"Get out of the way, weasels!"
Ginny turned around, startled, and looked into two ice-blue eyes that studied her coolly. "Malfoy," she gasped, her face twisting into an angry grimace. "Do you still have bad ears, Wiesel, or why are you still standing there ?!" Draco asked disparagingly, brushing a strand of blonde hair from his face. "After all, I don't mean to waste the whole day with you!"
Ginny glared at him. "Do you think I enjoy seeing you, Malfoy?" She spat out his name and looked at him in disgust, "I could really think of a better way to start the day."
Draco's right eyebrow rose slightly.“Look, who would have thought that I would agree with you, Weasley!” He looked at her contemptuously, “Well, even a blind weasel will find a grain!” Ginny flushed with anger and was about to say something when the Slytherin pushed her aside with no apparent effort. With his head held high he walked past her and looked at her again disdainfully. Then he wrinkled his nose and continued down the hall to the great staircase that led into the dining room.
Ginny shook herself and looked after the boy for a moment. How could you be so obnoxious! She couldn't understand that. It almost seemed like Draco Malfoy's purpose in life was to make life difficult for her and her friends. she shuddered again, but this time in disgust. How could anyone be so heartless and just plain terrible. Her gaze slid to the nearby window, out into the yard, on to the Quidditch field. Oh, Quidditch, she sighed deeply.Quidditch had become a very important part of her life. When she sat on her broom and slid through the air, she was free. Completely free and thought of nothing at all, neither of her grades, although they were actually okay at the moment, nor of that disgusting package Draco Malfoy.
She groaned. Great, she had just thought about her favorite sport and her thoughts had already wandered back to this figment of hell. Why did she have to meet him too? Her whole day was now a mess. Sighing, she turned from the window and made her way to the dining room. Her stomach was already growling pathetically. If this Malfoy hadn't stopped her, she would have been sitting next to her brother at the big Gryffindor table a long time ago. She was just imagining how she was gleefully biting into her jam bun when she got to the stairs.
She almost fell into the abyss that was just opening up before her. Oh no, she groaned and grabbed her forehead, it could be an eternity before a staircase took pity on appearing in front of her, let alone until the right one did it.Annoyed, she leaned against the wall next to her. She also felt the cold stone walls through her cloak, they cut like little icicles. She let herself slide onto the floor and wrapped her arms around her knees. If only she thought of how the others were eating now. Her stomach growled again.
After a quarter of an hour, the great stone stairs finally took heart and headed straight for Ginny.
Finally, she thought, relieved, and slowly got up. Her stomach had dropped to her knees by now.
With a quick step she hurried down the stairs and stormed into the dining room. But already in the door she was stopped.
"There you are at last," Ron growled and fasted her arm, "where have you been for so long?" "Stairs ... gone ... Hungry!" Ginny uttered and wanted to tear herself away from him, but her brother held her mercilessly firmly.
"You don't have time to eat anymore, we have to go to class," he stated and looked at her pityingly.Ginny's stomach rumbled. Her anger at Draco, which had almost subsided, began to flare up again.
When he stepped out of the gate together with his two shadows Crabe and Goyle, it was over to them. Snorting anger, she stomped towards him.
"Draco Malfoy," she growled as she paused in front of him. He gave her a pejorative look before an icy smile crept onto his face. "Weasley, already there?" He asked impudently, looking at her innocently, "the meal is already over!" Ginny was furious inside. "I know that too, Malfoy," she hissed, staring up at him, "and guess why I missed it."
Draco sneered. "Probably because you weren't fast enough again, Wiesel," he stated, "you've probably dreamed of Potter for too long, so you forgot the time." He watched with satisfaction as Ginny's face swung from light to dark red . "What I do and what not is none of your business, Malfoy," she hissed from behind clenched teeth."That's what I mean," grumbled the blonde and grinned nastily, "that's why I'm not interested in your eating habits."
Ginny wanted to add something, but Draco still walked past her, grinning. "Oh, Weasley," he turned around with a distinctive smile, "by the way, the food was excellent!"
At the word "food," the redhead's stomach growled softly, but loud enough for Draco to hear. His grin just got wider and Ginny's face just got redder. Her stomach was now filled with anger and now with a little charm. Malfoy's cronies walked past her, after their leader, with a goofy grin on their lips.
Ginny sniffed again before going back to her brother who had been waiting for her.
"That damn snake-eater!" He hissed and looked after the Slytherin with an angry breath.
Then he looked back at his little sister. "Come on now, there's no point in worrying about him!" Ginny sighed and checked her watch."Oh shit, I'm late for McGonagall!" She screamed in horror and dashed off towards the stairs.
Ron looked after his sister thoughtfully for a moment. Her weasley red hair waved after her like a silk cloak as she stormed up the stairs. Sighing, he shook his head, the little one would still be late.
Wait a minute, too late? Ron swallowed and checked his schedule. "Oh damn it," he muttered and his otherwise light face turned pale as a sheet. Ronald Weasley looked, eyes wide with terror, at his schedule, which had just announced his death.
"Potions lesson with Snape," he whispered in horror, about to faint.
Snape had never been a friend of the Gryffindors, or rather, he hated them. And especially Harry, Hermione and him he had been on the kieker since the beginning of the first school year!
Harry because of his father James, who had successfully made school difficult for "Snooters", Hermione because she was of Muggle descent and him,. .He sighed resignedly. He just hated him because he was a Weasley, a family Snape had never liked. But most of all he hated him probably because he was friends with Harry.
Ron groaned. He could just imagine Snape's smug grin when he noticed that Ron was late. How he focused his little pig eyes and announced in a honey-sweet voice that Gryffindor would get 20 points deducted. He could also imagine the delighted faces of the Slytherins, how they eyed him with hatred and then burst into roaring laughter.
Ron's hand clenched into a fist, then he sprinted towards his end, which was hidden deep in the dungeons of Hogwarts.
