The adventure begins with a look at a huge forest. There is no one to be seen far and wide, the resourceful observer only sees a single house. This is where Son Goku, the main character in Dragonball, lives. He is on his way home after a successful hunt when he is nearly run over by a car. Immediately he storms on the supposed "monster", after all it could be after his prey. He attacks the car with his monk's staff, which he inherited from his grandfather, Gohan. The driver, almost as panicked as our little hermit, pulls a cannon and fires! That doesn't kill Goku for a long time. Shortly before he wants to drive his counterattack, the driver introduces himself as a girl named Bulma. Son Goku is very confused because he has never met anyone other than his grandfather.The two become friends, despite Goku's initial suspicion about the strange appearance of this "girl".


When they arrive at his hut, Bulma sees a ball that amazes her. A ball with stars ... a dragon ball! As luck would have it, she is looking for the said balls and therefore travels around the world. Because if you have all seven, you can summon the sacred dragon Shenlong and have a wish come true, whatever it may be. She wants to take the dragon ball, but for Goku this ball is more than a free ticket for a wish: It is the last memory of Goku's dead grandfather, so he does not want to give it to Bulma. Finally Bulma persuades him to accompany her on her journey and only to use the dragon ball to conjure up Shenlong ... Son-Goku agrees and so the two set off to find the remaining dragon balls.




The Lord of the Turtles

On their journey they first meet a lost turtle, which they show the way to the sea. As a thank you, she brings her masters over to reward Bulma and Son-Goku for their noble deed. The old man introduces himself as Muten-Roshi, the master of the turtles. An incredibly strong, already legendary fighter due to his skills in martial arts. He has only one weakness ... beautiful women! First of all, he gives Goku a flying cloud called Jindujun, on which only people with a pure heart can fly. Son-Goku is enthusiastic and tries out immediately whether the cloud carries him. Muten-Roshi is very astonished when he actually manages to fly on top of it (Bulma didn't manage to fly on top of it, by the way - which is surprising, since she wanted to leave the poor turtle to her fate). Now Bulma asks for a reward, but since Goku and not she helped the turtle, her chances are rather bad.Even when she shows Muten-Roshi her panties, he still doesn't know what to give her. Suddenly she sees a dragon ball around Muten-Roshi's neck and begs him to give her the dragon ball. But the master of the turtles is not that easy to get around; Apparently, Bulma should pose for him again. She does that too, because after all, her greatest wish should come true, which, by the way, is a sweet friend. Muten-Roshi really can't say "No" anymore and finally leaves the ball to the two of them. With the new Dragon Ball and Jindujun, our two friends are on their way to the next Dragon Ball, which they can easily locate with the help of Bulma's radar.




Oolong


When they arrive at the village, they experience a surprise: Nobody is there, although the city doesn't look deserted ... maybe the residents are afraid of Goku and Bulma? When they finally meet residents, they learn the reason for their reluctance; The village is currently being terrorized by a person who can change his shape at will and who likes to kidnap girls.Bulma makes a deal with the villagers: If Goku drives out the tyrant and frees the girls who have already been kidnapped, Bulma will receive the dragon ball in exchange, which is in the village. Goku initially disguises himself as a girl to seduce the villain, but this plan fails, so he has to fight the monster. However, they are not particularly enthusiastic about this and seek their salvation in flight. He is not used to that much resistance from the villagers and besides, there is only a small pig under the often masculine body, which is the only specialty of changing its shape. From a physical point of view, he is inferior to any of the villagers. And his shape, he can only change for 5 minutes, then he has to take a 1-minute break. In the subsequent fight, of course, he has no chance against Goku and has to reveal the whereabouts of the girls. The mission is done, the dragon ball sacked.So our friends, even with Oolong (which Bulma wanted to take with him because of his special ability. He was rather dissatisfied with this decision to wander the world, always have new adventures and act the packhorse for Bulma and Goku, what but did not spare him), in search of the last two bullets.




Beef devil and KameHame-Ha


On the way to the frying pan mountain, they meet Yamcha, a robber and Pool, his companion, in the desert. The two want to steal all of the three belongings.


Yamcha decides to fight Son-Goku, but soon realizes that there is more to this little guy than his looks suggest. All of a sudden, Yamcha spots Bulma and panics. His great weakness is his fear of women. Completely intimidated, he runs away and lets the trio move on for the time being.


During the night, Pool and Yamcha try their luck again, but fail a second time.The following day, Son-Goku, Bulma and Oolong try to leave the desert behind, but are again held up by Yamcha; He fires a missile at her car and eventually destroys it.


Now the fight against Goku begins. Before, Goku was weak from hunger and Yamcha was irritated by Bulma. But now both of them are fully concentrated or full, or Bulma is unconscious from the rocket. Yamcha attacks immediately, but is countered classy by Goku. Son-Goku now attacks with rock-paper-scissors tactics and knocks out a tooth from the sensitive Yamcha. Our friends are already in despair when suddenly the beef devil himself gives himself the honor of defending his castle.But when he sees Goku's monk's staff, he immediately thinks back to his old friend Gohan and asks Goku who gave him the staff. In the course of the conversation, they talk about Muten-Roshi, whose help the beef devil absolutely needs. The Lord of the Turtles is supposed to put out the fire on the mountain, so Goku has to fly off and get him. In return, he would then receive the Dragon Ball. Goku strikes and sets off with Jindujun.


On the way he meets the daughter of the beef devil, Chichi, and takes her with him. When Muten-Roshi hears of the disaster, he first wants to put out the fire with the magic fan, but since he messed it up, he decides to go to the mountain himself and extinguish the fire himself. But here, too, he makes one condition: he will only help if he is allowed to grope Bulma. Since she is tragically not there herself, Son-Goku decides to simply go into the deal instead of Bulma.

Arriving at the mountain, Muten-Roshi fires a KameHame-Ha. Yamcha, Pool, Oolong, Bulma and the beef devil can't believe their eyes ... the shock wave rushes towards the mountain at insane speed and finally destroys it and the castle in a gigantic explosion. So much destruction was not intended, but at least the fire is out. Bulma and Oolong climb into the smoking ruins of the castle to find the Dragon Ball with the help of radar ... there is only one thing left to do; Bulma has to keep her promise, which she only found out now.


However, she does not think of doing something like that and therefore blackmails Oolong to transform herself into an image of herself and to be petted instead of you. During her trip she gave him a special candy that can cause digestive problems if you say the right word. Out of necessity, Oolong endures the "procedure".

Meanwhile, Chichi asks Son-Goku if they would get married one day. Goku doesn't know what that means (he's thinking of something to eat), but he agrees.




Rabbit ears ...


Now that there is only one dragon ball to be found, our friends will soon have finished the search. On their further journey they pass a village. There they decide to refuel their car, which they got from the beef devil, and to relax a bit. They notice that the inhabitants of this city have an immense fear of rabbit ears. They only discover the reason for this when they see two rioters who are terrorizing the residents and wearing fake rabbit ears but real submachine guns. Son-Goku can no longer watch it idly and hunt down the two villains.


However, only Yamcha, who has been following our friends with Pool since the unsuccessful heist of the bullets in the desert, knows about the extent of this heroic deed. In any case, the residents do not seem happy, rather angry.Because the two Raudis belong to a radical group whose boss is Meister Lampe. This guy has the ability to turn anyone he touches into a carrot. And when you tell your master what happened, he of course rushes over immediately.
