Prolog:

"Finally!" He exclaimed as he stared at the gates of Konoha. "Revenge at last!". He had waited for this moment for five endless years. Five endless years of suffering and lamentation should now come to an end. Once he had Kakashi's sharing-gan, nothing could stop him !! Then he could go to those rakes that had stolen his life! Then he could destroy Konoha and its people!

He could still clearly remember the fight with Kakashi:

It was pitch dark and rain pelted his kunai, which he held tightly in his hand. The wind whistled through the leaves, drowning out any sound.

He gasped from exhaustion and cold. They had been chasing him for two days. He hadn't been able to sleep because he always had to be on his guard and always had to hide and stay away from the paths.

This rush was too stupid for him but he knew if he let himself be discovered now it was all over.He barely had the strength to face his ten pursuers and the wind made it impossible for him to recognize the coming danger in time. He was helpless. Nobody was on his side and nobody could help him. He was alone. Now he was thinking about what would happen if he freed himself from his helpless situation?

The kunai glared seductively at him. But before he could raise his hand and ram the throwing knife into his heart, he was grabbed from behind and knocked unconscious with a club.

When he woke up it was dark and damp around him. He was a prisoner again, like two days ago. Or was it more? He didn't know how long he slept. "Hey he's awake!" Penetrated a deep male voice through the massive wooden door. "Well then we'll get him!" Called another voice. This time he was a woman.

The door opened and the prisoner was dragged into a large room, well better hall."So now you can show what you can do with Orochimaru!", A second male voice called from the balcony that was built into the hall. "I'll kill you!" Orochimaru called up to the stranger who was still hiding in the shadows. "We want to see that!" And with these words a hail of sharp metal needles came towards him. He couldn't react in time and was hit in the thigh by two needles. He screamed and pulled the needles from the bloody wounds. "You got slow!" Shouted his as yet unknown opponent.

A second rain of needles bored into the ground next to him. "Here we go!" The needle thrower called down to him and revealed himself. It was Kakashi. It wasn't really Kakashi's way of fighting with weapons, but this time he made an exception. The Jonin had pulled his headband back so that his sharing-gan eye could be seen. "Do you still have that stupid mask on Kakashi?" Orochimaru teased him."Do you want to chat or fight?", Kakashi asked ironically, knowing that he would have preferred to chat now. He took out his kunai and disappeared back into the shadows. "Unfortunately, you have to fight without a weapon, otherwise you could injure someone, Orochimaru!" Came from a dark corner of the hall with a mocking undertone in his voice.

"You are just too cowardly to face me unarmed, Kakashi!", He said the name very contemptuously. "Should I come without a gun?", Kakashi asked politely, which actually didn't have to be. Then came a short, icy silence, which was interrupted by the clank of the kunai that fell to the ground.

Now it started. The two competitors sank into a bloody struggle for life and death. Orochimaru was clearly at a disadvantage. But twice he was distracted and was surprised by Kakashi.

(I'm not that good at writing fight scenes so I have to shorten it up a bit! Please don't be angry!I really want to spare you a disappointment!)

Despite the hour-long struggle, Kakashi was able to get up again and bring the fight to an end.

That evening, Orochimaru vowed that he would take revenge on Kakashi and destroy Konoha-Gakure once and for all.

But he also wanted this Uchiha boy the only survivor of his clan. He had to get him on his side to get even more power.

That night Kakashi slept very restlessly. It had been a long time since he had once had a sleepless night. He felt that something was going to happen.

It was just six o'clock in the morning when the alarm clock woke Kakashi from his half-sleep. He rubbed his eyes and looked out the window. It was just getting light and a cold draft made him shiver.

Then he peeled himself out of bed and padded down the stairs into the kitchen and first made himself a coffee.(I would not have rated him as a coffee drinker! For that he is somehow too tired for me all day! Or at least it seems so! Is probably part of his image!)

Then he dragged himself into the bathroom and allowed himself a hot shower first.
The warm water ran down his back, washing away the bad dreams of the previous night.

Then he went back to the kitchen wearing only a bathrobe, drank his coffee and then put on his everyday clothes.

But he didn't feel like having breakfast today and so he sat down a little on his couch and read his "Flirt Paradiese".
Like every morning he had training with his students Sakura, Sasuke, and of course the hyperactive little boy (well in my fanfic he's already 15) Naruto, who was also known as the surprise ninja.
When he thought of Naruto like that he always had to grin. Somehow he had grown dear to the boy. He had such a lively manner that could turn your mood up again.He never let himself be disturbed and always had a joke up his sleeve.

Also this time - as every morning actually - Kakashi came too late for reasons - which he always denied with some stupid excuse - and had to - as always - listen to a lecture from Sakura and Naruto. And Sasuke - like every morning - just stood there bored and greeted him with a grumble that should probably be "Good morning Sensei!"

After rushing his protégés across the square for hours, he dismissed them with a "See you tomorrow and don't do what I would do!" And disappeared behind the city wall of Konoha-Gakure.

He had been sitting in the bushes for hours now, waiting for night to fall in order to get to the village unnoticed. He had to attack Kakashi when he was at his worst. He was stronger than Kakashi, but the copy ninja could be a serious opponent when it came to what was dear to his heart.And that was Konoha, but especially this blonde Naruto, the fox demon who had destroyed the whole city at that time and Sasuke Uchiha he was after. How much he would have loved to have (name) as his ally.

And then this fool from Hokage, this Yondaime, let himself be killed by this demon to protect his village and he shut him up in this boy. Back then five years ago he had killed the fourth Hokage and then those fools from Konoha chose this tsunad.

He had to admit that she didn't look too bad for her age, but she would definitely make mistakes when it came to protecting her village.


Furious and obsessed with revenge, Orochimaru huddled against the bush when two ninjas passed by.

He thought to himself when he jumped out of the bushes and killed the two passers-by with just one stab with his kunai.

Iruka met him on the way to Tsunade. Out of breath, he reported what had happened. "Tsunade-sama sent me! She says you should show up in her office immediately. She says Sasuke is in great danger! Someone saw Orochimaru on the outskirts. He killed two ninjas and hung them in a tree! Kiba Inuzuka's dog Akamaru has them both tracked down! ". "Do you know who it was? I mean the two dead?" Asked Kakashi worried. "There were two chunins from the academy! Tsunade is very worried about you and Sasuke because she thinks Orochimaru doesn't want your sharing gan to destroy Konoha like it did 5 years ago! So hurry up before she gets impatient!" , and with that Iruka made her way to Tsunade's office.

When the two got there, they were almost overrun by Tsunade when she came with a stack of scrolls from the archive. "Ahhh ...!Kakashi good that you came! I have something important to discuss with you! Thanks Iruka! ", she just said and went into her office. She pointed to a chair as Kakashi entered and he slowly sat down." What is so important? "," So it is this. Iruka already told them that Orochimaru is back in Konoha! We think he wants Sasuke. Or he needs your sharing gan! We don't know for sure. Sasuke will show up here any minute too! I sent Gai for him! When he is there I will explain the rest to you and then my decision what you two will do! ", said the Hokage and leaned back in her chair.
