. Smoke rose from a chimney. Azurian wore an improvised leaves suit. The two entered the open house. It was the forge. Azurian heard a voice. Someone shouted, “Cool!” Qui-fait and they reached the camp. Fisk and Yoki were there. “Fisk!” “Hey Azurian!” Fisk called to her. Some fish skins lay next to Fisk. He himself was in uniform again. Azurian looked at him, embarrassed. "See you again on Aqu. Ciao, Azurian." With these words, Fisk and Yoki teleported away. Qui-fait was looking for a uniform.
