It was a quiet and peaceful night. Only the chirping of the crickets disturbed this calm. The night sky was starry and the five moons of the fire planet shone brightly. Then a rumble broke this silence and the ground shook.
Immediately the crickets fell silent and immediately afterwards a loud explosion could be heard and in the distance you could see a huge fire burning that lit up the night.

The fire crackled everywhere, slowly eating its way through the whole fortress. Here and there one could hear wooden beams breaking. Footsteps could be heard between the crackling fire. The steps became faster and faster as someone stormed out of a corridor.
It was not a resident of the fire planet. He had dark blue scales all over his body over which he wore armor.

He had yellow eyes with a slit as a pupil. One saw pure fear in the otherwise seemingly dangerous, glittering eyes.
He had a large wound on his head from which blood poured and his tail, which was also scaled, twitched nervously.Panicked, he looked around in all directions and when he was sure that he was not being followed, he leaned against the wall and exhaled. Sweat that ran down his forehead from heat and fear, mixed with his blue-greenish blood.
“Now I have you, you bastard. “A hoarse voice came from the side.
His head shot to one side, startled.

A well-built man stood next to him. He had black hair that stood out like a flame.
His deep black eyes sparkled with hatred and his things that used to be a battle suit were hanging on tatters from his body.
The lizard man stepped away from the wall and took a few steps back fearfully.

In the meantime the crackling of the gorges could be heard even more clearly as a sign that the fire was already very close.
"Horo somo tara sick parus samapak dima. "The lizard hissed, trying to make it sound dangerous.
“I'm sorry bastard, I don't speak lizard.“Said the man, unimpressed.

He held out his hand in the direction of the Lizardman and a bright light formed in his hand. The lizard opened his eyes in shock and ran as fast as he could along the corridor behind him.
Just as he was about to turn the corner, a bright, football-sized ball hit him and swallowed him.

A stomach-shaking scream came from the lizard's throat as the energy ball hit him and burned him alive.
When the light disappeared there was only a small pile of ash left on it, the sign that was on the armor of the lizard man.

The man walked towards the ashes. When he stood in front of it, he picked up the sign and stared at it.
“Vegeta, what was that? "
Another appeared next to the man. He had short, fiery red hair and blue eyes. His clothes were also ripped all over the place, but didn't look as tattered as his neighbor's.
“That was a lizard. I shot him down with an energy ball. "Vegeta nodded at the pile of ash in front of his feet.

“They may always scream when they die, it doesn't matter. I'll keep looking before the fire has taken the whole fortress. "
The red-haired man was about to turn around and leave when Vegeta stopped him.
"Don't look any further, Matt. That was just a sentry again. "
Matt turned back to Vegeta.

"Where do you want to get that from? "
Vegeta threw him the sign that he was still holding in his hand.
Matt caught it and looked at it. It was made of some kind of metal. The edge was yellow and in the middle was a small box which was not closed at the bottom and in the middle of which was a large W.

"Crap."
Matt threw the sign against the wall in anger and turned to leave.
“I'm going back to 'Earth 009'. “He shouted angrily to Vegeta as he left.
Vegeta looked after him for a moment and then picked up the symbol again and put it in a whole pocket and left too.A short time later this part of the fortress was also enclosed by fire and scattered the ashes of the lizard man everywhere.

A large spaceship stood in a clearing of the 'Burning Forest'.
On one side of the spaceship you could read ´Earth 009´ in large size and below it a little smaller ´Capsule Corp. ´ with the corresponding logo.
The ´Earth 009´ is the last invention of the previous owner of the Capsel Corp. That was on earth before it was destroyed 16 years ago.

Only a total of eleven spaceships had managed to escape from Earth. Up to 200 people are manned on each of these ships.
In the meantime only the ´Earth 009´ is on the move in space. The others were either destroyed or the crew settled on an alien planet.
At the moment the crew consisted of 21 men, but only 12 of them are there at the moment.

In the laboratory of the ´Earth 009´ there was total confusion. The large desk was full of papers.A young blue-haired woman was sitting at the table, frantically typing on the computer. She was wearing blue dungarees with only a short black top underneath.
She had combed her long blue hair into a strict braid.

In her blue eyes you could see that she hadn't slept in a long time. She stopped typing for a moment and wiped her sweaty forehead with a handkerchief.
“Are you done Misa? “Asked a woman's voice.
Misa raised her head and looked at a table where a young woman was sitting and shook her head.

The woman on the table was one of the cat-people.
She had shoulder-length black hair and torn yellow eyes. Around her neck she wore a black iron ring on which a red light flashed.
The cat woman wore a tight top and a short skirt with boots. There was a scar on her thin belly that seemed to have almost cost her life.

“Do you think you can do it? She asked and crossed her long legs.Misa left off the computer and leaned against her chair.
"No idea. This technique of which is incredibly advanced. Can you think of anything else that could help me, Ray? She asked and yawned heartily.

The cat woman named Ray shook her head sadly.
“No, I don't know anything about it except what I've already told you. First go to sleep, Misa. You may have slept just 7 hours in the past 3 days. This is not good."

"You can leave that for now. “Ray interrupted her and got up and went to the door.

Ray looked at her menacingly and pressed a button on the door which opened it and she went out.

Misa looked at the pile of scraps of paper and then shrugged.“Oh, it doesn't matter. I am going to sleep now."
She got up and left the lab.
