Without many words, I start my first Beyblade story. Just so much because they are not all of the same age, I'll just say that they are around 19 to 20 years old.
Mariah and Ray are married, although you have to note that the love is heavily pregnant in the ninth month, Ray with her unusual food requests at the most unusual times of the day or night and doctor's appointments almost drives him crazy.
Emily and Max are engaged, Tyson and Hillary have managed to get a kind of \ "love-hate \" and like Kai, Kenny has no girlfriend.
My story is more of a kind of crossover story of the different genres. So a mix of romance, humor, a bit of dark fiction and so on.
Before I forget, the two are really NOT a couple, but they are best friends. If I mean, you'll find out soon enough xD.

Best Friends

Mighty mountains. The pride towering high and the sun, which slowly disappeared behind them, bathed the small villages at the foot of the mountain range in a pleasant evening light. The wind gently blows through the tops of the trees whose leaves rustled softly. Proud birds of prey glide through the air as they ceaselessly search the ground below for small prey animals ...

Faint chirping of birds. In the distance, happy screams of children.The setting sun gently warmed the body of the young lady who opened the garden gate of the Kons.

Reluctantly, she stopped. She looked around curiously, as if someone had curated her. When she saw no one, she shrugged her shoulders, went into the garden and locked the gate again. The sand of the stony path crunched under her shoes before she stepped onto the dark ceramic stairs. Then she rang the doorbell. It took a minute or two for someone to open it.

\ "Mariah, your sister is here \" Ray called through the apartment when he recognized his sister-in-law. \ "Come in, Kathy \" he said kindly and held the door open for her a little more. "Thanks Ray," she said, smiled and dragged her smaller suitcase in with her. \ "Wait, I'll help you \" said Ray and took the suitcase from her. \ "I can also carry it on my own. \" \ "No, it's okay, you go to Mariah, she's in the garden.\ "\" If you think so \ "said the young woman, smiled again and followed the hallway into the living room. She had not been here for a long time. But she knew this house well enough to find her way around.

No sooner had she set foot in the living room than she was hugely hugged by a woman with pink hair and a large, plug-shaped belly. "Hey you are crushing me and your baby is still" snorted Kathy. \ "I'm really happy that you're coming to visit me again, little sister. \" Mariah looked at her. \ "Right \" said Kathy and smiled again. \ "Come in and sit down, we have a barbecue outside. \" \ "That's a good idea, are the others already there? \" \ "Almost all of them. Kai is still missing \" \ "Oh, Mr. Grumbler ? \ "Mariah nodded and grinned to herself. Comparing Kai to a grumpy bear was really fitting."But now come with me, the others have already asked for you" she said and pulled her sister through the living room. It rang for the second time. "I'm going," Ray called through the house. \ "There it is \" said Mariah casually and pulled her on.

\ "Kathy \" called Emily happily and threw herself into her arms. \ "Emily, we haven't seen each other in a long time \" said Kathy and hugged her friend. \ "Hello Kathy \" smack it out loud. "Hi Tyson, does it taste good?" The sturdy boy nodded. But had to cough immediately because he had choked on a piece of steak. \ "Hopefully you will choke on it \" Hillary whispered a bit beastly and also hugged Mariah's sister \ "I heard that Hillary \" \ "You should \" said his girlfriend and turned back to him. Tyson snorted and broke the embarrassing silence .. \ "That Kai has not appeared yet, surprises me.He said he would come \ "he said.

\ "I'm here \" said the latter in his usual bad-tempered tone. \ "Kai \" He too was greeted happily. Kai glanced at the Bunte troupe. Tyson was at the barbecue - alone - and was verbally abused by Hillary, Kenny had made himself comfortable in a garden chair, Max was holding hands with Emily, Ray had his arm around his wife, who was standing next to her sister Kathy. "So do you want to stand around there longer or do I have to eat everything by myself?" Tyson asked cheerfully. "I think you're already at it," said Hillary dully. "Yes what? Now the others also noticed that the whole of the quay had completely changed. They would have expected such a line to be the last one from HIM. Was he sick?. "Come on Kenny and help me take him to the guest room," said Emily Kenny. \ "I'm in favor of just leaving him there.It was only his own fault and also ... \ "Hillary scolded her boyfriend while she accompanied Emily and Kenny into the house. \" I'm going to get some meat \ "said Ray with a critical - amused look at the almost empty bowl and went back to the apartment. \ "Okay, I'll go get some music \" said Mariah and followed her husband. \ "Yes, and I'll just go somewhere \" Max mumbled somewhat embarrassed and hurried to get into the house.

She shook her head. \ "I'm just looking at the lake \" she replied and hoped that was reason enough for him to stop drilling. \ "Aha \" he said. "Do you want to take a look inside?" He asked. \ "How ...? \" Kathy only saw Kai's grinning face and felt the somewhat stronger hand pressure on her back before the sea water wet her clothes in seconds.

She gasped loudly when she reappeared. "Tell me, do you have a bird?" She grumbled and spat water out of her mouth. Panting, she crawled to the bank where Kai had crouched grinning as well. "Why? I thought you want to see the lake?" Said Kai innocently.\ "Hahaha very funny \" snapped Kathy and grabbed the blader by the foot. With a jolt this was also in the lake. \ "Are you crazy? \" Grumbling the blader \ "Oh no, I'm supposed to spin if you throw me into the lake? This is compensatory justice," grumbled Kathy, turned away and splashed him with water beforehand. \ "I don't give a damn about your compensatory justice \" said Kai and splashed water back. \ "Hey stop that \" poisoned Kathy and also injected back. \ "Pah, you can get me."

She asked annoyed and turned her head to him. The boy's grin was creepy to her ... She knew him all too well ... he was up to something ...
