color, with 2 bushy tails, black paws and ears and also black fur around the neck. The small, almost tiny and petite creature ran towards Kagome, but stopped halfway and jumped to the side. The tails and fur stood on end when it began to hiss at Sesshoumaru, first softly but then threateningly. The youkai fixed the little cat, around which a kind of fire aura eventually formed. When this disappeared, there was no longer a small kitten in front of those present.The previously so fragile-looking animal had transformed into a terrifying saber-toothed tiger, many times larger than its previous shape and equipped with long saber-teeth. The youka-cat felt Sesshouaru's power, which surpassed it by far, and her fur stood up even more, yet she stood protectively in front of the girl from modern times and continued to hiss threateningly at the dog eeyoukai.
“Kirara!” Kagome sucked in a shocked breath. ° Why is she acting so strangely? Sesshoumaru didn't do anything to mri, he didn't even speak to me! And yet she behaves as if he wanted to attack me. ° She was frightened. Kirara was a clever animal. Did she know, did she sense the youkai's intentions? Was he up to something? However, Sesshoumaru does not make the slightest move to move a millimeter. However, if Sango's pet youkai continued to be so obviously hostile to him - for whatever reason - it might well be that he simply lost patience and without hesitation "removed" her with a single wave of his hand."Kirara!" Reluctantly, Kagome took a few steps towards her. "Kirara, come here!"
Still with the hair on the back of the neck, the cat looked at the luring girl.
Kagome knew that Sesshoumaru wasn't exactly famous for his patience, so she went all the way to the youkai cat and grabbed her fur. "What's the matter with you, Kirara? Come on, we're going." She felt a tremor run through the animal's large, strong body. But it obeyed. Kagome looked back one more time. This time she said she could see an expression in Sesshoumaru's eyes, but it had disappeared so quickly that she could have been wrong and couldn't say what he had said. Amusement? She felt strangely embarrassed herself, didn't know what to say. So she stammered a few useless words that she couldn't remember later. The dog eeyoukai did not deign to respond to such a thing either.It was getting too colorful for Kagome. Somehow that day had gone totally strange, she just couldn't figure out the behavior of the people she knew.
So, after she had fished her backpack out of the grass, she swung herself onto Kirara's back and the big cat got up with her in the air to fly to the nearby village where her small group was currently staying.
“Kagome-chan!” Rin, who had been silent the whole time since Kirara appeared, waved brightly after her. The modern girl smiled despite her worries and waved back. Soon after, Kirara was out of sight.

Jaken, the toad youkai, just looked afterwards, puzzled, and then closed his mouth again. Had a minor youkai dared to threaten his master? And he hadn't even got rid of those worthless cattle in this insult ... He sighed. Looked like he was going to have hard times, Jaken ...Sesshoumaru watched the human girl on the youkai cat in silence. There was no expression on his face. What he was probably thinking was completely hidden from a potential viewer. (Typical ... and sorry that I'm exaggerating ... that will be important later ^^)

Kagome felt Kirara's powerful movements beneath her. What was wrong with everyone? What happened here The same fear and helplessness that she felt came over her again.
More than anything, she wished this all finally stopped. They'd landed in a dangerous game where they weren't really familiar with the rules of the game.
Again the young girl asked herself: ° What is happening to us? °

Well ... what happens to you? What does Sesshoumaru feel, why does Kirara react so strangely?
All of this will probably be clarified in the next but one chapter ... the next chapter is actually the second part of this one, in which a strange encounter takes place, which will, however, be even more unsettling than the one between Kagome and Sesshoumaru.Well ... actually this part shouldn't be that long at all. It developed independently the way it is now (and I don't like it so much. I'll probably revise it again). In case anyone thinks the chapter is strange - that's partially provided. As I said, some of the secrets will soon be revealed. I would be very happy about commissioners, including constructive criticism.
