Subtitle: 20000 Meilen unter dem Meer oder Todeswunsch

Chapter: "2oooo Leagues Under the Sea" or "Death Wish"

Hi first. I haven't read it for a long time, I know, and I'm also really sorry. But I was really busy with my play. And even now I hardly have any time because I'm working on my new book, so the chapters are not going to be that long. But all the better for that :-)
Otherwise, as you may have noticed, the FF is still called "It goes on and on", it works too ... But I should start, and sorry that I don't make 2000 characters anymore, I think you won't have to wait so long for the next parts.
Have fun:--)

It goes on and on

* 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea * or * Longing for Death * (9)

It was very calm on the water.
Hardly surprising, after all, the sea was huge and you couldn't expect all hell to be going on everywhere. But all hell should be going on at this "spot" of water. After all, the most special restaurant of all should be here.
But there was nothing to be seen of the baratie.Sanji swallowed his curse with difficulty. Since Lucifer was on board, they were somehow more careful with their words. Even if the little guy had assured them a thousand times that he was certainly older than everyone else on board and was only trapped in the shape of a little boy, they still said far fewer "bad" words than usual.
"Shit!" Someone cursed.
Sanji turned around. Lucifer stared at the empty sea. He had stood on tiptoe to see over the rail.
"Yes, you said it. But that the Baratie isn't here doesn't have to mean that the story was true."
Lucifer nodded.
Lucifer hoped so too. He didn't have much to do with the Baratie himself, but his new friend, Sanji, was very attached to him.

Kuina found the underwater world kind of creepy. Although she was born on the water and had been sailing for as long as she could remember, she still felt uncanny under water after all these years.
And that when she was one of the largest salvage units in this area of the sea.Beside her a man waved his arms wildly, probably to tell her that they would now dive back into the wreckage of the ship that lay in front of them.
The wreck that lay here was actually no longer a whole wreck, more like the remains of a wreck, because Kuina's crew had already done a great job. Only a few parts of the former floating restaurant were left.
What a shame about that part, she thought as she passed the door that was no longer because only the frame was left.
She had often dined here with her team when they had successfully completed a particularly difficult rescue. But that was over now.
When they reached the former kitchen, they found a number of corpses whose bodies had been bloated by the water. That was always the worst moment, because Kuina was always afraid of seeing a certain person among the corpses. But this time "he" wasn't there either.
Damian.
Damian had been a cook here. And after he had eaten in the Baratie several times, the two got closer and at some point Damian had proposed to her. That was a couple of weeks ago. But before Kuina had decided whether to marry Damian, the Baratie had been ambushed and sunk.
Kuina had heard that a couple of cooks had switched to the pirates so as not to die. But Damian would never do that. She'd also heard that a couple of cooks had actually managed to escape, including Jeff, the captain, if you wanted to. Kuina hoped Damian was with him, or somewhere else, but alive and well.
That's why she rarely went on a rescue tour lately. Because she was afraid of suddenly seeing Damian's body. But this time would be the last. The kitchen, or what was left of it, was the last part of the baratie that hadn't been recovered, and so Kuina was also sure that Damian wasn't among the water bodies, because if he wasn't here, then was he was still alive, she hoped. Because she didn't even want to think about the fact that he might have died somewhere else.Kuina made a few signs to her colleagues who immediately set about dismantling the kitchen into its individual parts and transporting the rubble upstairs, where a ship was already waiting to take the rubble on board.
But when she came to the surface again for almost ten minutes, the ship, the "Pieceloader 3", wasn't the only ship that was rocking on the waves. There was another ship right next to her.
Kuina was amazed, and she probably made the same stupid face as Luffy and Co, who just noticed that a ghost had emerged from the water that looked like a woman.

Suddenly another ship appeared, the "Pieceloader 3", as Sanji could read on the side of the ship.
The "Pieceloader 3" was fully loaded with ship debris.
After talking to the crew, it quickly became apparent that the ship was one of 5 rubble loaders from the salvage company "Pick-up-AG".The divers were just downstairs to fetch the remainder of a ship that sank a few weeks ago.
And that's when Sanji knew that the Baratie was below them, or rather, the rest of it.
Lucifer looked at Sanji that something was wrong with him.
"Which ship went down here?" He asked the man who had leaned over to them.
"Tell me, you don't know? Where have you been? The Baratie, kid, the floating restaurant went down here. It's a sad story, but there is nothing you can do about it."
But nobody listened to the man anymore. Everyone looked at Sanji, who clutched the railing with his hands.
"Sanji ... I'm so terribly sorry ...", Nami began, but then she was silent.
"Oh, it's okay, Jeff escaped, the baratie is no longer so important," said Sanji, but everyone noticed that his voice was trembling.
Sanji smiled sadly, then went into the kitchen, sat on the floor and stared at his feet. He didn't want to cry, but why did tears roll down his cheeks. At that moment, Sanji wished nothing more than to be dead.

And Usopp cried out in horror, breaking the silence on board.
The others also cried out in horror shortly afterwards. Because they saw a shimmering woman rise from the water.
And the man on the "Pieceloader 3" smiled and waved to the ghost.

End of the ninth part "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" or "Longing for Death".

Well, as I said, the text is only about half as long as usual. But of course you shouldn't be dissuaded from reading my FF. The cape is the ninth, but in the FF heading I christened the whole "It goes on and on 2. 1" because it is the first episode of the second season. Smart, or =)?
So until the end.
