Fanfic: Das Lied der blinden Sterne

Chapter: The offer

So, and here is an FF for Final Fantasy VII.
The FF is dedicated to all sorts of people * knuff *
And please leave a picking office so that I know whether I should continue writing or not.
HAVE FUN

The red - glowing neon letters of the Hell Dance were the only lighting in the dark backyard alley.
Despite the run down environment, Hell Dance was the most popular bar in the area. People came from far and wide to drink the famous Flame cocktail or to dance with the pretty girls.
The bar owner was a greedy man who came for inspections twice a year. The waitresses were exclusively pretty girls and boys.
Regulars were mainly rich snobbies, with masses of company that almost reminded me of an escort. The VIP longe was always occupied.

A handsome young man took up most of the space that evening. Accompanied by five pretty girls. They were flirting hard at the moment and exchanged hot kisses every now and then.Everyone knew that it was nothing serious for the young man. But, for the girls too, it was mostly fun.
Suddenly the music stopped and the lights went out too. Like every night.
Small spotlights came on and illuminated the stage. The smoke from the innumerable cigarettes that one constantly consumed here floated like a fine mist over the light levels.
An iron bar went up from the stage floor. Shortly thereafter, a brunette took the stage. The audience began to whistle and scream wild declarations of love. People sang here every night. Mostly the GoGo girls who were employed in the bar.
The young man in the VIP lunge ran through his red pony for a moment and turned all his attention to the singer who was dancing around the pole and taking off her skirt.
He only let his gaze wander from the stage again when a dressed up black-haired woman sat down at the table with him.
" Hey sweety! Why are you coming so late? "asked the redhead and offered her a cigarette.
The black-haired woman accepted this with thanks. "Sorry. Had to help my grandpa."
With relish she let out the smoke she had drawn in and looked at him seductively.
Terra, as the black-haired beauty was called, was his favorite. They had no feelings for each other. For them all that counted was having fun.
"And when will you sing for us again?" He whispered to her ear.
Terra looked at the stage and then shrugged. She had sung here quite often and was always well received by the audience.
"Are you doing me a favor?" She asked, taking him off guard with the question.
"I'll do everything for you!", He finally answered after a few seconds.
In the meantime his other companions had withdrawn onto the dance floor.
"You know that my grandpa is working on a new flight mech.", Terra began and stubbed out her cigarette, "He finished today and is now looking for a test pilot.""And should I play that?" He concluded afterwards.
She nodded and looked at him sweetly. He let her fidget for a while before agreeing.
"Thank you. You are a sweetheart, Reno.", She said and shared a fiery kiss with him.

The new WING X III flying machine shimmered in the sunlight. The darkened window paste well to the metallic blue paintwork. It was about five meters long and the wingspan was no more. At the front the nose came to a point and although the nozzles weren't exactly big, they were an awesome sight.
The trajectory was calm. The asphalt was warmed by the sun and a few little birds perched on it. When a fluffy cloud pushed itself in front of the fireball, the little animals ran away.
Reno let Terras grandpa explain the controls to him and listened attentively. (Would be bad if not ^ 0 ^)
Finally the big moment had come. Reno climbed the wings into the cockpit and buckled up.Terra threw him another kiss on the hand and then went to the tower with her grandfather. From there they kept radio contact with him.
"You can start the machine now.", The older man's voice penetrated his ear through the microphone.
Reno did as he was told and flicked the necessary switches. The turbo bees ran up high. Now he just had to flip the lever and the WING X III would take to the skies for the first time.
He was pressed into the seat when this happened. The surroundings rushed past him blurred. The colors of the sky, the asphalt track and the prevailing landscape blended into a dirty mass of paint. For a brief moment the redhead felt sick.
But when he found himself in the bright blue sky, surrounded by white clouds, the nausea was gone. He let out a relaxed breath.
Less than two seconds passed and Terra's voice rang out in his ear. " Is everything alright? "
"Yes.", Reno answered enthusiastically and flew a loop around the tower."Good.", Terras grandpa mumbled through the microphone. "Then take a little round and take your time."
Reno was only too happy to accept this tempting offer and accelerated a little. Terra watched him go on until he was gone into the infinite blue of the sky.
