Fanfic: Vergessene Erinnerung

Briefs came back with a loaded tray. She put a cup of coffee in front of everyone.

"And where are you from now?", Bulma wanted to know.

That was Daniel's task: "We come from the earth. We are researchers who explore other planets and -"

He got no further, because he was interrupted by Bulma: "If you are exploring other planets, why have you come to earth?"

Now Sam interfered in the conversation: "You think this is the earth?"

"Of course, what else?"

SG-1 looked at each other in amazement until suddenly a light dawned on Daniel.

"It is clear that they believe they are on earth. They were probably brought here by the Goa`uld centuries ago. There was certainly a similar uprising as ours and the Goa`uld were also forgotten!"

Everyone stared at him with their mouths open. "Um ... it would at least be an explanation. Did you find any boards next to the gate?"

Trunks thought for a while. "Yes, I think there were some stones with symbols on them. I didn't think they were important and I left them there."

Jack wasn't sure why, but suddenly he liked this boy.

"Do you remember where you found the gate?" asked Daniel excitedly.

"Not exactly, but Son-Goten was there. Maybe he still knows where it was."

"Great, and where do we find this son- something?" Jack asked, slightly irritated. Because when they found the place again, they had to haul stones and this time certainly not too few.

"His name is Son-Goten and he lives in the mountains. I'll fly to him quickly." Trunks turned around and walked out of the living room.

Vegeta also turned and left. He mumbled something about exercising.

While they waited for Trunks they talked a little longer.

They didn't have much time for it. About a quarter of an hour had passed and Daniel was about to tell about the Goa'uld when suddenly seven people stood in front of them. They seemed to have appeared out of nowhere. Daniel paused in mid-sentence and couldn't shut his mouth, just like his team members. Jack could hear Sam say something about 'physically impossible' next to him.Except for Trunks, all the people were unknown to him.

The other six people all had jet black hair, like Vegeta's. There were two women, three men, one as old as Trunks, and a little girl, a little younger than Bra.

Bulma turned around and greeted the others in a friendly manner, only to complain immediately afterwards that they had not seen each other since the big tournament.

Then she introduced the others. The girl's name was Pan, her father Gohan and her mother Videl. Her grandfather's name was Son-Goku and his wife was Chichi. So the youngster was Goten, Trunks friend. Then SG-1 introduced itself again and everyone sat down.

“How did you get here since?” Sam had finally recovered and just had to know how something like that was possible.

"It's called momentary teleportation. I learned this technique on Yardrat and am a master of this art.", Goku answered proudly.

"You mean you can imagine a place and are you already there?"

"No, I have to imagine a known energy and I'm with that person"

"What kind of energy?" Carter asked.

"Every Lene being radiates a certain energy that is unique to it. I find this energy and I'm with this living being."

"And you can teleport over any distance?"

"If the energy is strong enough that I can still feel it, yes."

“Can you teach me that?” Carter couldn't believe what she was hearing. She had to try it herself!

"Humans cannot learn this technique."

Daniel pricked up his ears: "Does that mean you're not human?"

"Of course not. I am a Saiyan, the greatest warrior people in the universe. Vegeta is also a Saiyan. He was once the prince of this people, but it was destroyed by Freezer."

"So you've been traveling through space without the Stargate?" Sam asked incredulously.

"What is the Stargate?" Gohan intervened.

"A kind of gate. With that we have come to your planet."

`Great, 'thought Jack,` Sam has made progress. She could be brief. '

"That's right. Trunks told us about it. You wanted to know where we found the Stargate. We'd better be on our way. Will you come with us, Papa? Then we can save ourselves the way back."

"Sure, Son-Goten. Shall we go right away?" He looked at Jack at these words.

He nodded briefly and then announced his orders: "Carter, you are informing General Hammond that we will be staying a while. Teal'c, you will have a look around here if Bulma does not mind. Daniel, you will come with me You can best judge what kind of stones we need. "He had used the word` stones` on purpose and got a deadly look from Daniel.

"Well then, let's go."

Goten, Trunks and Goku left the room followed by Jack and Daniel while Sam turned in the other direction to go to the Stargate.

Bra went up to Teal'c and agreed to show him the area.

When Jack got outside, Goku turned to him: "Can you fly, or should we carry you?"

Daniel looked a bit weird. "You mean, can we fly by plane?"

"No, I mean if YOU can fly. But the way you look, you can't. Son-Goten, you take Daniel. I'll take Jack."

Before they could say another word, they were easily lifted up by the two of them and the first flight lesson began.

"Well, that's what I call flying! Faster than any jet. Can you still slow down a bit, I think I'll be sick." He didn't even dare to turn around to Daniel.

Sam had gone back to the lab with Bulma. She wanted to inform General Hammond of her current situation. On the way there she wanted to explain to Bulma how the Stargate works.

"You enter seven symbols.Six of them determine the exact destination in three-dimensional space. The last one determines the starting point. "

"I had already thought about that. I was also able to determine the last symbol for this planet. Trunks helped me with this. But the gate never moves."

“You mean not even the outer ring has moved?” Sam suddenly seemed near despair.

"No. Nothing at all. What's going on? You look like you've just met Kid Boo."

"Nothing. I just hope you were wrong."

With these words they entered the office. The gate was just as it was before, the DHD a little to one side.

"Then let's hope that it still works." Sam approached the DHD and began to enter the first symbols for the earth. Then she pressed the starting location icon and slipped her hand into the center of the module. When she pressed it lightly, she only heard a short, softening noise and then the dialer completely gave up its ghost.Sam cursed and tried again. With the same result.

"What is it now?" Asked Bulma, already slightly annoyed.

"Either the gate was damaged or the dialing device is no longer working."

Teal`c had finished his tour and was in front of the entrance to the Capsule Corp. arrived. He was about to go back inside when he saw the spaceship standing in the garden. He had been on the road for over an hour now and decided to report to O'Neill before looking around.

After they arrived safely - Jack improved his mind - without falling at a cave, they were put back on the ground. Struggling to balance, he stumbled toward the entrance. As he leaned against the rock, he looked around. Daniel ran behind a tree and tried to hold back his breakfast, but to no avail. When he came out again, the color of his face was something between white as chalk and green.

"So this is your most comfortable way to travel?" Jack asked without taking his eyes off Daniel.

"The most convenient and fastest," Goku replied without understanding Jack's sarcasm.

“We'd better go before Bulma gets mad.” With these words, Goten marched towards the entrance of the cave.

As was to be expected, the cave was damp and cold. Jack shivered. That was what he was missing after this flight.

When they reached the end of the cave, which was certainly not more than 500 meters from the entrance, Daniel felt better suddenly.

On the opposite wall was a kind of altar. The inscriptions were all over the wall. `It will take hours for Daniel to take a picture of it all. Jack walked those long hours with his mind and back to the SGC. At least there he wouldn't have to listen to all of Daniel's theories.

In the meantime he had already unpacked his camera and started work.

"Daniel, how long?"

"For what?"

"Well for all that stuff here. How long?"

"One to two hours to take pictures. One to two MONTHS to translate."

“Do you already have any idea what kind of language that is?” Jack cursed himself inwardly for the question. Now he would certainly be listening to a lecture on what-I-know-for-a-country.

"It looks like Linear B. A very early form of writing. Has been widespread mainly in the European Mediterranean. Now we can at least say where these people came from ... Jack, are you listening to me?" The Colonel had been around since then Word `Linear B` switched off. He looked at the cave rather listlessly when he noticed that Daniel was still talking to him. Hastily he turned back to him:

"Hm? Oh yes. Of course I listened. What did you just say?"

With a sigh, Daniel turned back to his `stones`.

"Is there anything else to see here?", Jack asked Goku after watching Daniel for over an hour, as the cave wasn't particularly interesting.

"Not around here. But I can introduce you to the rest of the friends."

Jack made a face. "Do we have to fly again to do this?"

"If you want. We can also get there with the
