Chapter 4:
Ceras tossed and turned in her coffin restlessly. In her dream she was standing in front of a huge castle, which seemed strangely familiar to her! She looked around - behind her was a small village - not big, but very idyllic.
she wondered, looking around hastily, hoping to find some clue. It struck her that she was no longer wearing her uniform, but a simple peasant dress. It was made of rough linen and was pretty dirty and tattered. She was walking barefoot and suddenly winced when she heard behind her that someone was riding in her direction on a horse. Something told her to hide, and she took shelter behind a large rock.
The rider who passed her stone stopped and looked around. She heard the restless trampling of the horse's hooves, the snorting of the animal. Ceras held his breath and peeked something out to see him. The man was dressed entirely in black and his face was covered by a large cap that went with his long coat.She was very shocked when he suddenly looked in the direction of the stone. Ceras heard the man dismount from his mount, she didn't know why, but she had a bad feeling about what would happen if he got his hands on her. “Captain, there's another corpse over here!” The man who was called by a soldier turned away and ran straight to his subordinate. "The cases are increasing!", He said calmly, but he seemed to be raging inside. "Who does that, captain?" Asked the other. "Vampires!" Was the easy and quick answer of the rider. He took off his hood and tied his horse to a nearby tree. The captain had ice blue eyes, black hair, but ivory pale skin, which didn't seem to fit into this picture. He looked somber when he saw the victim, it was a girl, she might be about 16 years old, as far as you could tell. There wasn't a drop of blood left in her. Ceras was terribly frightened and withdrew further into the forest that bordered the road to the castle."Does the count know anything about it? He is quite suspicious! He never leaves his castle during the day - at most when it is cloudy or raining. Some say that he has withdrawn because he is mourning the countess, who has been dead for 3 years is - but how can he mourn someone for so long while his only son has been leading a normal life for two years now. "Another soldier asked himself and looked suspiciously at the castle in front of him. Ceras turned and ran towards the village, being careful not to be seen as she slipped through the undergrowth.
When she got to the village, she looked around again, suddenly she heard a familiar voice calling a name that was very similar to hers. "Ceritia !!!!!!" When she wanted to look around, she was back in her coffin.Her chest rose and fell erratically and her forehead stood in a cold sweat. What was that all about? She looked around and finally got out of her coffin, it was already evening again, so high time to get up.
She ran lazily into the bathroom to wash and dress. "Well? Ready for the next job, Miss Policewoman?" Asked her master when she appeared in the Integra office drunk with sleep and tossed her a bag of blood. "Drink! You need strength, we will go hunting today, if I am properly informed, it can be interesting!" Alucard grinned and left the room. He thought: and a crazy and joyful laugh escaped his throat!
