Alex couldn't help but grin, he took the little one in his arms.
"That's nice of you, and, did something happen while I was sleeping."
"No, because I was careful nothing happened."
Now Alex laughed hard and walked across the room to the door with the little one in his arms.
The little one told him what to eat."Today we had chicken soup and cake for dessert, it was really delicious."
Alex enjoyed how the little one said that, she sounded happy and laughed again and again, while he forgot what had happened recently.
"Well then let's see if we can find any of the delicious cake."
He took the girl piggyback and scurried with her to the kitchen, while he ran past the Mother Superior who looked after him in amazement.

"Isn't it nice to see that even our most restless roommate has something of a normal life about it."
Father Miles had come up beside her and was looking down the aisle with her.
"His venerable father likes that, but as soon as the sun goes down again he will walk through these corridors again. And if I admit it to myself, it is something that calms me down. And that where I always thought that this boy was just bad luck brings with it."
"But tonight he will not be alone, although I am not completely healthy again, it is enough to help him."And that's exactly what happened when the sun was slowly going down and everyone was slowly getting ready to go to bed. Two were there who were getting ready to spend the night differently.
Alex stood next to Father Miles in the light of the setting sun.
"We should now go back in and lock the door well."
The priest went ahead and then watched as his young companion pulled the iron door shut and locked it tightly.
"If you want, I'll take care of everything here tonight."
"Yes, I want to take a very close look at the armory and all the other basement rooms."
Miles looked at the boy.
"You can't get what I said out of your head, am I right?"
Alex nodded and then took the next turn and made his way to the staircase that led to the armory.
After about 5 minutes he reached the stairwell, when he went down he first went into the right room.
Alex stopped in the middle of the room and slowly began to look around, looking for something unusual, for an irregularity in the brickwork.When he found no evidence of this, he began to examine the shelves one by one, and every time there was a gap between the shelves, he examined the exposed wall there.
He repeated the same thing in the second room, but there was nothing to be found there either, so he went to the next basement room.

Father Miles crossed the hallway in front of the large dormitory for the sixth time, but this time was a little different.
Alex just came out of the dormitory, apparently having changed his clothes.
"Well my boy, did you have success?"
"No, I searched every basement room very closely. But I found nothing, not the slightest hint."
"And what are you going to do now?"
Alex crossed his arms and looked thoughtful.
"Well, the only basement rooms your so-called Order use here are the two rooms of the armory. But they said there were quite a large number of their people here, but the armory is too small for that.Therefore I am of the opinion that the answer I am looking for must be found there. "
He nodded to the priest again and then marched off again at a quick pace.
Miles went from there to a small room on the second floor, it was a surveillance room, cameras were installed everywhere on and in the building, cameras that were well hidden.
He knew the system of course, he had been to many monasteries that were like this, a place where his order was always present and from where he and his brothers went to battle in the name of the Lord and the sacred Vatican.
The cameras reacted to movement and when they were triggered you could see it here immediately.
After sitting down and looking at the screens, he began to mentally recite prayers and psalms.

Alex crouched on the bottom step of the stairs and kept looking to the right and left of the two rooms and thinking.
At some point he lost track of time and just stared straight ahead at the wall, and then at some point, after minutes, maybe even hours, something struck him.Directly in front of him the wall seemed to flicker slightly, Alex slowly stood up and stepped towards the wall and stretched out his right arm.
His fingers came closer and closer to the wall, inch by inch, but they didn't hit any stones.
His fingers slid through the wall.
* A hologram * shot through Alex's head, he stepped slowly through and then stood in a slightly lit corridor about 20 meters long.
With cautious steps he began to cross the corridor and to the door that awaited him at the other end.
He kept pausing for a moment, always ready to react to something unexpected, one fall, for example, but nothing happened.
Alex reached the door and began to examine it, but it was apparently just a simple metal door.
It wasn't locked, so he grabbed the door handle and stepped through.
Now he really was in an armory, there were enough weapons for an entire army, plus the finest equipment.But the most interesting thing here was another door, it was exactly opposite the door through which he had come.
But you couldn't really say that it was just a door, it was more like a very well armored high security lock.

Anna had spent the last day in a refuge on the eastern outskirts, but as soon as the sun went down she began her search.
Last night she had already discovered an old road that was apparently still in use, she had decided to follow this road that same evening.
And that is exactly what she had been doing for almost an hour now, repeatedly passing abandoned mountain huts.
The road then led over a small hill, and when she was up she knew instinctively that she had reached her destination.
In a small valley below her there was something like an old stone fortress, she could see crosses, heavily locked windows and doors, and in front of the entrance was a yellow bus with crosses overlooked.A good 100 meters around this fortress, all trees and bushes had been removed so that you always had a good and clear view.
Furthermore, she could see spotlights on the wall, apparently always the same distance.
Anna's thoughts just flew by, she was looking for a way how she could get in there without noticing the four shadows that seemed to be watching her from the trees.
In the end she decided to go back to the next abandoned hut and spend the day there and then try to get to this fortress the next evening.

Father Miles knew that it would take about an hour for the sun to rise, he thought it was over then.
Unfortunately he should be wrong, because suddenly the three largest screens in the room changed the picture and showed a person on the hill by the road that led to the city in a night vision mode.
Miles immediately began to switch the cameras to thermal imaging, but the body barely shows any warmth.End of part two.
