Jamie and Trunks 33 / Kevin-Alexander



Days after the loss of her child, Jamie is still unresponsive. She only talks to Trunks. She tells him how she imagined life with the baby, the problems with her son. She was sure it would have been a boy. And again and again she starts to cry. Trunks doesn't show her his feelings. He calms her down, takes her in his arms, but she doesn't know that it tore his heart too. She doesn't know that Trunks is just pushing everything out so he can be there for her.



Trunks: Jamie!

Jamie: I feel so empty without the baby ... I find ... that part of me has died!

Trunks: Don't mess yourself up anymore, Jamie! Your baby will go on living !!! In your heart! Never forget that! And every time you think about it, it will be there!

Jamie: Thank you trunks ... if I didn't have you ... I probably would have killed myself by now!

Trunks: Jamie !! Now listen carefully to me! Even if it hurts you! Our child is dead! But we don't! You should live and not mourn forever !!! The baby wouldn't have wanted it that way either!

Jamie: How do you know what my baby wanted?

Trunks: How do you know?

Jamie: * thinks *

Trunks: You live here like in a crypt! And that for days! I miss my Jamie!

Jamie: I'm here anyway!

Trunks: Yeah, but I miss the part that died with the baby! Bring that part back to life !!! Get happy!

Jamie: How am I supposed to do this without my baby ??? * becomes slightly aggressive *

Trunks: Get out in the air! Sit in the garden! Talk to your friends! Do what you always did!

Jamie: Don't you get it ???? MY CHILD IS DEAD AND THEN YOU WANT ME TO HAVE PLEASURE ????

Trunks: You shouldn't have fun, just get some air! Try again ... to live!

Jamie: I can't! At least not yet! Give me a few more days! I beg you!

Trunks: * nods * Ok, but please try to get back into everyday life! Don't just say this now so that you can get rid of me!

Jamie: I promise! * smiles tearfully at him *

Trunks: Thank you! * kiss her on the cheek *



Trunks leaves the room. Jamie is sitting by the window again, looking at the sky. She thinks of Trunks' words.

Trunks goes out a little into the garden. He needs a little rest. When he goes back in after two hours, he smells something delicious to eat from the kitchen. He didn't cook anything. He goes to look and finds Jamie at the stove. She turns to him smiling.



Jamie: Look, I made you pancakes!

Trunks: * looks at her in amazement *

Jamie: What is it?I thought you'd like to eat them for your life!

Trunk: I do ... I'm just amazed that you're here in the kitchen cooking!

Jamie: I've thought about your words and you're right. I am not allowed to hide! I have to be strong! Even if it still hurts!

Trunks: Yes Jamie!



Jamie makes a lot more pancakes so that Trunks is satisfied and then sits down at the table with him. She watches him plaster everything and smiles slightly.



Jamie: What are we doing today trunks?

Trunks: I don't know!

Jamie: Shall we go bowling?

Trunks: Are you sure you want to go to such busy places?

Jamie: Yeah. This is the best way to distract myself!

Trunks: Ok, but let's go for a walk! ^^

Jamie: Okay!



You get ready and go. You walk out of the city to a large dirt road that is 3 miles long. Then comes the bowling hall.As you talk, Jamie hears a baby crying.



Jamie: Do you hear that too?

Trunks: What is it?

Jamie: There's a baby crying!

Trunks: You're just imagining it!

Jamie: No trunks! Please don't think I'm crazy !! But I can clearly hear a baby crying!

Trunks: * ears prick up * * baby hears too * You're right!

Jamie: Really?

Trunks: Yes! Just wait for me here! I'll be right back!



Trunks runs in a certain direction into the middle of the field. Jamie waits impatiently for his return. Minutes forget it before he comes out of the field again. He has something small, screaming affectionately in his arms and tries to calm it down.



Jamie: So?

Trunks: You're right ... a baby! It was suspended!

Jamie: What?!?!? But why is that?

Trunks: I don't know. It was just on a little piece of paper ... please take care of me if you find me!

Jamie: But who would do such a terrible thing?* takes the baby away from him * * tries to calm him down *

Trunks: I have no idea1

Jamie: We have to go home and take care of it!

Trunks: Are you sure you can already do this? I mean ... you just lost yours and then you want to take someone else's baby with you?

Jamie: We can go to the police afterwards, but it needs to be washed, fed and the diapers need to be changed too !! * never want to give it up again *

Trunks: Ok! Then we'd better hurry!



They go all the way back to their house and provide everything for the baby. It is a little boy and it looks like it is still nameless.



Trunks: Jamie? Where are you, then??

Jamie: I'm bathing little Kevin-Alexander! ^^

Trunks: Who?

Jamie: The baby!



Trunks goes to her in the bathroom and looks at her slightly startled.



Trunks: You gave it a name?
Jamie: Of course! Somehow I have to call him yes!

Trunks: You don't want to keep the baby, do you ?????

Jamie: Yes ...

Trunks: That doesn't work! We have to take it to the police! Give it to me



Jamie grabs the baby and hugs it lovingly! She evades Trunks.



Jamie: You can't take it away from me!

Trunks: Jamie !! You don’t know what you’re doing!

Jamie: Yes, I know !! It will be my baby!

Trunks: Jamie! You are totally confused !! We can't keep it!

Jamie: But it said so on the note!

Trunks: No Jamie !!!! Give me the baby now and I'll take it away!

Jamie: Never !!!! * keeps moving away from trunks *

Trunks: JAMIE !!!! You are confused! you have no idea how to care for a baby!

Jamie: I sure know! So give your fingers off my baby !!

Trunks: ....
