I'm sorry, but "When Dreams Come True" is already over. It was just about the points that have already happened.

What if Kuririn really did kill Vegeta? What if Bulma dreamed about it? And what if she wished (in the Mirai timeline !!) that it had happened that way, so that she didn't have to suffer so much?

She could never say, "I wish it had happened that way" because then she wouldn't have a son.
