Shadow of Death Chapter 1
They flew close together through the eerie silence. No sound could be heard. There was no wind. There was only this miserable desert with this stuffy air and in the middle of this brown pampa the monstrous spaceship loomed up. Rown-hauw's expression darkened meter by meter and Amber was rather restless inside. She felt like a volcano just before the eruption now. Her eyes were narrowed to narrow slits because the dust settled over her face in spite of the wind. So she also had trouble speaking.
"Rown-hauw, be honest! How bad is it really there?", She asked and immediately swallowed a considerable amount of dust.
"Bad, worse than bad, really, really bad! You can't imagine what will await you in the slightest. Believe me, you will wish you never came here.", He answered her in a dark voice.
"Well, these are great prospects!"
She tried to sound a little more relaxed, but there was a tremendous tremor in her voice. It rolled straight over and sounded choppy. They flew on in silence and the fog enveloped them more and more. It was now so thick that you couldn't see your hand in front of your eyes. They found their way through the dense, white mass and a little later stood at the foot of what is probably the largest spaceship that Amber had ever seen.
A mustar; no, a huge black lump rose in front of them. On the outside it had many small, dark domes that flashed dangerously towards them. It was almost like a flying castle or a fortress. Everything black, which stood out in a mighty way from the brown floor. It stood on four thick feet that were firmly anchored in the ground and could not have been easily removed. Far below the spaceship was a large hatch that was almost invisible and above it was a crescent-shaped symbol. It blinked dull gold and only now Amber noticed that the sun on this planet was shielded from the dirt in the air.
"Well, there we are.", Her brother growled and immediately afterwards coughed something, "Should we jump into the fray right away, or do you want to say one last prayer?"
She looked at her brother startled and held him by the arm when he was about to go to the hatch.
"Wait! Tell me at least one thing: What kind of planet is this? Is it normal that there is only such a brown plain here?"
"Is that normal? No, definitely not! If you really want to know. The soil you are on belongs to the planet Oscuridad!"
"Oscuridad? Never heard of."
"How then? This is not a natural planet. It was created from many small pieces of planets that my former master exploded back then. So ........"
He stopped short and looked to the side. A tremendous hatred rose in him. He wanted to tell her, but his voice wouldn't let it. But Amber didn't need to hear it from his mouth. She knew it that way too. She knew that this artificial thing contained individual pieces of planets from her home planet.
"Didn't you say it completely exploded?" She asked carefully.
"That's what I thought at first, too. Actually, I just didn't want it to be true. Because this planet consists of many others, there is no vegetation, no life, no nothing here. Come to terms with it!" He added gruffly.
She just looked blankly at her brother.
"It's best if we get it over with really quickly. Let's just go inside and you will pretend you're my prisoner. Then nobody will notice anything about you. "
He went to the hatch, followed closely by Amber. She had still grabbed him by the arm and now clenched doggedly into it. After a few steps they stood in front of the large, circular part, which slowly opened up even after a short wait. With a hiss and a squeaky noise, it went down piece by piece, revealing a piece of the dark red paved floor. When the top of the hatch hit the ground, it caused an uncomfortable rumble. In front of the two of them there was now a silver slope, which they then climbed with a determined step.
"Tell me, Rown-hauw.", Amber whispered, because even here at the entrance there was an enormous and fearful silence, "What kind of sign is that up there?"
She pointed in the direction of the golden, matt shimmering sickle-shaped symbol that hung directly above their heads.
"This is the mark of my former master and his closest followers.Everyone fears this sign and rightly so. And now be quiet and let me do it first. ", Rown-hauw whispered back, because the silence seemed to get on his nerves too.
You stood at the beginning of a long hallway that was ultimately lost in the dark. Everything was pretty dark. The walls, the floor, the atmosphere that the spaceship exuded. The only bright light that streamed in through the hatch went out after a few seconds, because the thing had closed again. The two took a deep breath and then Rown-hauw took a step forward. His movement echoed on the walls and echoed through most of the adjoining hallways and corridors. After a short pause, he took another step and another. Until a normal-looking gait developed from his choppy, uneven attempts to walk. Amber walked half crouched behind him and looked around fearfully. This place was pretty scary even now. You could really only see half a meter further, so only where you stepped. The oppressive silence sent a shiver down her spine. Everything seemed cold and hopeless here.
It seemed like hours before they finally reached the end of this long hallway that now parted right and left and got lost in the darkness. They took the left one. It went on and her steps echoed unimaginably loud on the walls and in the spaceship. No human soul {or should I rather write Saiyan soul ^^? } met them. Not yet.............

"Master, you are here!"
"Really? Does this bastard actually still dare to come here? Stupid pack!"
In a dark room, far up in the spaceship, a man with flaming red hair was kneeling on the ground in front of a pitch-black, high armchair with his back to him. And in that armchair sat the worst nightmare in the entire universe, gazing at the dome in front of him.
"Did those idiots think I hadn't noticed them. How naive do you have to be?"
The man kneeling on the ground thought at first that the question was not addressed to him and so he did not answer until later when he heard his Master's impatient growl.
"Um .......... very naive, master. Typical Saiyajins. Stubborn and proud as ever. Terrible race. Set too many expectations in their fighting strength and in their potential ........ .... "
"Silence!", The master snorted in a malicious and cold voice and his reporter immediately fell silent, "I have not asked you for detailed information about this wretched rabble! Spank me with this pack!"
"Yes Master."
The man had winced badly at the unfriendly tone of his exalted Master and was trying not to do anything wrong now.
"Oh, and one more thing. Who is this girl that this naive fool brought with him?" He spoke again in an icy voice that somehow sounded slightly electronic.
"As far as I know, this is his little sister, master."
"He has a sister?"
Despite the surprise, there was pure darkness and cold in his voice.
"Yes, master. I don't know any details either."
"How could that happen? Why is the girl not in the slave sector and working for me? How could she escape and survive? He will pay for it that he dares to come back and bring his little sister with him! The little naive idiot ............... Fuego? "
"Yes, master?" He asked and lifted his head.
"You can go now. Don't tell the other three, understand? I want to see what the traitor is up to ........ and now go!"
Fuego got up and headed for the door. Before he stepped through and disappeared, he heard the cruel and diabolical laughter of his master. {If you want to know exactly what Fuego looks like, take a look at the character description ......}

They were still walking down the long hall. Wrapped in this infinite darkness.
"Rown-hauw, where are we going?" Whispered Amber.
"Shut up!", He whispered back and looked at her admonishingly, "Do you want them to notice us?"
"But how is that supposed to work, if you please ?! We have been walking this hallway for ages and no one has met us yet."
She stopped short and stared angrily at the back of her brother's head.
"Damn it, you can see us.", He said when he stopped without turning around, "You don't need video surveillance for this. In this spaceship there is such a precise auras assignment that you will notice us at the smallest increase and our auras are displayed on a screen in the command center. Including position, floor and combat strength. It is dangerous if ........... "
"Hey, he, he .......... Bravo! You are well informed, Rown-hauw!"
Amber and Rown-hauw instantly fell silent. Both stared forward with wide-open eyes and didn't move an inch. Someone stood behind them and slowly clapped their hands. The clapping was accompanied by a low, scary laugh. Who was that anyway? Who had noticed her and congratulated her on Rown-hauw's good information? To find out, they had exactly one chance ......... Turn around and look, but if they did, that someone would probably attack them and then that would be it, freeing people. Amber was still staring at her brother's head and saw a bead of sweat run down
