"Where is Seshomaru-sama?" Asked Rin Jaken.
"How should I know that?" He grumbled.
"Can't you annoy someone else ?!"
Rin made a face behind Jaken and ran into the woods. After just a few minutes, she could hear the sounds of a fight. Sesshomaru had always forbidden her to watch a fight, but now her curiosity was too great to think about it. When Rin reached the clearing (where the fight took place), she couldn't believe her eyes. //So what is that? A mix between a woman and a bird? // This "strange" woman already seemed to be very weak and fighting something that Rin could not see. She crept closer to be able to see more; a fatal mistake.The demon, whom Rin had not seen before, noticed their presence and headed over to them. Rin screamed and was numb with shock. The stranger grabbed Rin and was just able to save her from the attack.

Sesshomaru winced. He heard Rin scream. He immediately set off and followed her scent, which clearly did not come from the warehouse. //Everything has to be done by myself. Yak, if I get my hands on you. //

The daemon from which the woman protected Rin was a good 5 meters tall and seemed almost invisible. One could only make out the outlines very faintly. Rin screamed again. This time the demon was almost able to grab her arm before the woman came to her aid.

Sesshomaru had meanwhile reached the scene.
What HE saw was a winged woman who lifted the screaming Rin with her into the air. He just had to get the situation wrong.
"Let go of her!" He shouted to the stranger and lunged at her.Rin had just set this down gently on the ground and was thrown to the ground by Sesshomaru's spontaneous attack.
// Is he one of them? //
"No, Master Sesshomaru, wait!" Rin called, but it was already too late. Sesshomaru attacked again, but this time the woman was prepared for it. Skilfully she dodged and gave Sesshomaru a good blow.
//She's fast.//
,, Sesshomaru-sama-! "Rin's desperate call for help ended the fight between the two. Sesshomaru only now noticed the demon who was holding Rin. // Why does this demon have no smell? // Sesshomaru and the woman attacked at the same time, but were thrown back. Even before Sesshomaru got up again the stranger attacked again.
// Does she want to help me a little? //
Now he understood. She hadn't attacked Rin, but protected him. Sesshomaru couldn't believe it. How could he have been so blind? Angry about his mistake, he launched a new attack, but before he could reach Rin, she and the daemon were gone.Confused, he landed on the floor. He just couldn't understand how one could fool HIM the dreaded Sesshomaru so easily.
The stranger strode slowly towards Sesshomaru. He noticed this immediately, turned around and examined her more closely.
Her white body was covered with cuts from top to bottom. While she hobbled towards him, she held the right wing and although the plumage was blue-black, you could clearly see that she was losing blood. She had short, also blue-black hair, which stood wildly in all directions. She wore a black dress with no arms, which was extremely short (miniskirt length), but still extremely simple and did not allow any insight. There was a strange (of course) black drawing on her left leg.
She stopped two meters from Sesshomaru. He looked into her blue eyes and tried to take something out of her eyes, but in that respect she was very much like him."Have you eyed me enough now?"
Sesshomaru was surprised, but didn’t show anything.
,,And? What am i now "She looked him straight in the eye." Your nose doesn't help you, but you have now studied me extensively. What am I now, in your opinion? "Sesshomaru was amazed and he only managed his facial expressions with great effort to suppress, because she was actually right. With the best will in the world, he couldn't place her smell. And her eyes too. Wild and yet they exude a certain calm.
"You are strange," he said finally.
The stranger laughed.
"That's what the right person says."
"What kind of daemon was that?" He asked to finally change the subject.
,, So the little one belongs to you ?! "
,,Yes. So what does this thing want? "
"This" thing "doesn't want anything. He's just the" collector "."
"And what" does he collect? "
“We shouldn't be discussing this here. "She looked around." I'm sure you won't mind if I come to your camp as a compensation for this."She only took her hand from her wing for a moment. // Of course he doesn't mind, but he won't reveal that. //
Sesshomaru nodded. He didn't agree at all, but what other choice did he have? The only way to find Rin was her.
