Fanfic: Damals in Russland

Chapter: 1

The train slowly rolled out and came to a stop at Moscow Central Station. The doors flew open and the passengers crowded onto the platform. At the same time, massive crowds tried to get on the train and get a seat.
The BladeBreakers struggled through the doors, laden with their travel bags. When they finally had Russian stone floor under them, a sigh of relief escaped their mouths.
Kai gave the order to start and everyone trudged after him.

Tyson and Max were fooling around, Kenny was discussing a new tactic with Ray, Rio was walking next to Luna, who was talking to Gary, and Justin and Cliff were talking about a new song.
They wandered the snow-covered streets of Moscow for ten minutes before Tyson began to whine:
"When are we finally there? I'm hungry and I'm cold."
Kai gave an annoyed snort. Oh, how this kindergarten got on his nerves.
"We should have been in our hotel a long time ago."Kenny uttered quietly.
With luck, they just kept walking until Tyson sat down on a bench to do pasue.
But the young Japanese did not sit still for long. A beloved sound reached his ears and caused him to search for the cause of the sound. He quickly found the boys who were holding a bey match and spoke to them straight away. They exchanged briefly, then asked the BladeBreakers to follow suit.
Since it couldn't get any worse than it already was, they also accepted the request.

The boys led them to a huge building that might have sprung from a Stephen King novel.
Lights were on behind only a few windows, the masonry had seen better days before, not to mention the roof. Demon-like gargoyles made a lively impression and rounded off the picture of the horror house completely. A double door opened to reveal an elderly man.He had purple hair, wore a black robe and an absolutely unfashionable cap that just looked stupid.
The man introduced himself as Boris and invited everyone to dinner. It was clear that Tyson was immediately on fire for it.
Boris explained to his guests that he ran the abbey and that young Beyblade talents were encouraged here. He led them to a kind of dining room, which was furnished in a rather sterile manner. Cold, gray walls. gray linoleum floor that looked as if it had once been white, and the only lighting consisted of dusty tube lamps, most of which had already closed its life.
But since everyone was quite hungry, they paid no attention to the furnishings, but instead devoted all their attention to a deliciously fragrant vegetable soup. Even Rio, the black dog with the white paws and the red bandana, was given a bowl of chunks of meat.
Except for Tyson's smacking noises, it was quiet. Boris let her eat in peace and smiled to himself.Cliff, mistrust in person with strangers, drew this quality when Boris persuaded Tyson to play a match.
Basically, Cliff was a nice guy. His black hair was always tousled with gel and his gray eyes radiated intelligence, which he certainly was. On top of that, Cliff was an absolute swarm of girls and he often took advantage of that. Without breaking the heart of his fans, of course. He was also musical and played drums, which is why he was in the band that Mr. Dickenson hired.
He immediately shared his distrust with his band mates when they were led outside by Boris to a stadium. There the little show fight should take place.
Gary looked reproachfully at the black-haired man with his emerald green eyes and then said reproachfully: "Not everyone who looks a bit strange is an evil person."
Cliff snorted and never let Boris out of his sight. He'd been like that with the Majestics in Europe. As expected, Tyson had won the match. Then Boris had given them a note with the way to the hotel. Strangely, no one could read the note, apart from Kai, who, as usual, didn't want to talk about it.

Finally arrived at the hotel, everyone threw their things in the hallway and made themselves comfortable in the living room.
Except for Kai, who put his things in one of the cupboards and then threw himself on his bed to be able to think in peace.
The apartment we booked was huge. There were two bedrooms, each with five beds. One with two bunk beds and one single and the other with five single beds.
Kai had confiscated the twin room, so the rest of the BladeBreakers would sleep there too. The other room would then fall away for Luna, Justin, Cliff and Gary.
Tyson was flicking through the TV channels when the phone rang. Max picked up the phone, exchanged a few words and then passed the receiver to his twin sister. Her mother was on the other end of the line.
"Where's Diablo?" She asked immediately, without a greeting in advance.
Judy was talking. Luna was silent. Normally the girl wasn't silent, but when it came to Diablo, she was there for 2min. calm.
After Judy finished, her daughter asked if she might want to speak to Max again, but Judy refused. Her son would pick her up from the bus station anyway and she also had to do something and hung up.
"So what about Diablo?" Justin asked, looking at his girlfriend.
"He'll arrive here in about an hour on a private BBA plane and we'll be taken to the abbey straight away," explained Luna.
"And why to the abbey?" Asked Gary and ran a quick hand through his brown hair.
"Because they were ready to report to him at such short notice.", Luna explained.
"Then we have to go back to the abbey afterwards, right?" Justin smiled.

The hour flew by. Boris was already waiting in front of the abbey, and Luna thanked him profusely.Justin and Gary stood by and watched everything. They had promised Cliff that they would keep a close eye on Boris and the abbey. The black-haired man himself was currently in a creative phase and was busy writing lyrics.
Boris led them into the stable. Everything was then explained there. The boxes were used, but were empty.
Only a few minutes passed and a wildly honking car drove into the forecourt of the abbey. Luna was back in the yard faster than the others could see.
In fact, there was a car with a horse trailer there. Yes, the car stood still, but the trailer wobbled back and forth. Angry neighing came from within, and powerful hooves pounded against the walls.
Two guards in black robes stepped carefully to the van and opened the flap. They hadn't even done half of their work when the black stallion jumped out. A torn rope dangled from his holster.
Aggressively, he bit at the robe-wearers who sought their salvation in flight.Diablo galloped across the courtyard, performing a number of buck leaps in the process. Snow swirled around him.
Wait a moment!!!
Snow?
Hadn't he been in England just a few hours ago, in the glorious sunshine? And before that in America. Where was he now
Diablo stopped and dug his nostrils into the cold white. He actually liked snow.
"Now do something.", Said Gary and nudged Luna with his elbows.
Max 's twin sister put her index and middle fingers to her mouth. A whistle echoed through the air.
The Anglo - Arab raised his head and looked over at Justin, Boris, Gary and Luna with pricked ears.
A relieving neigh left his throat and at an elegant trot he came towards the blonde girl.
"Well, my darling.", Luna whispered and wrapped her arms around the stallion's neck.

Diablo stood in the box, contentedly nibbling on a bundle of hay. A red blanket was around his body and emphasized his black fur. The stallion's ears turned in all directions, listening. At no cost did he want to miss a new, unusual sound.
Gary, Justin and Luna stood in front of his box and watched him.
"Okay," Justin broke the silence. "We'll leave you alone a little longer. Can you find your way back to the hotel by yourself?"
Luna nodded.
When Justin wriggled to leave, she grabbed his arm again. With a quizzical glimmer in his eyes, he turned around.
Their eyes met. For a long time they looked each other in the eye.
"What is it?" Justin whispered questioningly.
Luna had a bad feeling. Something was going to happen. He called out a little voice in the back of his head not to let him go. But the voice was too weak. With the next blink of an eye it was gone.
"Take care of yourself.", She managed to say.
Justin gave her a warm smile, squeezed her hand tenderly, and then left.
Luna waved to Diablo again: "Come on, let's clean you a bit.", She said and grabbed the cleaning box that was standing next to her.Night had already come over Moscow when Luna finally trundled into the hotel. Ray opened the door for her with a smile.
Cliff, Max, and Gary were sitting on the couch in the living room watching the news. Tyson rummaged through the refrigerator and Kenny was sitting a little away from the table, working on his lap top. Rio lay in front of the heater and slumbered calmly.
Luna hung her coat on the clothes rack and stood there for a few seconds, undecided. She felt strangely empty.
"You look pale.", Cliff said to her and gave her a concerned look.
Gary turned to her too.
Emerald green eyes.
Very different from his cousin's.
Luna looked around. Where was Justin anyway?
She asked her imaginary question and in response she got a synchronous shrug.
"He wanted to go back to the abbey one more time," she instructed Gary. "However, that was a few hours ago."
She felt sick.
Something was wrong here.
Gary kept talking, but his voice couldn't get to her.It smashed against an invisible wall somewhere.
Kai came out of the bathroom. Their eyes met briefly.
Cold. Repellent. As always.
He took a seat in one of the armchairs, crossed his arms over his chest and closed his eyes.
Luna sat down next to her brother on the couch. She sat still for three whole minutes until there was a knock on the door. She jumped up and went to open it, hoping Justin would be there.
Puff cake!
In front of her stood a middle-aged man in a uniform that was easy to recognize. The man was a police officer. He held his service cap in his hands and crushed
