Chapter: Ran into danger

Shinichi didn't care if he died or not, his Ran was more important to him. He ran across town looking for something he didn't know what it was when he stopped in front of an abandoned factory. He was completely out of breath and gasped when he heard a deep voice behind him. "Shinichi KudĂ´, you meet again so quickly.", Said this voice. Gin stood behind Shinichi and grinned. Shinichi felt a cold run down his spine. Had the men in black kidnapped Ran? "Where's Ran?" He shouted shortly after the thought. "Where's my Ran?" "But Shinichi, your Ran is doing great. Don't we want to trade, Ran for you?" Gin laughed. "Or does the master detective find a way to free you without dying himself?" "There will be a way, I'm sure. I just don't know which ...", Shinichi replied uncertainly. It was strange in his old body, everything was so different from a five-year-old ... He almost wished himself back to this stage ... he would have felt better there now.But vodka did him a huge favor. He led Ran out of the factory and grabbed her arm. Ran beamed, which you couldn't see through the tape in front of her mouth, but could at least guess, about seeing Shinichi. "Sure she thinks that I can just save her now," Shinichi thought. But it was not like that. Ran was still very frightened. So they stood there for a minute, two, three ... And then Shinichi collapsed. He felt a strong pain in his chest and he gradually sank to the floor. Ran could be heard screaming through the tape, but Shinichi remained motionless on the floor. Gin went slowly to him. He lifted Shinichi's head to take his pulse, then stood up, turned to Vodka and shook his head. He hadn't felt a pulse. At that moment Ran also collapsed, tears ran down her pale face and she shivered. Vodka let go of her and he left the scene with gin. Ran was still kneeling on the floor, she was free.Only the restraints and the tape still bothered. But what should she do with freedom? Without her Shinichi her life was worthless. She struggled to free herself and walked slowly towards Shinichi. "Why did you leave me?" She yelled at him ... but Shinichi couldn't hear her. She sank over his body ... but then Shinichi said quietly: "Ran, don't cry ... I'm ... I'm ... I'm back ..." And his head sank back onto the cold stone. "What ... what did you say?" Ran jumped up, grabbed Shinichi and took him to the hospital. On the way, Ran always said quietly to her Shinichi that he should hold out, but he didn't hear her. When he arrived at the hospital, the doctors immediately disappeared with him and Ran was not allowed to accompany them. Now she sat there, alone, helpless, abandoned, and all she could do was wait. She kept recalling the image in her head of how Shinichi collapsed in front of her eyes ... and how he then told her that he was back with her ... It seemed to her that hours had passed, but when she opened up the clock saw it was just 10 minutes.Ran went to the bathroom and saw a phone there. Out of helplessness, she called Heiji Hattori, an old friend of Shinichi's, and asked if he could come. Heiji said yes. But Ran was aware that it would take before Heiji was with her, because he did not live in Tokyo. And so the minutes passed, Ran had been in the hospital for two hours, and still nothing happened. After three hours, one of the doctors left the intensive care unit. Ran stormed up to him, but he didn't answer. The nearest doctor didn't answer her either. She was slowly desperate. A few minutes later, Heiji and his girlfriend Kazuha jumped out of the elevator. Ran has never been so happy to see a familiar and familiar face in her life. She hugged the two first and told them the story. After almost five hours, a doctor finally gave information. "Given the circumstances, he is doing relatively well." A wonderfully meaningless answer, but Ran was pleased with the word "good".The doctors told them to go home and they did. Ran, Heiji and Kazuha slept in Shinichi's house, since Kogoro would have had a (this time perhaps not aculeptic) seizure if Heiji and Kazuha would have stayed with Ran. Ran could hardly sleep that night. She was still thinking. Why did Shinichi collapse? Nobody had shot after all ... After a while she finally fell asleep, only to wake up from a nightmare five minutes later bathed in sweat ... and again she lay there ...
The next morning dawned. Ran was just asleep when Heiji woke her. "Hey you sleepyhead, there is breakfast." Ran got up and they had breakfast. Kazuha had brought her a heart-shaped key ring with a photo of Shinichi in it. Ran was very happy about it. But the best present was just a few minutes later. The door lock clicked, the door opened and there was Shinichi. He had a bandage around his right arm and snuck up to Ran, who hadn't heard the click and couldn't see the door. He covered her eyes and asked in a disguised voice: "Well, who am I?" He raised his hands, Ran turned around ... and in the next moment he was hanging in his arms. "You rascal ... I was so worried ...", Ran whispered in his ear and blushed. "Sorry Rani ... actually I wanted to tell you that yesterday, but my strength wasn't enough ... I love you ..." he whispered back gently. "Me too, Shinichi ..."

So ... that was my second FF. I've already finished the first parts of my new one, they are much longer ^^
