It was late at night. Yugi couldn't sleep. He was lying in Joey's room with his friends, heard Joey's snoring and looked out the window. It was a bit strange since his mother and grandpa were dead. Suddenly something rang out. It sounded like a window. "Yugi! Come on quickly!" Shouted Mokuba from the living room. Yugi jumped out of bed (^^) and ran into the living room. The window was broken. A black figure stood in front of it. Kaiba was no longer on the couch. "Where is your brother?" Asked Yugi hastily. "I don't know," said Mokuba. Yugi looked at the black figure. "You have it," he said. The black figure just grinned and jumped backwards out of the window. Yugi and Mokuba ran to the window. The black figure ran away with Kaiba on his shoulder. Mokuba winced. "Now she's got my brother's conscience too."he sobbed." Mokuba. ", Yugi said slowly. Then he jumped out of the window too." Yugi, don't! What do you want to do? ", Mokuba shouted afterwards, but too late Yugi had already disappeared into the darkness.
Yugi ran. He didn't really know where he was, but he didn't care. Kaiba started bleeding again and a thin trail was on the floor. The trail led Yugi to an old warehouse. He stood in front of a door that was closed, there the trail of blood stopped. "Hey, what are you sneaking around here?" Suddenly a voice said from behind Yugi. He slowly turned around and then started something hard on his head that made him unconscious.
He was slowly waking up again. In front of him sat a snow-white cat with two large fangs and black ears. Yugi's arms were tied. "Meow," said the cat suddenly and ran into a corner. Suddenly the door opened. To Yugi's amazement, there was a girl who was probably just twelve. She wore two brown braids, a red top, a white pleated skirt, two fingerless arm warmers, and two boots.Around her neck she had a brown leather bag. Yugi didn't say anything at first. But then it just slipped out of him: "You killed my grandpa and my mother, I'll never forgive you." The girl looked at him. Then she rummaged in her pocket and took out a gun. She aimed it exactly at Yugi. "Yugi what should we do?", Yami suddenly asked. "I don't know," said Yugi. The girl pulled the trigger ...
Yugi closed her eyes. "You can open your eyes again. You are not dead.", Said the girl and released Yugi from the chains. "But ...", Yugi could no longer speak. The gun was on a table, and at the front end was a bouquet of flowers. "Why didn't you kill me?" Asked Yugi. "Because I've never killed," said the girl. "What?" Said Yugi.
