Chapter 5
Now I have to speak up * g * At least in the fifth chapter ^^
Thank you all very much for the comments and I am really happy about every reader, because after all it is the first HP story that I write and I hope to make as few mistakes as possible.
Of course I also apologize to all Sirius fans who find him a bit distorted, but unfortunately it is the case for me that I could hardly imagine this guy any other way ^^ ° That is artistic freedom * g *
In any case, I would be happy if there were more commi-writers for this, so that the band of comments would be even wider ^^

Chapter 5
The young woman, on the other hand, had a much more pleasant conversation. She was sitting upstairs in the men's dormitory in the chair James had left earlier.
"Remus," she breathed softly, because he had apparently fallen asleep. And if she did, she didn't want to wake him unnecessarily, but she didn't have that much time at the moment.Surely the other three would appear again afterwards and by then she wanted to be gone again. At the moment she didn't feel like running into Sirius, but she felt comfortable around James. But since the two were only available in pairs, she took the lesser evil and avoided both of them. Overall, that would make everything a lot easier.
She had put her bag next to the bed and was now taking out the sandwiches. She had promised to check on him again and to get him the food, because, from the experience of the young man alone, his friends often sweaty to bring him something because they were busy with food themselves. She had brought him a bottle of Butterbeer, but it was from her own supply. Maybe that would put him in a better mood.
But right now he wasn't even showing any signs of wanting to wake up. But that was fine with her too. Even if you seldom saw it, the two of them often sat together in the common room, in the library or downstairs in the courtyard and just kept silent, preferring to look at the books rather than at each other. They probably didn't know what to do with each other themselves. Everything was a bit more complicated with Remus, he always closed himself off from his surroundings, but now Lily could handle it too.
"Well ... what can I tell you? James was with me this morning. He looked like cabbage and beets on his head, that was incredibly ... cute," he chuckled at her a little and leaned back. She took one of the books out of her pocket and opened it. "You know ... you would have to teach him how to tie a tie. Or explain to him that the glasses on his nose are there so that he doesn't always fall everywhere. This morning he suddenly fell down the stairs and looked pretty dazed . Even stranger was the fact that he got stuck in the trick step on the fifth flight of stairs. I mean, you're always killing the new students. And now being caught in his own trap? I don't know what that should ... can you explain that to me", she just kept on talking as if Remus was talking to her. She just had to talk everything of her soul, because she can hardly talk about it with her friends. It simmered like a rumor mill and she didn't care much about such things but it has become a bit strange lately - Quieter, I would almost like to think. Have you really got it under control now? It would be nice, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work with Sirius. It seems to me that he's turning a lot more off than before. Is that possible? Well, it's only a year left and we'll be out of school. I think it's a shame. I will miss this. A regular daily routine, good friends "
"At least you're fine," Remus said weakly. He opened his eyes slowly. "You will be able to have a permanent job afterwards," and with that he sat up.
"Have you ... been listening?" She asked a little confused and almost dropped the book on the floor, just barely able to intercept it."From the moment you started raving about James," he grinned thinly and looked at her.
"I ... raved about him?" She immediately shook her head. It couldn't be. She would remember that. He must have imagined it.
He pulled his pillow a little higher so that he could half sit and half lie in bed. He was feeling a little better now. Afterwards it would of course only get worse, but at the moment everything was bearable. Even the pain seemed to have subsided a bit.
His eyes were on Lily. She was such a beautiful woman, she had talent and was very popular with everyone. She was unlikely to have any great problems in later life. He himself had it much more difficult. It was a miracle that he was at this school, so he would hardly want to presume, not even in his mind, to think of a career in the Ministry or as an Auror.
"Remus," Lily just sighed in despair. All she had to do was look him in the face and she knew where his thoughts were at that moment. "We'll find a way ...", she tried to reassure him somehow, although it hardly worked. The young man had fallen in love with something he didn't want to get out of anytime soon. But who could blame him?
"I ...", then he broke off again, because Lily simply put a piece of bread in his mouth.
"Now better eat something," she smiled gently at him and placed her forearms on her thighs. "You have to regain your strength"
And there was nothing more he could say in reply. It was impossible for him to object to her at all. Alone when she smiled at him. They were so familiar to each other, they were something like brother and sister. They helped each other wherever they could. And then there was the problem Remus had at the moment.
"Tell me, Lily ..." he began after swallowing a large bite of bread."Can you do me a favor?"
"First eat up and then we can talk about everything," she said in a calm voice and leaned back. For now she ate the apple she had let go. It was a strange sight when she had to watch him eat while she had nothing. And she really hadn't gotten anything down this morning either.
The two surely spent ten minutes smacking each other like that, starting to giggle every now and then. Remus clearly felt comfortable around her, he didn't need to pretend and could be a little bit ailing himself, without being afraid she would one day hold it against him. She understood him, listened to him and devoted herself to his suffering. She had already tried everything possible to help him, but so far nothing had worked. Maybe this potion would finally have the desired effect.
"Very well," Remus interrupted and sat down properly, even though it was tugging at his strength. At these moments he always wondered how he managed to get to the Whomping Willow in the evening when he was already whistling from the last hole. Sometimes he hadn't even noticed how they'd brought him there. Then only remembered the pain he experienced from turning into the werewolf. "Can you do me a favor now, Lily?" He relented again.
He got a nod and an enchanting smile in response, but Remus was sure that the smile would probably die in the next moment when she found out what she could do for him.
"Well, there is just this one thing," he pushed around again, but at an imperious look on her part, he moved out with the language. "In short ... you'd have to take care of James and Sirius. The way I know you both, they'll eat up again. Sure, James is back in training today, but that also means Sirius has to do what he agreed with Hagrid on his own would have. The two are supposed to feed Aragog and with it into the forbidden forest ... and you know them both now. I'm just worrying about the fact that she'll eat something up again and that Gryffindor will have to suffer from it, "he finally got to the point, looking at her questioningly.
And as Remus had seen before, Lily was suddenly not in as good a mood as before. "You don't have to do it either, Lily, so ..."
"No, it's okay, Remus," she waved off and looked into his eyes. He knew she could rely on. She was a conscientious person and knew how to handle her job as a student representative very well. Sometimes better than her colleague, who only thoughtlessly lived through the day if he only saw the chance.
"I'll pin after Sirius' heels and see what he wants to do again. Don't worry, I'll handle it," she promised him with a smile. "And if not, I can't use my wand for free"
"And what you did once you will get it right again, won't you?Your paralyzing spell is definitely not bad, "Remus grinned again. He placed high hopes in the young woman. If it was up to him, it was certain that she would become something really big again. In perhaps five years from now all the newspapers would be able to report on them.
"You don't have to strain yourself with Sirius," she giggled silly and slowly put her things back into her bag. It wasn't time to leave yet, but she just didn't want to risk that afterwards it would be said that she was settling down here and had something with Remus. "I can send him into the corner with a fever on my left and forty-five"
The young man wasn't so sure about this, but he nodded in agreement. It was probably best that way. Inside, he knew very well that Lily would never raise her wand at anyone unless a teacher told her to. She was cheerful and not into arguments in life, she was the kind of person who preferred to talk about all problems and stayed calm even when there was no agreement and only did something when there was no other option. He was aware that she would also try to convince Sirius with words, as well as the fact that he would not get involved.
"It's time for you, isn't it?" Remus asked rather rhetorically, even if his voice suggested that he would prefer it to stay with him now. But he knew there was no other way. She would have to go to class afterwards and before that she usually had something to do.
"Unfortunately, yes," Lily sighed and rose from her seat. "Will come to look after you again after lunch, will you? And keep an eye on Sirius and James by the way." She winked at him profusely,
