Jamie and Trunks 36 / Where's Papa



Jamie: Why are you looking at me like that?

Trunks: You ask me that too? I'm tired, I'm totally knocked out !! I finally want to sleep!

Jamie: He's still a kid and he wants to be with his dad!

Trunks: But he also wants to be out with his mother and not just with me! And the next time I don't feel like playing with him, accept it! Do you understand me?

Jamie: No !!! You are his father and you have duties to fulfill!

Trunks: You as a mother, too!

Jamie: I'm not neglecting my duties!

Trunks: Oh yeah? Then why does Kevin always come to me?

Jamie: Because he loves you!

Trunks: I'm happy! Tonight I'm going away and you can see how you can cope with him alone!

Jamie: It's not a problem for me anyway!

Trunks: Then that's good!

Jamie: When are you coming back?

Trunks: Not until tomorrow morning!

Jamie: What should I tell the little one where you are ??

Trunks: I'm with a friend!

Jamie: I knew. You still haven't gotten used to it now that you have a son!

Trunks: Why should I? I am still young in the summer! Besides, there was never any talk of not being allowed to do that! And when was the last time I was gone? When will I have my rest once ???? I've had that maybe twice in the last few years !!

Trunks doesn't want to talk to Jamie anymore and goes to his room. Lately they have been discussing more and more with each other and it's always related to Kevin.The discussions are always about him. Was it really right that they recorded him then ???

Trunks is getting ready so he can meet with Goten. Together they then go to a disco and each tear up a woman.

Jamie is now at home and tries to persuade Kevin to lie down. Because otherwise it always did trunks. She's already desperate. Trunks was really right. She forgot some obligations to her child.



Kevin: Where's the dad?

Jamie: With a friend!

Kevin: What is he doing there?

Jamie: He's talking to her! And now lie down!

Kevin: No! I want to go to papa!

Jamie: It's not there!

Kevin: * starts to cry * I want to see my papaaaa !!!!

Jamie: He'll be back tomorrow morning !! Do you want to sleep at my place???

Kevin: * keep crying * Papaaa !!!



Jamie gives up. She picks up the phone and tries to reach Trunks, but he doesn't answer.He's in a hotel with a girl and is having a little fun. After midnight he checks his cell phone.



Trunks: I have to go!

Girl: why?

Trunks: I have a child at home!

Girl: And the babysitter is getting too expensive?

Trunks: No. But it looks like his mother is not getting along with him!

Girl: you have a girlfriend? Or are you married?

Trunks: No. We only have one child together. Not more! Was nice with you! See us!



Trunks leaves the hotel and meets Goths too.



Goten: Where are we going now?

Trunks: I'll have to go home. Jamie doesn't get along with Kevin.

Goten: How do you know?

Trunks: The 20 missed calls say it all.

Goten: Can I still come with you?

Trunks: Sure. I'll put Kevin to bed, he's probably still lively and then we can go on again!

Goten: All right!


You fly home. Trunks was right. Jamie is sitting desperately on the couch and the lively Kevin sits next to her and zaps through all the channels on the TV. When he sees Trunks he gets a shock.



Trunks: * looks slightly angry at Kevin * Why aren't you in bed yet?

Kevin: Mom said I can!

Jamie: * looks at Trunks * * to Kevin * I didn't say that !!!

Trunks: Off to bed now and not a word more!

Kevin: * disappears into his room *



Trunks goes after Kevin. Jamie and Goten peek in and see what Trunks is doing. He's sitting by the bed with Kevin and tells him a story. After 5 minutes, Kevin is sleeping peacefully. Trunks goes out again.



Jamie: T-I'm ... sorry ...

Trunks: * says nothing * we're going again!



He grabs Goten and disappears again. Jamie lies down and looks out the window. Trunks is a much better father than she will ever be a mother.She doesn't even manage to get the little one to bed ...
