Fanfic: Kampf um die Liebe

horror as Kagura snatched her and flew away with her."No, KAGOMEEEEE!" Inuyasha yelled and ran after Kagura for a while until he could no longer see her. "Damn it! Why did I have to lose my strength now, of all times!" Miroku, who had followed him with the others, put a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "It's not your fault! It looked more like Kagura had been waiting for this moment." he tried to comfort him. Inuyasha slapped his hand away. "Of course it's my fault! I have to protect Kagome! If I hadn't been so inattentive, Kagome wouldn't have left now!" he roared. Kaede rode up on her horse at a fast gallop. "Inuyasha, Kagura flew with Kagome to the old castle that stands behind the mountains!" she called to him as she dismounted her horse, which stopped panting in front of him. "Come on, what are you waiting for?" he yelled at Miroku and wanted to run, but he grabbed his arm. "Are you sure this is such a good idea? After all, the night is not over yet and in human form you won't be able to do much! "He tried to stop Inuyasha. When he saw that Inuyasha's eyes were filled with tears, he let go of him in surprise. He had never had anything like that on him before "I don't care, I can't just leave Kagome in the power of Kagura and Naraku, who knows what they're going to do with her!" he said resolutely and started walking. But Miroku still had problems following him. When Sango appeared on Kirara next to her, he gratefully took Sango's hand and let himself be pulled onto Kirara's back.
"Come on Inuyasha, we'll be faster!" she said and now held out her hand to Inuyasha. Yes! "He just mumbled and called to Shippo, who was standing anxiously next to Kaede:" You stay with Kaede, it will be too dangerous! Shippo nodded his head barely noticeably, he was extremely worried about Kagome.

The old, dilapidated castleKagome was surrounded by huge vines that stretched from the floor to the ceiling. The huge sharp thorns bored into her skin, but she felt nothing. She dreamed. Dreamed of Inuyasha.

"There, there it is! Kaede must have meant this castle!" Inuyasha called. Sango didn't answer, she was on the lookout for possible guards. "That's strange! Nowhere are any guards to be seen!" also noticed Miroku. "Yes, that looks like a trap to me!" Sango agreed. "It doesn't matter now! We have to find Kagome!" Furious, Inuyasha straightened up and clenched his fist.

"Just look at Kagura our little dearest Hanyou has arrived!" said Naraku with a terrifying smile. "Kagura, take our guests to their last meeting with the girl. I neither prepare the play!" "Yes, master!"

"Kirara, land here and fly a little further away, I'll call you when you can get us!" Sango said to her and caressed her gently. When they landed, Miroku looked at her briefly. "Why are you sending her away?" he asked, looking after Kirara. "Since this is obviously a trap for Naraku and Inuyasha is still human, I don't stand a chance! I don't want Kirara to die in this fight!" she whispered. She could have saved herself whispering because Inuyasha hadn't listened at all. His eyes restlessly searched for an entrance to the castle, his thoughts were with Kagome the whole time.
Suddenly Kagura appeared out of nowhere. She bowed hypocritically to the three of them and then said: "Respect that you appear here in your human form, Hanyou! Well, Naraku was probably right, love is blind!". "Shut up, you damn offspring!" he roared. "Where's Kagome? If you've done something to Kagome, I'll tear you to pieces!" he yelled again, only this time his voice sounded more desperate than angry. Laughing, Kagura pointed to the entrance to the castle."We will see. Follow this passage and you will find your loved one." she just replied. Inuyasha did not hesitate a second, but immediately ran into the entrance. "I dont like this at all!" Miroku could say before they followed Inuyasha.

Fight for Kagome's life

When they finally left the long corridor, it was a cruel sight. Kagome hung in a huge tendril tree, the thorns of which had already buried so deep into her skin that she was bleeding from all over the place. Naraku was standing next to this tendril tree and a little further away from him, Sango and Miroku, several demons were already waiting. But he didn't see any of that at all, he only saw the passed out and injured Kagome. The sight of it hurt his heart so much as if it had been torn out. "Kagome?" he whispered and walked over to her. He kept getting her name over and over again, getting louder and louder until he screamed. "Please Kagome, open your eyes, you mustn't die!" he pleaded with her.
Naraku laughed out loud."How heartbreaking! But don't worry, Inuyasha! We won't let the little one die before she could say goodbye!" He looked at the tendril tree and ordered: "Wake her up!"

Kagome dreamed of a beautiful sunny day. She was sitting with Inuyasha under the sacred tree. He turned to her and looked deep into her eyes. "Kagome!" he whispered. She swallowed because she had that stupid lump in her throat again. He was getting closer and closer to hers with his face. "Kagome, I've made up my mind. For you!" he whispered and stroked her hair. "I love you!" he whispered again and almost touched hers with his lips. At that moment she felt something pull her back abruptly. Inuyasha reached out to her and shouted her name, but there was nothing she could do. She was drawn into a beam of light.

The tendril tree obeyed Naraku's command and tightened around Kagome's body, so that the thorns penetrated her skin even deeper. Kagome groaned softly and then barely noticeably moved her head. She blinked slightly. "Inu… yasha?" she stammered. At first she could only see him in outline, then the veil disappeared from her eyes and she saw him standing in front of her with fearful eyes. Tears ran down his face. Kagome wanted to hug him and comfort him. Just be with him, but when she tried to move a wave of pain flowed through her. She looked down at herself and saw that she was surrounded by a tendril tree. "What happened? Where am I?" she moaned. "Kagome!" Inuyasha shouted, grasping her blood-streaked hand that hung lifelessly between the ranks. "Do you have anything else to say to your beloved Hanyou before I kill you?" asked Naraku and stood next to the two of them. But it was no longer Naraku himself, just his doll in baboon skin. "You cowardly asshole! Release Kagome right now!" Inuyasha yelled at the doll. "Instead, take me and let her go!" He added. "Where's the fun in that?" laughed the doll and flew to the ceiling."Do you see the demons standing in front of your friends? You have the choice. The life of your friends or that of your beloved human woman! Because the tendril tree will now wind more and more tightly around the girl's body until there is nothing left of her ! "Inuyasha looked anxiously at Kagome. What should he do? There was no way he could let Kagome die. But what about Miroku and Sango then? Suddenly he saw a small window from which one could see the sky. "The sun is rising, I'm transforming!" Inuyasha's mind shot. He grinned at Naraku's doll. "You missed something ..." Inuyasha began as he turned back into a half-demon. He cracked his fingers, pulled Tessaiga, and jumped towards the doll. "... and the new moon is over!" he completed his sentence and cut the doll with one blow. Just as he landed in front of Kagome, the tendrils slowly contracted. Kagome cried out briefly in pain."Kagome, please hold on, I'll get you out of here!" he pleaded with her. He could forget his Tessaiga. If he used it, the risk of hitting Kagome was too great. He put it back in the scabbard and it changed back immediately. "Inuyasha ..... I love you!" she whispered, barely audible. But Inuyasha understood. He stopped dead and looked at her. She tilted slightly forward whereupon the thorns bored deeper again and closed her eyes. She passed out again. "No, don't! You mustn't die!" Inuyasha shouted desperately and looked at Sango and Miroku, who are already fighting bitterly with the demons. Sango noticed his look and called to him: "Take care of Kagome, we can do this alone!". Without answering, he clawed the tendrils and gradually began to tear them apart. He didn't notice that the sharp tendrils cut his hands. When he finally removed the tendrils around Kagome, the whole tree gave way and crumbled to dust.Kagome fell directly into his now also bleeding hands. He glanced briefly at the others, but their fight was already over, Miroku was just sucking in the last demon with his Kazaana. He looked at Kagome. She was pale and her blood was dripping on the floor. "Inuyasha, we have to get out of here, the whole castle is collapsing!" shouted Miroku and pulled Sango with him outside into the corridor. Inuyasha hugged Kagome tightly and followed the others.

They had just made it to the castle when they collapsed in a loud crash. "Phew that was close! How is our Kagome?" Sango gasped. "Not good! We have to get to Kaede quickly!" he replied worried. "Kirara!" shouted Sango.

When Kirara had flown in, they jumped on their backs and flew back to Kaede.

Kaedes village

Before Kirara could land, Inuyasha jumped off with Kagome in her arms and ran to Kaede as fast as he could. "Kaede, quick please help Kagome!" he shouted and put Kagome gently down next to Kaede.Kaede held Shippo, who was about to run to Kagome crying. "Get water and tell the others to get Kagome's bag with the medicines she brought from her days out of her backpack!" she told him. Shippo nodded, sobbing, and ran out of the hut. "What can I do?" Inuyasha asked, tears streaming down his cheeks again. Kaede looked at Inuyasha. She had never seen him like this before. "You can help her by staying with her." she answered after a little pause. Inuyasha knelt next to Kagome and laid her upper body on his lap. While he carefully stroked her cheeks, Kaede slowly began to take Kagome's clothes off, so as not to tear the wounds any
