Fanfic: One Day in Tokyo

Chapter: Welcome to Tokyo

Now all he had to do was get his plane ticket stamped.
That was really not an issue and then nothing like getting on the plane!
Once inside, he sat down on the seat assigned to him.
A window seat !! That fit perfectly, he thought to himself and enjoyed the view outside when the plane was later in the air.

Finally relax and party, Marik grinned to himself.
He was in a really good mood, nobody could spoil it for him.
No Yami, no Yugi or better ´Pharao´, that has to be emphasized, no Joey, nobody ... ..
That was a comforting feeling. Now he could do what he wanted and no one could stop him. Or is it? His dark side, which had come back a little stronger lately?
No!!! Just not !! Not now!!
To distract himself, he watched the Stuardess standing two rows in front of him.
Beeeeeppppp !! I'll gonna kill you ...
Beeeeeppppp !! I´ll ..... suddenly the doorbell rang in the whole plane. The Stuardess looked around, puzzled.
"I'll tell you again," she said, "Cell phones are absolutely taboo here! Or maybe you want to go on a trip to the grave?"
The cell phone started ringing again. The Stuardess repeated itself and repeated itself and she already had a completely red head from her screaming.
She began to ask everyone who this cell phone belonged to, but she only got a shake of her head from everyone she asked.
Now she was almost at Marik's when….
* Blush *… .., he suddenly turned red in the face.
And the cell phone rang and rang. It was actually his cell phone that made such murderous tones even though cell phones had to be off on the plane !!
He switched it off as quickly as possible, but the Stuardess had seen everything exactly.
Damn it ! , Marik cursed, to himself, but then again "Oh, I’m so bad .. it doesn't matter, man…" The Stuardess was still looking at him with her pointed gaze, but Marik didn’t care.He felt really bad out of the blue. Was it because of its dark side again? He did not know. To distract himself, he looked out his window again.
It was dark outside. You couldn't even see the stars. The only thing you could see were endless fields of clouds in various shapes and sizes.

Silence…………….
It was now about 11 p.m. and all the passengers were sound asleep. Only here and there could you hear a faint chuckle or snore.
"You're all boring," Marik called into the room.
No reaction.
"You'd have to send them all to the realm of shadows for that," he suddenly heard a voice laughing scornfully. He knew this voice, it was Yami Malik who had appeared next to him and was grinning at him. He hadn't changed, on the contrary.
"What do you want here?", Marik growled, astonished that his dark self had become a person of his own who could act independently without Marik's body."Hahhhaaaaa", laughed Yami Marik.
"Would you like to pay you a visit * grin *", and so that you know right away, we will often run into each other in Tokyo. Get ready for something !! ". As quickly as he came, he was gone again and Marik didn't know what to think of it.
Was it all just an illusion or was it real?

"Hey you !! Wake up !! We have to get out !!
"W aaa?", Marik yawned to himself. " Stand up?
Wait a moment …."
He looks puzzled in the face of .. "You! ?? But ..."
It was the girl from the departure lounge who had helped him pick up his stuff!
She winked at him. "You said strange things that night ...
I could hardly sleep and ...
"Got what?", He stared at her, which made her flinch.
You talked to someone, but I couldn't see anyone next to you, "she continued.
"Oh .. ehmmmm ... .. well, I uh ...", at that moment he realized that he was in a difficult position. There was no way he could tell her that he had a dark side that was now a person of its own and could act on its own without relying on anyone! So he just spoke nicely, hoping she would believe him.
After the misunderstanding was cleared up, they got out.
Get out of here !!
Now he just had to quickly get his suitcase and then get into the taxi that was already waiting for him.
The suitcase was quickly grabbed and he was already sitting in the taxi.
"To the Hotel Tatzukijima!" He called to the driver from behind. He sped off promptly.

Marik had been driving for an hour now and yet it didn't seem like that at all, because the driver was driving like a madman on the autobahn.
After another hour, he finally pulled off the freeway. Now we went into town.
On the way there, Marik's jaw dropped sometimes.
"What a city !!" he beamed.
"Have you never been here in Tokyo", the driver asked from the front.
"No! When should I have been here before !?The city is huge! Much bigger than Domino or Cairo !! ", he answered.
The huge houses and buildings that reared up to the right and left in front of the car impress him deeply. And the many people. Awesome !!
What he also noticed were the many neon signs and screens on which the various advertisements and gags ran. Ayumi Hamaski could even be seen on one screen! ^^
The travel agency really didn't promise too much when it advertised with its slogan "One Day in Tokyo - Never forget you".
He leaned back calmly in his seat and let the impressions sink in. This trip really seemed to be the trip of a lifetime so far, or so he thought when the car stopped in front of a large building.
Marik's gaze caught on a building in front of him.
"You probably don't mean that, is it?", He growled at his driver, who immediately took cover. "He then started to laugh and couldn't stop.Marik's good mood was suddenly gone.
"No !!!", the driver doubled up with a laugh. "If you want to spend the night in this hovel, please!"
"How funny ...", Marik cursed and grabbed his driver by the collar.
He had suddenly stopped laughing and was now choking out his answers.
Then Marik dropped him on the ground and walked with his suitcase in tow straight to the tallest building on his right, with the taxi driver. In the hotel entrance he deliberately slammed his suitcase on the floor and strolled to the reception, where he was welcomed with joy. A hostess immediately took care of his suitcase and carried it straight to his room, accompanied by Marik, who looked at her from behind.
After a short elevator ride, he was standing in front of his room door and grinned at the hostess: "You have a great hotel."
The hostess thanked him politely and opened the door for him.
Once inside, Marik immediately fell into a large, soft beige armchair. His gaze wandered through the huge room.
"Flat screen TV, DVD player, Play Station 3, stereo system, notebook, cordless telephone with color display ... !! That is amazing !! Awesome !!
Huge refrigerator, and here a large bathroom and a bottle of champagne next to it! Hot !!"
"Yes," added the hostess, "everything is at its best."
"You have the best room in our hotel, with a view of all of Tokyo!"
"What ?!", Marik called out from the bedroom, who was almost unable to breathe out of sheer amazement. He quickly tore the black curtains aside and almost backwards much when he looked out the window.
"Woooowwww !!!" he yelled. All of Tokyo, awesome!
Somebody should tell me again, a sea view is the best there is!
The city here is really cool. You can live here. So far up. "
"I'm glad you like it. I'll go back then. If you need anything, just press the second button on your phone.Your personal room service will fulfill all your wishes and ... "
Marik had put on a big grin now. He loved that. He didn't have to worry about anything.
When the hostess had left, he hastily locked the door and slumped back into the armchair. Then he switched on his television using the infrared remote control and switched through the infinite number of channels.
He sipped calmly from a lemonade with an extra number of ice cubes that was provided for him.
"That's the way to live," he said to himself ...

Rinnngggg !! Rinnnnggggg, Ringgggg !!!
Startled, he dropped the remote control.
Who could it be now? The hostess?
He looked at his room phone, which was right next to him. There was an endless number on the display.
"Huh ??" he asked himself in astonishment.
That couldn't be a hostess. That was someone else. Hesitantly, he picked up the phone, which looked like a normal cell phone, and pressed answer."Hello, this is Marik," he said.
"Well, how are you Marik !!", a voice announced itself.
Marik was confused. He knew that voice.
"Man, Marik, it's Bakura !!", laughed the voice over the phone.
"B .. Bakura !!!!! ??!?!?", Marik yelled across the room.
"Where did you get this number from? And how do you know I'm here?"
