was studying Vegeta the whole time. He knew what Vegeta was up to, but secretly hoped he would let it be.


Kuririn talked to Tenshinhan about cars and Chi Chi brought in that her husband had only recently got his driver's license. Piccolo was also happy because he had taken and passed the driving test with Son Goku.


"Woman, can I talk to you in private?" Vegeta asked a little shyly.


"Sure! Come on, let's go into the house." said Bulma and both were gone.


* Woe it hurts Bulma.Then give him grace, Dende. * thought Son Goku and was very worried because he knew what was coming next.


Vegeta and Bulma had withdrawn into the kitchen to be able to talk in peace.


"Woman take a seat that what I'm going to tell you now won't please you." began Vegeta. Bulma sat down.


"So ...... about yesterday ........."


"Yes?"


"I do not want anything from you."


Bulma fell out of breath, what had he just told her? He doesn't want anything from her. Anger, anger, sadness all mixed up. First he kissed her and now?


Bulma couldn't say a word, she didn't know what to say, she left the kitchen in silence. A surprised Vegeta stayed behind, he would have expected anything, insults, a slap, but not that.


Vegeta broke out of his rigidity and followed her.


"Woman, say something." Vegeta pleaded. Bulma's tears ran down.


Vegeta caught up with Bulma, grabbed her wrist and pulled her towards him.

"Bulma. It .........." Vegeta began, but when he saw Bulma's tearful face his breath caught. Bulma tore herself away, ran into her room and locked it.


Vegeta wanted to run after Bulma, but thought it appropriate to go back out into the garden.


"Where's Bulma?" Chi Chi asked the irritated Vegeta.


"Um, she's not doing well. She's been lying down for a while." lied to Vegeta and sat back in his seat.


Son Goku could imagine what had happened but said nothing.

Vegeta had once again thought about the night that no one could remember. The day Bulma first met Alec and the day Michelle became interested in Vegeta. The day he hurt her.


Bulma then met with Alec more and more often and only through Son Goku did he find out that he and she were together.


* She's stopped talking to me all this time.No matter how many times I ruin the GR, she doesn't say a word. How long does she want to go through with this? * thought Vegeta.


Bulma went into the kitchen and prepared his evening meal for Vegeta.


When she was done, she went to her lab and typed in a few more data.


The hunger drew Vegeta into the kitchen and saw what Bulma had prepared for him. She had cooked 3kg of rice and prepared sweet and sour chicken. Vegeta mouth watered and started eating.


The day had finally come, the day when everyone went boating as agreed.


"Son Goku hurry up, we're sure to be late." Chi Chi grumbled at her husband.


"I'll be finished soon. I just can't get the shirt shut." replied Goku.


Chi Chi came to his aid and buttoned his shirt. Son Goku had come up with something very sophisticated for today.


When finally Son Goku was finished they drove to the lake.


Everyone had come.Goku was surprised that Vegeta was there too, had Bulma spoken to him or did he just come along? He chose the latter as Bulma snuggled up against Alec.


"So now we are all together! Who is driving with whom?" Son Goku wanted to know.


"You silly. Of course the two of us drive together and the others with their partners." said Chi Chi.


"I only mean because Michelle doesn't have a boyfriend." said Goku and already he had Chi Chi's elbow in his stomach.


"Outrageous bully." Chi Chi shouted and everyone laughed.


Son Goku smiled pained and said, "Well, let's not waste any time. Get into the boats."


When Michelle was about to get into the boat with Vegeta, she stopped Son Goku and nudged Bulma inside.


"Kakarott what's the point?" asked Vegeta.


"Um ..... oops ... well then have fun." Son Goku hypocritically and nudged her away from the railing.


"Alec I hope you don't mind rowing with Michelle, do you?" asked Son Goku Alec.

So Alec and Michelle had to ride in a boat.


"Son Goku! What are you thinking. You can't put Bulma in the same boat with Vegeta. Use it, she's with Alec and not with him." Chi Chi snapped at her husband.


"Yeah yeah I know Bulma is with Alec, but I still think she doesn't love him at all." he replied Chi Chi.


"You're just imagining it. Right from the start you wanted Bulma and Vegeta to get together and you just don't mind that she is with someone else." Chi Chi complained and got into a boat with Son Goku.


Son Goku was angry but said nothing more. Without a word he rowed across the water.


"Isn't that romantic?" asked Marron Yamcha.


"Hm ... what did you say." Yamcha asked, because he was watching what Alec was doing with Michelle.


"Nothing, just that you're an idiot." Marron snapped.


"Darling, please don't be angry. Don't you think it's too nice to argue here?Somehow romantic? "Yamcha feigned, apparently with success, because Marron had already thrown him around his neck.


"Muten Roshi, I have to ask you to stop the wobbling. The boat could capsize." Chao Zu begged.


"Purple Mood Bear, I don't like rowing anymore." sang Muten Roshi and the boat and its occupants capsized. Now both were in the water.


"What did I tell you?" shouted Chao Zu Muten Roshi.


"Yes, yes, it's okay."


"Nothing is good. I'm lying here in the lake and I'm wet from top to bottom." whined Chao Zu.


Both swam to the bank and looked for towels to dry off.


"Did your friend fall into the gel room?" Vegeta said disparagingly about Alec's hairstyle.


"It's none of your business how he wears his hair." for the first time in a long time, Bulma had spoken to Vegeta again, nothing nice, but still. Vegeta was inwardly happy, but he showed no emotion.

"Where are we actually rowing to?"


The sayajin prince didn't answer and just kept rowing. He stopped under an old willow.


"Vegeta what are we doing here?" asked Bulma in surprise.
