He was standing there. It was winter. Everything around him was white, a huge snowy landscape. He wandered for hours without decent clothing or food. His stomach growled. If only he had taken something with him on his escape. A small piece of bread or something else. Not a lot, just a little. It would be enough for him, it would soothe the begging of his stomach, it would make his way easier. He dragged himself forward and slowly made his way through the huge masses of snow.
How far had he gone now? A kilometer, maybe even two? He did not know.
He didn't care. He trotted on lazily, with no aim. He just wanted to leave. Thank God he was already behind him in the dark forest. It was eerie there. It was foggy all over the forest and he was lonely too. In a clearing two black birds circled above him. They were scary and ugly. It was like they were staring at him, which had made him feel disturbed.He had hurried out of the forest, which had happened quickly. It was quiet in the snowy landscape. There was no sound other than the sinking of his feet. And that was the last thing he remembered before sinking into the snow and falling asleep. Fell asleep peacefully.

So that's it. It's a pretty short story, but I wanted to upload it anyway. I kind of liked it.
