The sleepwalker
When nightmares come true

Sakura was pale as the moonlight as she seemed to float across the meadow. Her long pink hair was tousled slightly in the night air, and her white silk nightgown shimmered in the soft light as it caressed her body in the night wind.

With her eyes closed, Sakura moved effortlessly and like a ghost through the tall grass.

A chorus of frogs could suddenly be heard, but the sound did not bother them. After a few minutes the concert ended as suddenly as it had started. Now nothing could be heard but her own breath. His walk was irregular and heavy, but it was the only sign that she was really alive and not just a beautiful ghost.

Hidden in the shadows of the night, Sakura ran along the hedge. With her long, flowing pink hair, her pale, fair skin, and her soft, shimmering nightgown flapping in the wind, she looked like a figure from an old painting, one of those great Victorian portraits.When she finally opened her eyes, she had no idea where she was. She looked down first. Her feet were wet from the dew that lay on the meadow.

Although the night was quite warm, she was shaking all over.
"I have my nightgown on," she thought. And then: "I'm out."
But where out there?
I had a very strange dream.

The house suddenly appeared in front of her, as if it had just floated across the meadow like her.
I'm in our front yard. In the nightgown.
Isolated black clouds now pushed themselves in front of the full moon. The shadows around her suddenly faded and seemed to be moving. She felt how cold she was, but not from the night air, but from fear.

When she stared at the house, it looked so different. It looked so big and looked so unwelcoming. The windows were dark. Nobody was awake inside. Nobody knew she was out here, barefoot in the cold, damp grass.

How did I get here?Am I sleeping or am I awake?
