Why?
It is winter in Konohagakure. There is beautiful white snow everywhere. There is a lot going on in the streets as most of them are now doing Christmas shopping. First it threw itself on his bed. He would never admit it, but he was pretty exhausted too. Naruto was still on his way to his apartment, but there was nothing where it used to be. His eyes widened. There was now nothing where his apartment and the whole block used to be. It was just an empty, snow-covered spot. The 17 year old walked slowly and unsteadily to the empty space. He still couldn't believe it. His home was demolished the month they were missing. All his belongings were disposed of with all the rubble. What should he do now? Where should he sleep? He asked himself such questions at that moment. It was getting dark. It was getting dark and quieter on the streets of Konoha. Naruto had leaned against a tree and was still stunned. Naruto was trembling all over.You could also see that he was breathing very quickly. Sasuke crouched down in front of him and put a hand on his shoulder. There was no response. Now he took both hands on Naruto's head and pulled him so that he could see his face. It was fire red. Naruto had opened his eyes only a crack. "Naruto!" Sasuke said, shocked. The Uchiha heir took off a glove and touched his friend's forehead. He opened his eyes when he realized that he was boiling with a fever. He quickly put the glove back on and took Naruto on his back. He took him to the Uchiha estate and put him there in his bed. He covered it all the way up and got a bowl of cold water and a cloth. He dipped the cloth in the water and waved it out. Then he carefully placed it on Naruto's forehead. He had already closed his eyes again and was enjoying the warmth that spread under the blanket. He was still shaking like a leaf. Sasuke quickly ran back to Kakashi and told him everything he had seen.Together with Sakura they went to the property and The Sensei looked at Naruto. He then suggested calling a doctor because he was not a medical-nin. Sakura took over the task and ran to Tsunade. She came back with her in tow. The Hokage examined Naruto and found that he was very hypothermic and had a high fever. She talked to Sasuke if he could stay with him first because she had forgotten to let Naruto move things out of the apartment. This agreed. In the evening everyone said goodbye and went home. Sasuke went into the bathroom and let hot water in as Tsunade had advised him. He should then put Naruto in there and leave him in there for half an hour, but don't keep checking that the water is lukewarm. He went into the bedroom and fetched the sick man and went back to the bathroom with him. Sasuke put him briefly on the floor to turn off the water. Then he took off Naruto and picked him up. The Uchiha heir put him in boiling hot water.You saw that Naruto flinched a little because it was really quite hot. After a few minutes he got used to it. The blond boy opened his eyes slightly and looked around in a daze. When he saw Sasuke he was even redder than he was from the fever. "Sa ... suke ...!", He just managed. This one just shook his head. "Why didn't you come to me or Sakura? Kakashi would certainly have helped you too! Please don't tell me that you slept on this tree for 3 days!" He dried him off and put his boxer shorts on him and a long black shirt.Then he picked him up again and carried him to bed. His teammate then covered him up and sat on the edge of the bed. "Sleep a little now! You live as long as you have nothing of your own with me! So feel at home! But please don't make a mess like you do!", At the last sentence sasuke had to refrain from laughing. Naruto just nodded in embarrassment and then closed his eyes. Shortly afterwards he was sound asleep again.
The Uchiha heir took the cloth again and wet it again. He wrung it out again and carefully put it back on Naruto's forehead.
Sasuke got up and went down to the kitchen. So he made tea and poured it into a cup. With that he would go upstairs and into his room. Then he looked at his friend in shock. In shock, he dropped the cup.
"Naruto ............!"
