Part 5 - Where's Conan?

"Conan, where are you ??? ", he shouted. In the meantime he had searched his entire hiding place, but there was no trace of his friend anywhere. // (Note: I've gotten used to bringing in thoughts through //, so please be indulgent, yes ??? ;-)) That can't be true! // he thought, wondering how Conan had got out. But he couldn't think of anything. Who still knew of his hiding place ??? In any case, he hadn't revealed it to anyone. But Conan couldn't have come out on his own. The door was locked when he came.Furthermore, he had made sure that all windows were closed. It followed that someone had carried Conan away. Someone who knew very well not to leave any traces. It was now as if he had forgotten something important. He just couldn't think of anymore, but he had the feeling that it had to do with Conan's disappearance. What should he do now ??? He needed help !!!

At Heiji and Ran:

Heiji stared at the phone. "Hang up," he just mumbled and then hung up. What was this all about? Within a very short time someone who sounded like Shinichi called twice and said he had brought Conan to safety. He looked at Ran doubtfully. “Something is wrong there. Something is strange ... ", he said seriously. Ran just nodded. She guessed that another strange call had come in, like about half an hour ago. “Did the caller say his name this time?“, She wanted to know after a moment's hesitation. Maybe it was Shinichi who called. Maybe Shinichi couldn't tell them that he was alive and therefore said that he had brought Conan to safety. For a moment she saw some light again in the whole darkness that surrounded her. Heiji sighed and Ran knew exactly how to interpret it. The fact that they were called twice in a row didn't mean anything good ... Shinichi would never call them twice in a row .... The light that she had seen a short time ago had now disappeared again. She shouldn't get too many hopes that would only be disappointed in the end, that was clear to her. Neither of the two said anything now ... The seconds seemed to turn, as if time wanted to stand still. Both of them had no idea what the two calls meant. How long they stood there looking at the floor, thinking, they no longer knew ... They really winced when the doorbell finally rang!At Kid:

He decided to ask Shinichi’s / Conan's friends for help. He had to tell them, willy-nilly, that he was the Kaito Kid, but that didn't matter at the moment. The main thing is that Conan got out of here safely. He sighed briefly. Still his hand wandered indecisively to the doorbell and back again. Shouldn't he try to find Conan on his own first? But what if it took too long? If Conan were dead by the time he found him. He could then never forgive himself for that.

Then he finally found the courage to ring the doorbell. While he was waiting, a feeling crept into him that told him to run away ..... // You have to stay there, to love Conan or Shinichi // he encouraged himself. Then the door opened slowly. At first it was only a small gap, then it got bigger and bigger .....

With Ran and Heiji:

Ran was just about to open the door. Her heart beat faster as she peeped through the first small crack.That couldn't be ..... She thought Shinichi was out there. She wanted to slam the door again and hide, but she couldn't do that anymore. Her hand automatically opened the door wider and wider. The boy standing in front of it looked very much like Shinichi. Heiji also seemed a bit surprised, but he quickly convinced himself that it couldn't be Shinichi. Ran took a little longer. She stared at him, but soon noticed differences too. "Hello .... I ..... Uh ....", stuttered the strange boy (note: you all probably know who is standing in front of the door, well of course, it is also upstairs ..... ^^ '' '') around. Ran caught himself again and even smiled at him. “Hello,” she paused, “don't you want to come in? “She took a step back to clear the way. The boy nodded and came in. They went into the living room together and sat down. The boy looked around for a moment in silence, then looked at the two of them.After a while, Heiji finally broke the silence. “Don't you want to introduce yourself to us, and maybe also say what you want here? He asked kindly. The boy nodded again and took another quick breath. "I called here recently ... I'm a good friend of Conan's ..." He got no further because he was interrupted. "Where is he??? “, Ran was trembling all over with excitement. The boy shook his head. "I don't know," he finally admitted. "Three hours ago he would have been in my hiding place ...", he began to tell the whole story. How he met Conan (Black Star), how they became friends, and how he saved Conan from the Men in Black. Ran started to cry as he told the story. Finally he told how he had cared for Conan while he was unconscious and how he had made the decision to call Ran. Then his story broke off.He still couldn't understand how Conan could just disappear like that, who had kidnapped him and called him half an hour before him. What purpose this someone was pursuing was also a mystery to him. In the meantime, Heiji had also taken a 'liking' to the story and listened with interest. He could guess what had happened by now, but he wanted to hear it from Kid's mouth. "And then? ", Heiji finally asked into the silence. The kid swallowed once. He said how confused he was when they said someone had called before him and how he felt uncomfortable ...

With Conan (note: yes, that’s his turn again ???? * wonderful wonder *):

The floor shook and I hit a wall. What happened? I slowly opened my eyes. I saw that I saw nothing (imaginative T.T) because it was pitch black around me. Where was i now I tried to remember.What happened when me and Kogoro ran after gin and vodka? At this point my thread of memory broke off. It bumped again and I hit the ceiling. So I had to be in a trunk. But how did I get in here. Had the men in black caught me? Suddenly I was terrified. I felt the whole trunk and looked for an exit. As I had already suspected, of course there was none. The car I was in drove on incessantly. I swallowed. What if I found out about the organization. Then not only he, but also Ran, Kogoro, the professor and the Detective Boys were in danger .....

For Heiji, Ran and Kid:

After all, the two of them knew everything. Kid didn't look at her anymore, but stared (concentrated) at the table top. Ran kept looking at Kid. He had saved Conan ... Conan had been with him while she was worried. In the meantime she had calmed down and sat quietly.Conan was still alive, she could feel it and she was sure that she was not mistaken. “And what do we do best now? “, She finally asked, after all she wanted her Shinichi back as soon as possible. Kid shrugged. "Unfortunately, I have no clue who might have kidnapped him ..." he said sadly. Heiji, who had been looking out of the window in silence recently, now turned back to them. “Couldn't it be that the OG found your hiding place? He asked Kid. He looked confused for a moment, but then replied: "It would be possible ..."

(Last but not least) At Conan:

The jolting had finally stopped. In spite of everything, the tension that had taken hold of his body did not lessen. It intensified even more. I heard a car door slam. My heart was racing now. I had no choice but to wait here in the trunk.But I didn't have to do this for long. Shortly after the car door slammed shut, the trunk door opened slowly. I blinked, I couldn't see anything in the glaring light of the sun. Then the environment slowly took on structures. I recognized the outline of a person. I blinked again, the outlines became sharper, I knew this person. When I finally realized who it was who opened the trunk, I asked in astonishment: "Is it you, .... ??? "

Author's comment: So, that gives you a fifth part. Sorry again for this mishap happened to me. In order to rewrite this part, I was allowed to reread the whole FF ... And in the process I noticed so many mistakes that it was almost really embarrassing * rotwerd *. But nobody is perfect. I hope that there are not too many mistakes in this part that I have now written, if not, I hope you will give it up to me ;-)
Furthermore, I'm currently writing another FF (yes, I'm writing a Conan FF again, that's a wonder of the world).The title is called 'Lost in Unattainability (or: The difference between' possible 'and' impossible 'is just two letters) ”. I don't know yet how many parts it will have. First I have to read the FF before I decide whether to hire it at all (yes, FFs have to pass a lot of tests before I hire them * lol *).
