The morning broke and Aika started back again.She jumped over the abyss again and ran as fast as they carried her paws back to the little ones, but when she arrived the hole was destroyed. She called for them, but got no answer. She began to dig up the hole again. But even here there didn't seem to be any more.
"What just happened here? Where are they?" She asked herself again and again and sniffed around, but she couldn't find a real lead.
Aika ran through the forest and kept calling. She howls until she finally got an answer, it was Terra, she was sitting in a small deserted tree hollow and trembling with fear.
"What happened? Where are the others?"
"I don't know. It was a big animal, it attacked us. We ran out of the hole and were separated while trying to escape, I don't even know if everyone survived.", She told her mother and cuddled get very close to her. The two looked for the others the whole day, but they only have Sakura and a dead body, this one was probably from a deer or something similar.But even Sakura couldn't say more to the two than they already knew. Aika was afraid, no, she even knew that if they didn't find the others, the little ones would die alone. They couldn't get anything to eat, much less defend themselves in the event of an attack. It was hopeless. The she-wolf seemed to know this and continued her search for a suitable home with Terra and Sakura.
