As in the 1st chapter, I tell the story from Kai's point of view!

I am still in her arms. My heart is beating faster and faster ... just like hers. I can feel her pulse very precisely. I suck in their soothing scent with relish and feel how millions of happiness hormones rise inside me. I can't believe my luck ...

"I have to go ... sorry ..." She breaks away from my embrace and runs towards the stairs that lead away from the beach. "WAITING !!!! I don't even know your name !!!!" I scream after her desperately and I'm close to tears. She stops and whirls around. In her light blue eyes I can clearly see how tears are reflected and run gently down her cheeks. Her beautiful, long brown hair gently blows in the wind around her head."It's not important ... I have to go ... I don't belong here ..." I hear her words, but I can't understand them. What did she just say ??? "You don't belong here ... but ... then we won't see each other again ... or" My heart aches when I ask her this question and slowly walk towards her through the light brown sand. In the meantime, tears have also gathered in my eyes that I can no longer hold back. "It's better that way ... don't ask why ... don't ask ..." After these words she sprinted quickly and effortlessly jumped up the stairs. The heart in my chest seems to have stopped at this moment ... Tears run like a waterfall from my eyes and wet my shirt.

"WAITING !!!" Only now do I really check that she has run away. Before that, I was in a kind of trance that made me freeze like a pillar of salt. It was just too good to go out well. I run after her quickly and give everything. My pulse increases immeasurably again and breathes loudly."Where are you? Wooooo ???" I keep shouting this sentence in the desperation that surrounds me. But I can't see it anywhere. My movements get more and more hectic and I can't stop looking for her. My heart longs for her ... my body longs for her tender touch. I can't do without her anymore !!!

I fall to the ground exhausted. Meanwhile the morning sun had risen again. I had been desperately looking for her all night. But she couldn't be found. Still, I can't stop. "Where are you ...", I mumble to myself while I drag myself weakly and very slowly on the floor.

"You've been looking for me ... all night" I startle. This voice. With the last of my strength I turn my head to the side and look up. It was her ... it really was ... "Why are you peeking out", I ask her in a hoarse voice before I lose consciousness.

I slowly open my eyes and then close them again because the sun blinds me."You are awake ... beautiful ..." I feel someone gently stroking my hair and know that it is her. I raise my hand to soften the sunshine a little and open my eyes. Above me I see her beautiful face smiling tenderly at me. My head lingers on her lap. "I'm sorry ... you are just so bad because I really had to get closer to you ..." You can clearly hear sadness in her voice. "D ... that's not true !!! I was totally depressed before ... I couldn't show my feelings to anyone ... anyone ... but since you've been here, I feel completely different ... like my old one Life no longer had any meaning ... I've never been so happy in my life ... and when you ran away it was as if my heart was bursting "My heart is racing as I look into her beautifully shining eyes . "I can't be with you ... I don't belong here ... understand that". She quickly turns her head away from me.I sit up and turn her towards me. My hands clasp her upper arms. "Please tell me the truth ... What is wrong with you?" I look at her questioningly. "Ok ... I'm telling you ... you don't deserve to be lied to ..." she breathed out in response.

"I don't come from here ... not from this city ... not from this world ... A time portal has opened and sucked me in. Here, on the beach, I woke up and saw you. I approached you and have seen that you are Kai ... I know you exactly ... in our world you are a serial hero, not a real character ... that's why I can't stay here ... that's why I can't love you ... that's why I have to I'll be back home ... If I stay here, it can change history ... and that would be fatal "I listen to her confession with my mouth open. What she was telling me sounded impossible. Still, something inside of me said she was right. "I believe you ..." I whisper to her after we spent a long time in silence."Then you understand why I can't stay here ..." She looks at me sadly. "I want to come with you ... I can't leave you" How automatically these words come out of my mouth and mix with my tears. "You know it's impossible", meanwhile, she had turned her head on its side again.

Before I can reply, I feel a sudden strong wind. A blue light circles my loved one and I notice how she is slowly being sucked upwards. "NO !!!" I cling to her desperately. "It's best this way ..." I can see in her eye that she was lying to me. Suddenly it became transparent and my hand reached into space. I watched helplessly as she was pulled up. "NO !!! NO !!!" I repeated these words over and over again and watched her go until she finally disappeared with the pillar of light. I fall on my knees and begin to howl uncontrollably. The tears fall like waterfalls from my eyes.I had lost her ... and my heart with her.

So ... that was this Kapi !!! I leaned a bit on The Vision of Escaflowne (because of the light column)
