Chapter: Piccolo vs. Cell? (Part 2)
First of all, many thanks for the courage (to continue writing) inspectors and here comes:
Part 2
I felt completely overwhelmed with this situation and was helpless at the mercy of the gentlemen. Suddenly I heard Ginyu's voice: "Master Freezer! Look, the girl has no halo!" Astonished looks looked at me. Apparently, up until this point, no one had noticed that I was still alive. "Well, we can change that very quickly if you don't answer us now!" said Freezer with a dangerous undertone.
I knew that he would have no qualms about carrying out his threat and killing me on the spot. "Now I know how a fly must feel in a spider's web! The more you wriggle, the deeper you get entangled!" I thought, feverishly wondering how I could get out of here again. "Well, ... my name is ..." I was about to begin an answer when my rescue emerged in the form of a bureaucrat.Suddenly the little man with the oversized glasses and small horns on his head was standing next to me and bowed. I looked at him completely perplexed. "Sorry to disturb you gentlemen!" he said to the group and then turned to me. "So you are the reason why everything is going haywire at the moment! We were already wondering what is going on down here in hell!" he said with a smile and took my hand. "I will probably have to kidnap your visit again!" he said in a friendly manner to the others, but they wouldn't let me go that easily. "NOT AT ALL IN QUESTION ..." I heard Freezer shout, but before I knew it I was suddenly standing in front of a huge desk. A large sign read "BIG BOSS" in bold letters and I knew immediately that I was in front of the Lord of the Underworld. "So, so, with your sudden appearance in Hell, you are bringing unrest to the store! As if we didn't have enough problems with them down there already!" he said calmly and looked at me for a long time."Very well. What planet are you from?" he asked after a few seconds. "Well, actually I come from the earth ..." I answered with a queasy feeling in my stomach. "All right! Call the god of earth, he should kindly pick you up here!" he said to two employees who immediately disappeared from the room. "In the meantime you can sit down in the next room before you slow down the business," he said, pointing with his finger at a door. With shaky steps I went into the small room and, exhausted, let myself fall on a chair. "I'm out of Hell, and even with no injuries!" It occurred to me and I had to take a deep breath. Slowly the tension released from my body and only now did I notice how dirty and torn my clothes were. I had to smile. "And so I'm about to face a god ?!" I thought, amused, and pulled some protruding threads out of my pants. Suddenly someone put his hand on my shoulder.I was startled and turned around abruptly.
A little Namek stood behind me and smiled at me. "Hello! Sorry if I scared you, I didn't mean to! I am the god of the earth, but you can call me Dende." he said friendly and immediately a feeling of security overcame me. "My name is Joanna." I introduced myself and was happy about this warm greeting. "The two employees of the Lord of the Underworld told me what you went through. I suppose you want to get back to earth as soon as possible! he wanted to know from me and looked at me questioningly. Oh dear, how should I explain to him that I had an apartment, but not in this world! "Well ... you know ..." I stammered and blushed. "It's okay. I understand! If you want you can stay with us in the palace for a while!" Pleased with so much courtesy, I accepted his offer with thanks.Dende held out his hand to me. "Then let's go." I closed my eyes and a comforting feeling flowed through me. When I opened my eyes again we were in a beautiful hall. A warm light flooded the room and I suddenly felt how tired I was. The little god led me to a door and opened it. "Since you are finally going to be!" Popo greeted us and came up to us.
Apparently he had expected Dende to bring me with him. "Popo, this is Joanna." he introduced me to the little black man. Popo pulled me to a richly laid table. "You have to eat something after the exertion!" he talked to me and put all kinds of delicacies on my plate. Actually, I was way too exhausted to be able to eat anything, but it all looked so delicious. I tried a bit of everything and had to praise Popo's cooking skills. "It just tastes amazing!" I said and enjoyed every bite. "It's been a long time since I've eaten so well.“I'm glad that you like it!” Said Popo proudly and was about to load my plate full again when Dende raised a slight objection. “I think our guest is very tired! Popo will you take her to the guest room, please. There she can sleep in and freshen up. "Popo put the plate back on the table." Good. You follow me! "Said the little man and went to the door. I struggled up from the chair and staggered afterwards." I wish you a good night! "Dende called after me cheerfully." Thank you very much! "I replied and ran behind Popo who had already disappeared around the corner. He turned to me and smiled. "I'll get you new clothes too!" he promised caringly. "That would be super nice." I mumbled tiredly. We went through two long Corridors and I struggled to keep pace. Finally we stopped in front of a door. "Here's your room! I wish you a good night's sleep! "Said Popo and pushed the door open.I just nodded and stepped into the room. My eyes closed almost while standing and I stumbled over to the large bed in the middle of the room. The door closed behind me. "What a day!" was my last thought, then I threw myself on the soft mattress and fell asleep immediately ...
A ray of sunshine caressed my face warmly. "How long did I sleep?" I thought, slowly opened my eyes and looked to the side ... It hadn't been a dream, I was still in the palace of God. I sat on the bed and stretched. "I haven't slept that well in a long time." I realized and felt really relaxed. My eyes wandered around the room. There were clothes on a chair. "She must have secretly brought Popo in for me!" I grinned and decided to take a shower first. I went into the next room and couldn't stop being amazed. "Well, I don't want to have to clean here!" it burst out of me as I looked at the huge white-tiled bathroom.I took off my old clothes and got into the shower. It was wonderful to feel the warm water on my body and I enjoyed this moment to the full.
When I felt clean enough, I turned off the taps and took one of the fluffy towels to dry off. Then I went back to my room and looked for something to wear out of my clothes. I chose blue jeans and a yellow t-shirt. Both fit perfectly. (Of course I put under my underwear beforehand). "How does Popo only know my size?" I asked myself with a smile and looked in the mirror. "It's a shame they don't have a hair dryer here!" I thought while stroking my damp hair. "Well, then I'll just let them dry in the fresh air." I decided and began looking for the exit from the palace. After getting lost twice, I finally found him and went out. The sun was warm on my face.I closed my eyes, leaned my head back, and took a deep breath. So I stood motionless on the platform for a while until I got the feeling that I was being watched. I opened my eyes again and looked around searching ... And then our eyes met! Piccolo had apparently been watching me the whole time and was now looking straight into my face. So we stood across from each other a few meters away and looked each other in the eye. I didn't know how to behave and nervously tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. Popo finally released me. When he appeared in the palace entrance and told me in a good mood that he had made a delicious breakfast, I fled from Piccolo's gaze and disappeared inside the palace. Here I leaned against the wall ... "What a strange encounter!" I thought and noticed that my palms were soaked with sweat. My emotions were going crazy ... I've always been a fan of his, but when I was facing him in reality I felt my heart start beating faster."How he had just looked at me ... not at all angry or something ... somehow different!" I pondered. "Oh, it doesn't matter!" I noticed quietly and resolved to go to breakfast first, because you can't think sensibly on an empty stomach!
I entered the kitchen where Popo was waiting for me. “You are definitely hungry,” he said, pointing with his hand to a richly laid table. (I assume it was a table, because you couldn't see anything under the mountain of Essen). I had to grin as I sat down on the chair and couldn't decide which to take first. "Popo is definitely very happy that he can cook for someone again." it went through my head. The door opened and Dende entered. "Good morning Joanna!" said the little Namek and sat down with me at the table. "Have a nice morning to you too!" I replied and took a gleeful bite into an apple.
During the meal, Dende sat next to me and waited patiently for me to finish."Would you like to answer a few questions for me?" he asked me after I had pushed the plate away and looked into my face. "Of course, as long as I can answer it!" I gave it back and was curious what he wanted from me. "Let's stretch our legs a little!" he suggested and got up from his seat. I got up too and walked out of the room with him. We walked down the hall side by side in silence for a while. "So ... how did you get to hell?" he broke the silence and looked at me expectantly. I had expected this question and I willingly told Dende the story about the television. (Of course without mentioning what I wanted to watch that evening). He looked at the floor and I saw that he was thinking hard. We went on and finally came to the arched doorway that led outside. Dende and I crossed it and walked a little across the platform. I couldn't see Piccolo anywhere ... "How come you weren't killed down there?" Dende tore me from my thoughts
