I think that nobody really cares that I wrote something here, but maybe I'll be lucky and someone will be thrilled to read my writing. At least I would be very happy if the reader also leaves feedback so that I know what better I have to do to get readers.

The days passed very quickly, the meeting with him was getting closer and with every thought of it, her heart beat faster. Yet she wasn't sure what he thought of her. She had packed her bags a long time ago and was actually just waiting for her taxi. With this she should get to the new job as soon as possible, the military training area in Boston. She would stay there for a few weeks, then her new home would be the pilot school in Maine.She was overwhelmed by anticipation with this painting of her future. She was then finally allowed to fly, so she could be free. Get away from it all and never go back to where she came from. Where the grief still gnawed at her. But before that, she had to get the basic training done properly. About 5 hours later she was finally at the gate to the training ground. Her gaze wandered over the entire area. It seemed huge. Some soldiers currently had to devote themselves to the sport and therefore fidgeted in the space provided. There was a lot of coming and going. After all, she wasn't the only new recruit to this unit, but it struck her that there were far more men than women. She felt very lonely among the others, almost would have preferred to turn around and get into the taxi, but that was already gone and besides, someone came up to her. Raven then stood in front of her in full uniform. He looks really good, she thought to herself.She wondered whether this color and the cut of the clothes would suit her, but there was still a long way to go. Not a moment later his hands had taken hers. "There you are at last, Moki," he said happily, a gentle smile also graced his lips. "Of course. The taxi just somehow didn't want the way I wanted" "Doesn't matter" The young man pulled her into his arms. His lips gently touched her cheeks again. "I've missed you very much," he whispered softly in her ear. At the same time, a red sheen fell on the young woman's cheeks, making her feel hot and cold. "But ... are you even allowed to do that?" He took a step in her direction, making sure that he didn't touch her feet. "Now yes" They both stood outside the area and so the instructors didn't care what the recruits did, as long as they followed the orders and tasks. But she finally eluded his embrace. A little confused, he looked at her, but then took her 3 bags and went to a barracks."This is your new home then. Have your own room ... just like everyone else" "Thank you." She let herself fall on the bed, but sat up again and looked at him. "Missed you too, Raven ... unbelievably even" He let the bags sink to the floor and found a place next to her, took his hands again. Large, ice-blue, but in a way also very warm, eyes looked into his face, a soft shimmer of red ran down the young woman's cheeks. "You're beautiful" Unable to pull her lips apart at all, she continued to stare at him. His deep dark eyes, his thoughtful gaze let a comfortably warm feeling flood through her entire body. So nice, she thought. Moki slowly closed her eyes as his hand gently stroked her hair. Satisfied and happy, she sighed, leaning her head against his torso. For a long time she finally felt safe. Raven could have held her like this until infinity.And yet his rank caught up with him very quickly. Someone else was standing in the doorway, saluting the young man briefly. "You would have to come with me, Wood. The general is expecting you" "Yes, of course" And so he rose immediately, separated from the young woman. The stranger did not want to disturb any further and went ahead. Moki looked a little sadly at her counterpart, but she also knew that it was not the last time that they saw each other. "I'll be back later," he said softly. He pressed a little kiss on her forehead and then immediately left the room. After the door hooked the lock, she let herself fall back and closed her eyes. "Oh yeah ..." She hugged the pillow in the usual way and turned in bed, smiling. She finally knew that she was in love ...
